I go here when I visit my aunt and uncle, for one thing... the Shake-a-Sundae. Yes... a milkshake with a sundae plopped on top! Pick your flavors, ice cream, toppings. Only place I have ever found this concoction, and I an very thankful I don't live nearby because I'd probably be there every day and weigh about a million pounds. My personal order- hot fudge sundae with a hot fudge shake. To die for. Dine in, by the way, means eating at one of the picnic tables out front!

Their menu is extensive. Consists of burgers, hotdogs, hoagies, sandwiches, salads, sides, drinks, ice-cream, milkshakes and much more. My Italian hoagie was 16 inches long and delicious. Their servers are friendly and courtious. Our food order was made and served quickly. I wish I lived closer so I could eat there often.

Great hometown place! They have a variety of foods other than ice cream. The Texas dogs and Hollywood burger are two of my favorites! The ice cream is the best in town. Friendly service as well!

Great icecream treats! Must eats, Kraut Dog and the Texas Dog! I'm not a big fan of hot dogs but these are the best hot dogs around for a very reasonable price! The Twin Kiss has been an icon in downtown Lewistown for over 35 years. I've been going there for that long and never been disappointed! Now I'm pretty picky about my good and I have to say I absolutely love the Twin Kiss! They have lots of lunch or dinner options and just as many Ice cream treats to dazzle your tongue! They have my vote as Best of Mifflin county!

My experience with Twin Kiss has been pretty good overall. I have had some not so good experiences as well, like wrong order, bad food or cranky employees. All in all I feel Twin kiss has great ice cream and respectable prices. However, for regular food I would good elsewhere.

Twin Kiss is a great place for ice cream treats & hot food. My daughter & friends & I walk there for shakes & cones almost every Sunday. Banana shakes & peanut butter shakes are awesome.

I went to Twin Kiss today for lunch. Ordered the veggie burger and it was wonderful! I don't know of many places in the area that offer a veggie burger, but I will be going back again. Thank you for your wonderful food and service!

Happy to hear that Twin Kiss is now under new management and offering as many as Six Soft Serve flavors instead of just the usual Vanilla, Chocolate & Twist!They now make their own homemade Waffle Cones too! Still sell quite a list of Hot foods there as well from sandwiches to burgers to subs & soups to hotdogsStop by! It’s still like an old friend in our community!

I love twin kiss. But I hope the new owner ship doesn’t start cutting corners too badly. I went for my usual milkshake and philly cheese steak today... I’ve never seen so much bread in the sandwiches until now. Seriously under stuffed and I feel ripped off because I always get this and have never been dissatisfied. All the toppings and meat were packed into the center of the bun itself instead of spread out too so like did y’all even try to make the sandwich 😅

Great selection of icecream, Popsicles, and other frozen treats, as well as food menus. You definitely get your money's worth of Icecream as a small shake here is about the size of a Large at DQ just for comparison. Unfortunately they do not have hand dipped icecream but it's still with a stop for dinner or desert. May not always be the fastest service but worth the wait. (Note: There is no seating available so if you wish to sit and eat your treats before hitting the road, you will have to sit in your car)

I have loved twin kiss since 1975. Anyone who lives in the surrounding area knows that Twin Kiss has the best ice cream and food if you like. They are now selling Hershy ice cream. I remember when the building was Boops gas station. My dog loves the small vanilla cup.

Disappointed with milk shakes. It is nothing like the old ownership. Just a container of ice cream. I loved the original milkshakes. Please go back to the old way. Hot dog sauce changed also. It was very spicey .

THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER! Milk shakes are thick but you can still sip it through a straw. With an extra dollop of ice cream on the top instead of whipped cream...and you don't even have to ask!!! Employees are SO efficient and friendly.

Was in town visiting after moving out of Pennsylvania and figured I would stop and get a couple Texas Dogs. What in the hell happened to them? The bread was stale, hardly no meat sauce and literally 3 onions on each dog. Very disappointed. Those are not the same Texas Dogs I remember.
