14 Mar 24 - Had an appt with a home inspector to come between 8 - 9:30 AM. No show! Called Ehrlich and was told someone cancelled that appt. We did not cancel. The gal forwarded our issue to our district. Our rep, Chris, and another gentleman came this afternoon. Five stars to Chris!! But, very annoyed with appt being cancelled this morning. Would like an explanation to the no show.

I truly couldn’t be more upset with how Erlich conducts business. I was solicited for my review via email and I had expressed concerns with scheduling practices. I was quickly contacted my the district manager who had informed me that my account was being canceled and my review was going against the technician’s performance evaluation and would impact their bonus/raise earning potential for one year… even though the technician portion was rated 5 out of 5 stars on my end, and I explicitly stated in the written format of the review that the respective technician is wonderful… my only concern is with their scheduling/call center portion that has nothing to do with the technician… I am baffled that I am being guilt tripped and punished over submitting a review that I was asked to complete… this type of behavior is alarming… I didn’t realize I had to select 5 stars as the only option or forfeit all services and take food off the technician’s table… I am in utter shock and disbelief…

I was billed for 9 months after calling 4-5 times over the same period to request to be cancelled. They then tell me that I owe nearly $570 for a service that was not done. I contact the financial team and speak to a lady for nearly 1 hour on the phone, where they then tell me that it will be removed from my account and I will be "cancelled out completely, so all should be good". 3 weeks pass and I get a letter in the mail that they sent it to collections and now owe them $697.00 dollars! This company lies; they try to extort money from you, and do not honor their word, on top of being unprofessional and horrible to work with. The only good thing I can say, is that the guy who originally came out to service my residence Mike, was a great guy and wonderful to talk to along with being very knowledgeable about pest problems as he was in the business for 30+ years. As for the company themselves they are as I have previously stated horrendous to work with at the very least, and at the most extorting and defaming customers good names by promising to cancel them out and then lying and sending them to collections instead. If I were you, and you made it this far into the review, I would highly consider looking elsewhere for a company to do your pest services.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination, Bug & insect extermination

We have used Ehrlich Pest Service for regular maintenance of our log home for over 10 years. They have provided the best service, safe and effective methods, and are very responsive if any pests are a problem. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable.

This is my first year using this service as we just moved into a new house. In addition to the regular spraying inside/outside the house I also opted for the monthly tick/mosquito spray around the house/yard. We had some ant/bug issues the first couple of months we moved in but now that we had had this service regularly we have not had any problems. We have had the same guy for each service and he is very friendly and professional. He's quick to address any of my concerns and answer any questions. I highly recommend Erlich.

The technician does a fine job and your product does work. However, being on a contracted quarterly maintenance program, we are to receive notification prior to the technician arriving. Month after month now, the notice doesn’t arrive but the technician does. This has resulted In a tremendous inconvenience to both the customer and the technician.Despite multiple phone calls to the office, this appears to be an ongoing problem that has become Erlich’s new normal.VERY FRUSTRATING!!Services: Rodent extermination, Spider extermination, General pest inspection, General wildlife removal

We were referred to Ehrlich by a friend of ours, who is a customer of Ehrlich. The service was good! We had issues with spiders, and bugs overloading around our outside lights by the door. We had them come in and do their thing. Instantly saw a difference..... so their product and ways definitely work....now the problems.... When you tell them NO. They sign you up for the bigger priced packages anyways. And then when you call them to complain about the $250 bill, when we have not seen them at our home 1st off, 2nd no paperwork was left to even say they were there, or an email, or what they did.... 3rd I call and complain about this entire situation.. was to receive a call from the tech who came out, and no one ever called me back! Nor addressed the fact that we were signed up for something we specifically said we did not want signed up for!!They just apologized and said if we didnt pay it would be sent to collections... If you dont have to use them. Dont! Unless your ok with forking out that kind of money..

Have been using Ehrlich for many years and they always meet our needs. Living in a wooded area, we have plenty of spiders and other crawling creatures and they are always controlled by Ehrlich. If a problem arises between treatment times, they are very responsive! Regan is top notch!

Heard some critters in ceiling, called Ehrlich on a Friday and was told and email was submitted to have someone come out. It’s now 7pm on Monday and no word from Ehrlich. Good thing it wasn’t an emergency. I guess Ehrlich is so well off during Covid they don’t need new business.

Reasonable rates, effective inspections and treatments, quick response for invasions between schedule inspections. They know their business and fix your bug problems inside the home, in the yard, and any invaders. Brian is a super, great, service representative.

Doing the extra work is what the Ehrlich service agent did for me and my difficult yellow jacket nest during my last quartly service day. Dawning a head to ankle bee suit and risk being stung again is service anybody should appreciate. Oh, and it was on a 90 degee hot and humid day when those fighter pilot defenders were at their peak performance. The large nest was under a ceiling that I had wasted my time, effort and money on multiple attempts to spray with an aerosol can from atop an 8 ft ladder.Thank you Ehrlich for such outstanding service! Best investment I ever made has been my service plan with Ehrlich. I live deep in the woods, stinging insects like wasps and yellow jackets to lady bug-beetle infestations, stink bugs and spiders have never been my problem since I started my service plan with Ehrlich for 10 plus years.

We have a cabin in the Milroy area. About 10 years ago, we found carpenter ants eating our wood deck and into the siding of our cabin. We hired Ehrlich to treat the ants and have maintained their service since that time. This spring, we decided to replace the wood siding with vinyl siding. Our contractor called saying that the foundation of the house is nearly gone in one area and full of carpenter ants. We immediately called Ehrlich who told us they can only treat the ants they can see, not the ones they can't see. I told her WE can treat the ones we can see, we hired them to make sure there was not hidden damage. The repairs cost us $1,000.00, which Ehrlich said was not their responsibility. Be very wary of using this service, as they do not stand behind their work.
