It was pretty good up till last time I took something in.Took my Ravin crossbow in to get a new limb put on the first week of archery last October ,still don't have it back,guess they don't,have a good salesman anymore that can get stuff done for them,hope it gets better,cause I do like them..

Definitely would not recommend... Went in to get launch permits waited in line for 20min. ON 1 customer then when my turn comes THE OWNER DAN PIERCE asks me to step aside so he can ring up all these other people getting hunting licenses which was insane bc i was also gonna get a license. How are you gonna have someone wait in line 20min and then when there turn tell them to go back to end of line to wait another God knows how long to be waited on..horrible customer service..unless you're a local and he knows you don't plan on any type of good service

Great selection and good one-on-one customer service; so take the time to spend a few minutes inside. Don't go when you are in a rush. Experienced and knowledgable staff. They can also order anything. Will beat or match just about any price.
