Great experience. The associates are super friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell and services they offer. For this trip, I only needed cat litter, but when I need stuff for itchy dogs- whomever helps me seems to know exactly what I need and I’m not a pet expert, so I truly appreciate the help!!

Had two employees watch me at the crickets for a good few minutes and they offered no help, one associate was too busy straightening the others hair as she sat there on her phone in the back, just watching me and not doing anything.. and the woman who rang me up seemed inconvenienced by the fact that i came over and asked if someone was working up front and could assist me... theres always someone with their face buried in their phone when i go in, and I always have to ask for help instead of being offered.. My boyfriend has even had Associates scrolling their phones as they ring him up. Its unprofessional as hell.

Well I've went there a couple of times with a few friends and they have quite a bit of things you need for your pets very nice people answer any questions you may have so I'd have to say it's a very decent place to go

The staff is efficient and friendly. Products are stocked and there are plenty of choices. I always get good buys on clearance and sale items. They also have a rewards system.

We love our Husky and he loves us back for giving him food and treats that are good for him. The staff at Pet Supplies is top notch when it comes to sharing "pet love" and are more than happy to help us find whatever we want and need. This is my dog's favorite pet store to shop in because the staff gathers around him and gives him attention and they have healthy treats and food. They always take time to answer my questions as us pet mom's have a lot of questions sometimes. They are patient with us.

So very helpful! Helped me with my heavy items out to my car! So grateful. They were very knowledgeable when I had questions and seemed really happy to be there and be helpful!! I will do all my pet supply shopping there in the future! Their dog wash station is FABULOUS!!!

They sent me coupons for 25 percent off in the mail with my name on the address, got to the store and bought dog toys 27.50 my bill came to and gave him my coupon he said that won't work what is your phone number gave him my number nope he said that won't work either I said your company sent them to my address with my name on them and that don't work needless to say I will not go back to that store!

Both Okie and I enjoy coming into the LewisbURG,Pa store and Okie looks forward to getting some extra lovin from his new friend Sheila! In fact , right from the time he met Sheila, she’d often would share some possible product information she thought he might like! Frozen Lamb toppings are his newest try! And today was even more special with a vanilla dip of ice cream!! That really hit the spot! Sheila has shown kindness and interest in both Okie as well as the many customers browsing our community Pet Supples Store! Her heart and soul for the pets and their parents seem to make for a positive interaction outing!! Thanks Sheila for making Okie and me feel welcomed
