5 years ago this was a decent goodwill. It is completely the opposite now. The isle are so close together you can't look at anything without moving constantly for other people. Let alone if they have a cart. Definitely not ADA compliant for shelf spacing. Also the prices are outrageous. Customer service is kinda poor also.

Very nice, the cashier was polite and genuine the store is very clean, all the merchandise was neatly hung. Broad range of DVDs. We found ten favorites that we had on vhs that are harder to find.

Probably one of the only Goodwills in Pennsylvania that has really nice bathrooms AND try on rooms.Definitely one of the cleanest and well organized goodwill stores I've ever experienced. Unfortunately some of the pricing is a little questionable. Similar items like nail polish can be anywhere from $1.99 to $5.99 for no reason whatsoever. I picked up a Walmart brand cami that was marked $6.99 which is ridiculous ( especially since it was clearly showing signs of wear, pilling, etc.) . The home decor section was blah and they never a ton of variety at this particular store.  However the womens clothing section is always packed with cool stuff. Didn't find anything too nasty on the racks either.  Which is a first. They definitely sort and keep stained, holey and super worn things off the floor which is incredible and not something a lot of thrift stores ( especially Goodwill)  do. If you're looking for a clean and nice goodwill experience this is definitely one of the best options and a fun stop.

Horrible customer service. Refused service to someone with disabilities because of not wearing a face mask. Didn't offer any way to accommodate them either. They choose who they try to force to wear a masks. Others can walk in without one and get served but the next person who actually has a disability they refused service to.

This is a very clean well organized store with mostly friendly staff and a good assortment of items for sale. Items range from clothing to household, books, and quite a variety of miss items, too. Donation process is easy and there is a quick drop off station outside. The stores is handicapped accessible and parking is easy.

Unfortunately I had Covid three yrs ago, badly, scarred my lungs, ising a mask is not an option for me.Many places I go have come to know this and have no issue.Good Wills, a woman, I assume was manager HAD AN ISSUE, was very rude and dismissive.Told me to leave the store, that I was not allowed to stand in the store and talk, said it was a private owned store and I was to leave.I have shopped at that store.for many years and spent a lot of money.I will never go back nor recommend that place again.I am NOT sorry and should NOT be because I had covid and that my lungs are damaged because of it.Absolutely rude and disgusting treatment

I go there to but reading glasses. Sometimes there are even bifocal readers, which I prefer, but they were sold out this time. I'm pretty rough with glasses, so I buy them often, and this is the place I usually go to!

Super rude employee. She told me we aren’t allowed to reach into the blue bins for the brand new product. Countless goodwills, never heard of this. But whatever, I apologized. I asked her if she could grab the bag for me that was sitting on top, she told me NO very rudely. I asked her if I could follow her until she put it out, she said NO. I was really confused and offended. She then ran her bin into the back room and abandoned it for another bin JUST so that I couldn’t look at the bag. I’ve literally never had a worse experience at a good will in over 10 years. Everyone else is amazing and nice.

I use to love shopping at the Good Will in Selinsgrove but then they moved here. Ever since, the merchandise is really used and outdated and the PRICES are SO HIGH! I rarely buy clothing here but also the household items or decor items are sometimes (and often) priced at store prices. I was told that "one of the workers who price items" always puts high prices on things. If that is the case, this store will lose customers in 2019. I realize the store has bills BUT this is a THRIFT store and donations are free.......they need to price accordingly and ALL will benefit in the end.

My sister has a medical condition where she cannot wear a mask. We were told to leave the store even after explaining this. No "good will" at this store; will never go back.

Compared to other stores in the area this store was my least favorite yet! The prices are gouged because of the nearby antiques and thrift stores and the clothing is not sorted by size so you have to go through everything to find what you're looking for. Definitely not coming back here to thrift anytime soon.

Poor selection in these stores.Just junk anymore. Thrifty once was fun and exciting..Now everything is researched and priced up. The jewelry is just junk. Nothing of value anymore...So sad. You may as well go to the Dollar Store.

I dropped off donations today and the man that came out to get it was not nice at all.he was loading my boxes into the cart and threw boxes in I told him the have glass in there he didn't seem to care. He refused to take a very nice leather jacket .told me we don't take stuff like that I said well you always did before said it was trash ..I was very upset. I will no long shop in your store or ever donate another item to you.

Decent store. Clothing prices are a little high for a thrift store in my opinion, but toys and stuff are usually cheaper than other thrift stores. The staffs always super friendly there.

It's clean and kept well. Smells a little like soap inside. As far as Goodwill goes, it's a nicer store. You can't go expecting them to have something, but if you do go, you'll probably find something.

Well My one big problem with this goodwill is they don't sort things by what they are, but by color, which isn't helpful at all. Also They Sold me a Boxed Sony BluRay/DVD Player/Streaming Box. When I got home to open and test it, It was a memorex DVD player, Not even close to what I thought I was getting. Guess I should have known better and checked what was inside before buying.

Prices are so ridiculous and they keep going up. Got told by a lady while I was browsing through a rack on my way out that it was “unshoppable” while she was across the store not even occupying it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Entered store and was asked to wear a mask. Gave the guy a legal reason as to why I would not and he replied, "couldn't care less." Very unprofessional.
