Wow. Talk about customer service! I called in with an order problem, there was a miscommunication with what kind of frosting we wanted on our little girl's cupcakes. The manager here went above and beyond to correct this. They are so kind and courteous at the service desk, and quick to mend a mistake. I was floored at how understanding and accommodating all staff were. Thank you Giant for helping us throw a sweet third birthday party!!

This is for the deli. We ordered a tray of assorted sandwiches which were delicious. Originally that was all we were going to get. But, then I saw the fruit tray. The arrangement was so pretty, that I decided we needed that for our reception. However, the tray we got was not what was pictured. In fact, it looked like a last minute, thrown together mess. Also, the Kiwi was cut into chunks instead of slices. We were very disappointed.

First, I have to wait nearly 10 minutes to purchase a bottle of alcohol. I am disabled and 75 but you insist on seeing my ID. The manager is nice but that is a hassle I do not get at the state store. That is stupid but I accepted it. He put it in an alcohol bottle bag and I went and picked up supper. Second, when I get to the register the clerk mumbles she needs to see the receipt for the alcohol. That is ridiculous. If I had just left and someone stopped me to see it I would have refused. You can call the police but you better not try to detain me for any length of time. What I should have done is leave without buying supper. I also should have demanded to see a manager.

Giant offers a convenient and comprehensive shopping experience, where you can find almost everything you need under one roof. The variety and availability of products are commendable, making it a go-to spot for one-stop shopping.However, their bakery section falls short of expectations. The donuts and a majority of their cakes don't quite hit the mark in terms of quality and taste. If you're looking for bakery items, it might be best to look elsewhere. Despite this, Giant remains a highly convenient option for general grocery shopping.

Now having a bonus card isn't enough, but to get the best price you have to clip digital coupons on the app so corporate can get more information on you and market more to you. Prices are at an all time high so confusing customers and complicating prices is the new marketing strategy. Hey Giant, let's go back to mail in rebates and make the experience even more difficult. Better yet, just offer a fair honest price and stop the games.

Very large overwhelming grocery store that's not terribly pleasurable to find groceries in but it gets the job done. Wouldn't say I've found anything super interesting here and would definitely recommend going to a local farm stand or small mom and Pop grocery store, but if you need something in a jiffy or have a particular craving, this is probably a good place to find it.

Normally a good experience. I would pick over it over competition anytime. But tonight we went to check out and they sent all the cashiers home. There should of been a warning or something. I would of just left the cart, but my better half didn't want to go shopping the wally world

My favorite general grocery store in the area due to quality of produce, overall cleanliness, friendliness of staff, decent selection, and reasonable but not cheapest prices. There are a decent number of vegan selections, especially given the rural location. However, one gripe I have is that Giant never reliably sticks with certain products. So they'll bring in a delicious vegan frozen meal, ice cream, butter, or oat milk selection for a few months, and then, without warning, that product will completely disappear from the shelves.

Was there and when I asked where shoelaces were, the worker looked at me, then looked away, flapped his hands up in the air and said in a very arrogant way "I have no idea". I asked for the manager so I could let him know about it, waited 20 minutes and he never showed. I went to check out then went over to Customer Service. They asked me if the person had "red hair" and I said yes. Then they proceeded to tell me he has Autism. Why in the world is that anyone's business for one, and that should have NOTHING to do with the behavior of just ignoring someone's question and being careless about finding something a customer is looking for. Is that what customer service has become? Long time shopper = Will shop at other grocery shops from now on. No apology from anyone at this Giant. It was almost as if they thought it was ok for an employee to act that way just because they have Autism. Well I have depression, so I guess it's ok for me to treat people like that where I work. Absolutely NOT!

The curbside pickup worked really well! The order came out quickly and they were very friendly! I also like how the bags were packed, without being overloaded and with items grouped together by department. It made unloading and putting the groceries away easier.

I'm jealous! The grocery stores near where I live near Ft Lauderdale are no where as nice as this GIANT Food Stores (or any of them I imagine). 1. The store is very well laid out and their signage is clear and accurate. 2. The produce department has more produce variety than any other chain I've seen. 3. The wine and beer section is well stocked with a very good variety. 4. The prepared foods and sushi department have more variety than most other stores and the sushi is made fresh all day (with a special Wednesday Sushi Day discounts). Plus the deli offers fresh custom made sandwiches that you order from a touch screen kiosk that offers so many varieties. 5. Technology - one of the things you'll notice is that the Giant Foodstore has incorporated some smart technology from the dell's ordering to the scanner guns for guests and very smart self-checkout registers but the coolest is their Robot that roams the store (with a smile). I'm not sure what it does, but it seems to bring smiles to many shoppers as it scans the isles of the store. 6. Finally the store is very clean. Most grocery stores are, but this one seems to be even cleaner, brighter and its an all-over pleasant shopping experience. Love shopping here when I'm visiting family in the area and I often volunteer to do the shopping when I'm in town - because the experience is so pleasant!

I was very impressed with the efficiency in the check out line. It was getting busy & more employees were called to open more lines. I had the pleasure of having Javan(sp) as my checker. He was pleasant, made eye contact & actually spoke to me. VERY nice young man! Made the end of the time I spent shopping very pleasant.
