Lady was extremely rude and they tried over charging me. Will never go there again nor will I ever recommend them. Worse experience ever. Lady is a snob. Told me it was an easy repair then she started whispering to the guy and they changed it and said it's going to be a lot of work. Do not recommend this place in any way.

I REALLY, REALLY try to support local businesses , having a very small home run business myself . BUT I was not happy when I went to purchase a pair of shoes here today (which they have a large selection of) and tried to use a $20 customerloyalty discount. I showed them the voicemail I had from them and they said they don’t do phone calls .”Oh it’s from 2020 and Covid , that expired”. Well when you buy good quality shoes you don’t need to spend hundreds on shoes each year because they hold up and last! Sure I got the $10 Spring Sale discount. But needless to say I can get any of their shoes online at the same price orcheaper ,plus get miles using my travel credit card. Sorry but you should take care of ALL your customers, not just the really regular ones.

I have been taking my shoes and wares for repair to Champion shoe for over 40 years. They are the best. Their work is exceptional, their staff friendly and helpful, and all the products they sell are just what you are looking for in a first rate retail store. We are so lucky to have them in our town and don't know what we would do without them. Kudos to all those who work there and operate the business. You do a beautiful job!

I love the service and special attention I get when shopping at Champion. I live out of state but when I'm up visiting family, I always request a visit to Champion. It's so refreshing going into a locally owned business which isn't a BIG box store. The people genuinely care and you know they want you to return by the level of service they provide. I will be back up in PA later this month and will be sure to pay them a visit and buy some new comfy shoes!

I brought in a pair of old Allen Edmonds to be resoled. I had previously had an awful experience with a cobbler who basically charged $70 to ruin my shoes. These folks charged me $90 and completely restored them. I would go to them again over Allen Edmonds’ own redrafting services. The cobbler knows what he’s doing. He gave my shoe a new welt, and stitched on a full sole and heal. The details were excellent, he really paid attention to everything from the bevel of the soles to the quality of the edge dressing. Truly, I could not ask for better, and in case you haven’t noticed, I’m a pompous little man who asks for a lot! Thank you Champion Shoe repair for the sort of service I didn’t think I could get anymore

This place is amazing, I feel so lucky that we have a real cobbler here in Lewisburg. Champion has resoled and repaired at least 5 pairs of my favorite shoes over the years. I take them back time and time again as they wear through. In our throwaway culture it's so nice to be able to extend the life of my shoes.

My neighbors granddaughter went in to find a pair of shoes for a wedding. She tried several pairs but could not find the proper fit and style. Upon leaving the customer stated she would look online. The sales clerk.said that will be 10.00. Yes they charged her ten dollars for.not buying and continued to berate her for stating she would buy online. This girl was young and just so taken back that she paid the ten dollars. As an adult who would have never of paid the money I would have laughed and walked out. This is a true story folks !! We always try to support small business .. But really ??

We have been shopping there for years. Although after my most recent visit I won't be returning. We brought a pair of shoes in for return(they were only worn in store)and were within the 30 day return policy. We were denied return for no reason. The shoes weren't worn out of store and were still in box they even had the paper in the shoes. Needless to say I won't be returning!

This store has it all.....personalized service and the most knowledgeable staff around. If you have problem feet, need orthodontics or just great shoes, you can't beat this store. It's family owned, so you aren't supporting corporate America, buy local.

over priced and push sales just to make some commission, found a pair l liked, they had them priced at $150, i tried on one pair and told the lady helping me they felt snug she assured me that's how they were supposed to fit, i said no lets go half a size bigger, she scoffed and reluctantly went and retrieved a couple boxes, of neither were what i was interested in, she said this is all we have in that size, so me being a size 9 womens and extra wide she was trying to sell me a normal width size 8, she was determined to get me to buy the 8's, put the box at the register and i said, i just don't know bc they're very snug and even if they stretch out with regular wear they won't stretch THAT much in length, and they don't stretch in width. i said i think that's a bit much for them...she gave me a face and said well it's the brand, and walked away bc i'm pretty sure she knew at that point i wasn't buying them, i wrote down the size and bought a pair online for $80, and i will never go back to that place again....trying to basically charge me what 2 pairs would cost, shameful if you ask me, and trying to pressure me into the wrong size at that!
