Had great sale items and some really great deals on shoes. I also got a furniture purchase from big lots and the gentlemen who helped me seemed super annoyed to have been interrupted. He went thru the motions like a robot n I sensed immediately he was being judgemental. Not a fan but I can't throw the whole store a bag score due to one man's actions. Overall, big lots Is great for sales n deals but their personnel might not be quite up to par.

Their regular prices are good, but sale prices great. I've furnished a good deal of my house from here. Got some really great bargains. Staff were all out helpful and friendly.

Shop here frequently. Usually clean, efficient and good service. Today, cashier was coughing a lot and told me he was up all night, sick. Meanwhile, handling all my items including my drink. 😡. Called the manager and suggested sick workers stay home. He was rude in return. 🤷‍♀️. Common sense people, common sense. Don’t go to work sick. Just don’t. And please don’t be rude to your customers.

I haven't been to a Big lots in over a decade or more! I had some time to waste in the area so thought I'd look around. I was shocked at how clean and orderly the whole store was! It was lovely! It felt like a hybrid between a dollar store and a Tjmaxx when I was expecting much more of a dollar store vibe.I didn't buy anything, but I enjoyed walking around! I'll be back!

Not happy ATM with them. We ordered and paid for a patio set and were still waiting. It's been almost a month now if not a little over. The salesman was very nice though.

I usually shop Big Lots because it is quick and convenient. This summer I bought patio furniture. I am pleased with my purchase. The furniture I bought looks great and is very sturdy. The staff even help me get it to my car. I wasn't able to bring everything in one trip. So they held the other items in the back until I can back. It's was especially kind of them to do that. Thanks Big Lots

The service at this Big Lots has gone down hill. My last three visit were very disappointing. In the past the employees had been helpful and knowledgeable about answering questions regarding stock or coupons. At my last visit the lady at the register was more interested in talking about here lunch break to her colleague than her job.

I had not been to this store for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the new merchandise and how clean and orderly the store was. I spent a long time just browsing and bought several things at really great prices! I will certainly be visiting this store more often now.

I don't understand the rewards program, even though it's been explained to me by employees. I've never received anything from Big Lots, and it seems to be such a waste of time at the end of a transaction for such little reward (well, no reward... in my case...).Aside from small annoyances that can be found in any retail chain, I like this store. They always have a snack or drink that's tasty and slightly better-priced than, say, Walmart. I'll often find useful kitchenware there, too.

Luv luv luv big lots there pricing for furniture outdoor decor and especially Christmas decor hands down beats competetor pricing.As for things like vaccums, carpet shampooers definitely not the least expensive.walmart or a place like that are hands down Lee expensive.But overall Big Lots has a variety of items

Great selection of home goods, often at great prices! Furniture selection is good, but often out of stock. Be prepared to wait 3 months for the furniture you want.

I loved this store, however, the "help" person seemed to be "encumbered " when asking her if they had any small couch tables for putting a potpourri pot on. She said no....So..I looked around & minutes later, found 2.Round 2 > [ Thursday, Oct. 20th A.m.2018]I get people have a "bad day", however upon entering the store about an hour ago, I greeted the little long-haired blond, sales associate behind the counter with a "Hello, how are you"? Only to receive a nasty, snarky "fine". I go to check out the 2 small items I purchased, she doesn't speak, doesn't tell you how much your total is, takes my $20, & when I asked for change for a $10 spot, she acted like it was a big deal. Big lots, you rely on your customers to drive sales. Please train your crew!!!

I wanted gummies. The dollar kind lol. But they didn't have knock offs so Haribo was the one we had to get. They were great, but not as great as the cheaper . The ones that taste better and are even more in the ounces! I wish Big Lots would stay true to good prices as well as they did today they're great value!

Big lots is the place to go for decor for your home, kitchen stuff, even furniture. I have almost all of my furniture from here. My pub set for my kitchen is beautiful and was easy to put together. If you are looking for nice things for the home at a decent price this is the place to shop. Lewisburg PA is the best one around.

Ok store, but prices have seemed to go up too far. Also beware if you purchase furniture here. I bought two recliners for my son and daughter-in-law last Christmas. One char completely broke after less than four months and the other one leans so badly to one side that it cannot be reclined on. I also bought a oversized chair for myself a few years ago in which the stuffing in the back was so cheap that after a year I had to buy a pillow for my back because the wood framing pressed through the back.

I'm impressed by the changes in merchandise at this store. Prices still good, but items are upscale. The seasonal decorative merchandise is very nice. Lots of grocery items, too.

I wouldnt initially think it, but Big Lots has quite a big variety of item selections from home goods to toys to fresh dairy.Editing to add, after walking around much more, that prices here are very fair -- even cheaper than Wal-Mart in many cases (I know, I'm a refined man). I think thia may just be my new favorite store, when before coming in here I didn't really think much of Big Lots at all.Definitely recommend coming in for a look around. Guarantee you'll find something.

The website says they deliver. We called and verified that they do deliver but when we went to the store to make a $2000 purchase we found out delivery is all up to us and the store employee “knows a guy with a truck.” That isn’t the entire reason for one star. It was an all around awful store experience.

Very long back was at a different outlet in CA, which was a bit disorganized and carried lot of inferior quality items at very low prices. On recent visit in PA, found outlet is much better with low prices and good value products.
