Usually this Walgreens is top notch. But not tonight. I went in for one thing real quick. Had to use the restroom. It was in dire need of attention. There was a pee puddle on the floor and feet prints where someone walked through it and it dried to the floor. It was also decorated with bits of toilet paper all over the floor. I got my item and got in line behind 4 people. More people get in line. Some people just give up and leave, including me. Isn't someone supposed to call for backup? Was there backup? Who knows? Maybe I caught them on a bad night but this is ridiculous.

I ordered an online delivery for my 92 year old grandmother who has COVID and I live far away so can't be there myself. The staff at this Walgreens never filled an important item in the order and there was no notification to me of that before it was sent out via DoorDash - when they showed up at my grandmother's house they didn't have that item, the delivery person had no idea it was supposed to be in it because she said they told her everything was there and the receipt wasn't itemized - I called the Walgreens to see what happened and after being put on hold three separate times by different people (after being cut off each time mid-sentence) a supposed manager came on to tell me that the girl who filled the order said there wasn't any of the item so they didn't put it in. I asked why a substitution wasn't given when online I had filled out the form (it's required before checking out) to say yes please substitute, and she said the girl told her I had checked no so she didn't do it. I had the order confirmation that says substitute was okay but she said well the girl said it said no so that's that. I asked if we could please send the substitute now and explained the need and who it was for, and she genuinely didn't care and said no too bad they closed the order and it's done. It was very clear the girl probably didn't even check for the item in the first place. I asked for the manager because it was important and she said she was the manager and essentially too bad. I am extremely disappointed - over the course of 30 minutes on the phone I spoke to 3-4 different people all of whom were extremely rude, cut me off, placed me on extended holds without warning (probably hoping I'd hang up), and ultimately couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. As of now, the online status says delivered and includes that item, so I have to now figure out further how to ensure I won't get charged for it.

I had some photos printed there. It is an easy to use self-serve computer to pull up your photos, choose your size and order same day prints. Done in less than an hour, and fantastic customer service when I went back to pick them up.

I get the run around from the pharmacy. When my prescriptions are ready for refill. I request that they mail them to me. Instead they cancel my prescriptions. Yet sometimes they do ship them and when I ask them about it they said they don't offer that service. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy.

Would give zero stars if I could. Scheduled a rapid covid test in the drive-thru. The guy asked if I had signed up to get a flu test too, I said I couldn't remember but wouldn't mind getting one done (I had that done at CVS a few days ago and they used the same swab for both tests). The guy tells me I have to come into the store for that because it's separate. I told him I couldn't because I had tested positive for covid (and not the flu!) a few days prior. He just said ok and put some papers in the metal slot for me to fill out. I had minutes ago told him I was covid positive and he kept taking the things in and out of the metal bin without wearing gloves. When I did my swab he took that without gloves on too. That was at ~9:30am. It was 4:00pm and I still hadn't heard back. Online it says the results are ready within 2 hours. I called the pharmacy and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked her what the status was of the test since it had been so long and she just said "the results will be in your inbox when they're done." Yes I know that, I'm asking WHY aren't they done yet. If she was honest and said they hadn't gotten to it yet or were busy, I would understand but she was treating me like the problem was my email not the fact that I should've had results hours ago. They do the NAAT test onsite so I can't figure out why they would wait so long anyway. I have doubts about ever getting my results (or how valid they would be since my swab would have been sitting out for so long) at this point. Go to CVS for covid tests, they were amazing to me every time, I just had to go for this one rapid test that CVS doesn't offer and trust me I won't be back here.

I had a very hard time with the people in the pharmacy I had to call my doctor 4 times and the pharmacy 6 times to get my medication witch was 6 days with out it it was a good thing I could if it was my heart medication it would have been very bad the people in the pharmacy just said it was in process

Epic fail. The people here go out of their way to ignore you. Customer service is non existent. Went at 1:30 asking about walk in covid booster. Told me to come back at 2pm. Came back at 2pm. Was told there were already 5 people waiting, they're not taking anymore walk ins, go online and make an appointment. Informed them that I was told to come back. They decided to sign me in. Girl couldn't figure out how to update information in the computer. Then told me my insurance card wasn't valid until 01/01/22. Stupid me, I didn't check it cause I knew I just put a new one in my wallet. Looked at it when I got home. It says "valid since 01/01/21". Nothing about 2022 at all. Not going back. Customer service is the absolute worst.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was forced to switch to Walgreens for prescriptions because of our health insurance. I have filled prescriptions here at least a dozen times and have never once had a good experience. I’ve had to wait for over 20 minutes on multiple occasions to get a prescription that had already been called in. My son has a primary and secondary insurance, which they had on file, yet every time it was an issue. The staff was never kind always gave me a hard time. I never have experienced anything like this at any other pharmacy I have used. I just went there now and their drive-through window says that it’s “down”. I have young kids with me and will not struggle inside with them while I wait the 30 minutes it will inevitably take me to retrieve our prescription. I tried calling them but of course, no answer. I have never experienced such incompetence and complete lack of customer service. I will never use Walgreens again.

Much like the other reviews I wish I could give 0 stars. Customer service was terrible rude and inconsiderate. Blond girl was quick to give attitude from the start didn’t seem like she wanted to be working in general, very miserable. The people there don’t care about helping customers they’re just there to collect a paycheck. Don’t waste your time or money here

COVID-19 Test Takers - BEWARE!My wife and I *hoped* to get COVID-19 tested before an international vacation. 72 hours before our departure (the required window), we got tested at this location. Although the website said results in 24-48 hours, we were told *after* testing that it would be 48-72 hours. We hoped for the best. 48 hours came and went - then 72 hours, and our departure time. Fortunately, our destination allowed testing upon arrival, at the expense of a hefty fee and a 24-hour quarantine period. First day of vacation, lost. Not to mention the headache of watching our departure time come and go without our results. We did call the pharmacist who took our tests to ask about the results. He told us, for the first time, the 48-72 hour period only counted business days (we tested on a Sat.) and spoke to me like I was stupid for expecting results before our departure. Will never step foot in this location again.

Will exclude you from discounts if you don't check. Most cashiers at this location are young and have a hard time doing simple math.UPDATE FROM 1 STAR: Although most employees at this location are inexperienced, there is a manager who runs shifts better than others. Matt is always going out of his way to help customers whether it's been myself or other patrons in the store. He changed my opinion of this store and is the only reason I still use this location. He goes above and beyond and it reflects on the other employees on shift. Great job!

Set up an appointment over the phone to get a Covid vaccine. When I arrived they made me sign a form waiving all rights to seek damages in the event I have an adverse reaction. This was not explained to me when I set up the appointment.While I agree vaccines are safe I do not feel reassured they are safe if I'm forced to sign a form saying I can't seek damages if I am injuried.

This Walgreens has messed up my prescriptions twice now for the exact same issue. The second time they gave me a hard time about it, when it wasn’t even my fault. Rude pharmacist. Highly recommend avoiding this location.

In today's day and age you would think the store would at least price match their own web site price. This is not the case for this Walgreens. Price was $1.00 more for a single item (hair product - Got2b Beach Matte Paste) I was running in to get. Web site $6.99 store $7.99, last one and it was pretested by someone else; product residue on the lid and finger digs in the product. Nope no more. Ordered from another retailer online and purchased quantity of two at $5.99 ea with free shipping.

I venture that most folks may agree that the ownership of chain pharmacies don't give a crap about customer service and, unfortunately, this Walgreens is another demonstration of this. The pharmacy is chronically understaffed and shuts down when more than one customer shows up. They ignore the phone (store and pharmacy) which eventually disconnects after 20-25 mins on hold. Pretty sad but what's new right?

Just awful service. Been coming to the same Walgreens for the same prescription, for over 6 years and every single time they act like it's the first time I have ever been here and treat me like I have no clue about what prescription I am getting. It's remarkable really. Incompetentence capital right here.

Worst drugstore on the planet! They don't carry any Flu medicine and it's Flu season! No Tamiflu and no cough syrup! Had to go to 2 different locations late at night to get the prescriptions. They do not even bother to let you know that they don't have it! Also, their English is poor.

I go in to drop off a package the Manager is on the phone.when approach to the table the manager ask if too heavy not going to accept.I say not to heavy.the manager walk to get the Device to Scan the package.she give the device and she say customer finish put on the table and Knock on the table and walk away still on the phone talking.that is not good customer service and she the manager
