Very friendly associates. I have a 10 month old pup who is welcome. Checking out is normally a fast easy process. More expensive than Walmart but I shop there because of the store atmosphere.

They have items for your Betta Fish, beef that heater. Also the snails for your fish tank. Parakeets are there near the fish section. Clean store, friendly staff. No complaints.

Went to PetSmart for a pleccocat. Unfortunately they were out. Picked out a cool golden snail instead. Store was clean, no funky animal smells, cashier was wonderful. Fish guy needs people skills. Everything was pretty pricey.

Associates are kind and caring about the animals. COVID precautions are in place. I came recently to adopt from FourThePaws and the women were passionate about their volunteer work and all of the kitties that are up for adoption. They hooked us up with a coupon book full of deals and freebies to help with the rehoming process. I love coming to this PetSmart.

I'm sorry but your Santa was a poor excuse for Santa. My dog did get her picture taken, but it's kind of sad. The suit just didn't fit the person. We did find what we were looking for & so did our dog. She wanted to pick out her own gifts this year. She's still playing with them, hasn't destroyed them so we'll do the same next year. Just no Santa pictures.

I always take my pets to Pet Smart on Roosevelt blvd. The young lady that does turn her name is Kelsey. Sir is awesome. As well as being a professional groomer she is a very nice person. I wouldn’t trust the card of my pets with anyone else. Pet Smart is very fortunate to have a kind young lady working there. Hats off to Kelsey. Elvis and Spooky love you too

My dog and I walked around to choose some treats for her and my other dog. They had a sale on treats along with 2 coupons that I had, so I got a lot of treats for not a lot of money. I like the option to walk around the store with my dogs especially on a day like today which was very 🌬 windy and chilly.

This store takes good care of their angelfish and have a good verity of them and cichlids. I have purchased one veiled from them and is doing fantastic

Pet Smart is a great place to buy pet stuff, It has friendly staff and it is close to where I live. Also it has section that has cute cats waiting to be adopted. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to buy pet stuff and/or wants to adopt a cat or dog. 🙂

They have everything here your pet needs and also some pets like cats, beta fish, amphibians, snakes, parakeets, rats, hamsters, etc. The only thing I wish was better is the prices. Some items they have here are more expensive than if you purchased them at a local Mom & Pop pet store. But since Pet Smart has many locations and is pretty convenient, I suppose that's to be expected.

Put in an application to adopt a kitten and NEVER received a call about it after providing all my personal information in which they had me slide my information under the door where the cats are located. Seems shady. They placed blame on the outside source who handles adoptions. Cat was no longer available for me to adopt. The manager comes off pretty rude as well, even before this situation.

They don't have much of a selection of fish to choose from. Mostly all very small fish. Not so good when looking for some larger fish for larger tanks. The prices are a bit higher than hidden reef or fish factory. Cat/dog food and supplies are much more affordable at grocery stores or Walmart.

Had to take my dog to ER because their groomer caused hematomas on my dogs left and right ear as well as a cut on his left hind foot from shaving. Didn’t even have the decency to check up on him after this happened.

Training services are wonderful. I loved my experience working w Dena and so does my puppy! He also loves Brenda! I haven't met an employee who I did not like there. Nail trim services are also fantastic. The store doesn't carry every brand of treat or chewy I love, but I don't mind needing to shop at another store since the training and nail trim are top notch for me and my little guy!

This is one of the better PetSmart locations. Staff are always friendly up front, but service in the backend of the store, fish, reptiles, specialty stuff isn't always the best. Prices are okay, but you can get better buys elsewhere. That said, in a pinch, PetSmart usually has what you need to care for your pet. A solid 3 star rating.

This is our 4th class for our Rocky today. We are so thrilled Brenda his trainer! He has come so far we were worried we would have to give him away. Happy to say Brenda has turned that completely around. Rocky has 2 more weeks left and I know he is going to be an awesome dog now. As long as we can get him to stop chewing the leash lol lol So happy and love pet smart Brenda the trainer. 🐾🐾🐾🐾

This review is for grooming only. The two ladies who took care of my Doberman tonight were absolutely phenomenal. I didn't get names unfortunately but they were so friendly and awesome with my dog Maya. 10/10 ⭐
