I love this pet store for 2 reasons. The first reason is for their do it yourself grooming for bathing my 7m old Female Rottweiler. I purchased 5 baths for only $45. To me that is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. They supply me with EVERYTHING I NEED to get the job done and I save myself hours of cleaning up my own bathroom at home. The other reason is their selection and pricing of their HEALTHIER CHOICES OF FOOD for DOGS + CATS and other animals. We will be switching from buying CRAVE at Petsmart to this store to buy our dog foods and supplies. Give this place a try and I promise you won't be disappointed. Oh, they also have a monthly calendar of EVENTS/CLASSES and even a nail bar night for pros to trim your dog's nails for a very affordable price. Seriously, this place is simply awesome!I really hope they do a spring time event outside for Animals+Parents! That would be amazing and have DJ Milkyway Music Enterprise LLC dj/mc to bring in a ton more people that I don't think really know this place is located here or how awesome of a place it is! I've been telling my friends about Pet Supplies Plus and they had no idea the place is located in this area or didn't realize it was a pet store that offers as much as they do. (MLBB VENDOR EVENTS) at both Bolton Mansion + Playwicki Park would 100% boost up PET SUPPLIES PLUS CUSTOMER TRAFFIC. My best friend Jen Flannery is the owner and coordinates every single large scale outdoor event for over 10yrs. Only 1 pet store per event and they can really use a place like this at these events. I much rather see a smaller store at large scale events than Petsmart or a different big chain store.

This place is awesome. They have a dog wash station, bathroom just in case you have to use the bathroom. Staff was amazing. You can customize your own treats, so your 🐕 can try a little bit of everything.

We took our Blue Heeler to their Nail bar that they offer, and if I could leave 10 stars I would! Abigail was amazing with our dog who can be very nervous to get her nails done, and she did such a fabulous job. Amazing price, amazing service, and Cannoli loved it

This store is conveniently located in the same shopping center where I shop for my own food. That's just icing on the cake though, because I love going here anyway. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, and they have a great selection of everything I need: Earth Animal No-Hide chews, which are my dog's favorite, as well as Red Barn chews. The entire treat aisle is stocked with every yummy thing imaginable. So when I bring my dog here, he's like a kid in a candy store. They also carry a great selection of raw foods and supplements, which I really appreciate. I hope they never get rid of the bakery cabinet in the front. Great for those special days you want to make extra special or your pet.

So sad to see their ferrets in a cage with only a litter box and a hammock. No toys, feces on every layer of the cage. I almost bought them out of guilt for the poor guys. Please do better for your animals, they are living beings not just property to be sold. — I did email for further discussion the day I made this review. Thank you.

I shop here often and I always have a good experience. Employees acknowledge me and are always ready to point me in the right direction. The merchandise can be a bit pricey at times but there are usually plenty of sales, not to mention coupons, and I enjoy that the products are American made.

Used the self serve pet wash. Rated 8/10. Nice water pressure, would like the blow dryer to have warmer air but it's very good. I bring my own shampoo but they have it there. 5 washes for $40 special is amazing. Great assortment of all types of pet supplies.

I've been going to this Pet Supplies Plus regularly for quite a while now and I always have a great experience. The store is neat and organized and well stocked and everything is easy to find. Everybody is very helpful and friendly and I really appreciate it.

I bought this bag of bunny treat food from the towers of pet food saying buy bulk & save. Bad idea. Bugs in the pet food. Beware. First time going here and last for sure. Will stick to Pets Plus

This place is great. I loved that I can wash my dog and they give you all you need. Also the food and treat selection is amazing. My dog has allergies and it is hard to find her good food/treats for a good price.

Pleasant helpful staff. Prices are a little high.Watch out for clearance signs. Each time we shop there we've taken a couple of items to the register that are marked "clearance " only to be charged full price. When we asked about the clearance sign the response was "I don't know, do you want it for full price?" The shopper behind us said she had noticed the same problem.

Wash station was excellent and a great value. Everything was there necessary for a spa day for the pet...commercial equipment, different shampoos, towels, scrubber, blow dry..just awesome. Two tubs..one for large dogs and one for small. Had no idea this was even around. Then purchased snacks that were reasonably priced. Excellent job!

I used to love this store. Came here for the second time to buy Neon Tetra and Zebra Danio. But a young man who catches fish dropped fish on the floor. He intended to put it back into the bag with hands. I think that staff should be more and better trained in handling the LIVE fish and creatures. They are alive because are being cared for. Very disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing our kids' first pet hamster today. Kacie was incredibly kind and helpful; generous with her time and knowledge. And excellent call with double boxing the critter! "Zita" had already chewed through the first box before we got to the car, and we JUST made it home before she completely escaped. Looking forward to more adventures, and nice to know we have access to care and expertise at the pet store down the road.

Took our 2 yr old rescue lab in for a nail trim today. No idea if/when he’s ever had nail trim. He did a crazy amount of flipping, squirming, and shedding. HANNAH our nail tech was great! Super patient with him, lots of good ideas to help for next time. Recommend her!!!

They have a huge variety of cat food to browse. A lot of options for a fussy kitty! They have a lot of dog food too! Don't forget to check out the ferret in the back when you go!

This pet store is AWESOME. Staff is so friendly and very helpful. They offer curbside and instore on line order pickup. Dog washing station is great especially if you have a bigger sized dog. Sign up for there frequent shopper card. They email you discount coupons and special offers.
