I have never had a bad experience at a Dollar Tree until yesterday. I tried the self scanner and accidentally rang in an item twice and then pressed the help button. A angry looking gentleman came to assist the cashier but ignored me. The non smiling young girl with brown hair chose to ignore me even though she was making faces when I pressed the call button again. I noticed an employee who was tall, larger build , glasses and a braid in her hair. This nonsmiling employee ignored me also. I felt embarrassed since I was holding up the self checkout line so I repeatedly pressed the call button. She still was ignoring me. Finally I cancelled my other and this employee finally came over. Where was the usually good customer service? Someone could have just have used some good manners and said that they will be with me as soon as they can. Is the store so poorly run that all employee s are miserable? Do they need more training? I have never had an issue with Dollar Tree. The employees need to realize that customers are the reason they get hours to get a paycheck.

Employee that checked me out was super nice, but the store was quite a mess. I get it though, dollar trees are usually understaffed. But if you're looking for fully stocked shelves and cleaniness, well this dollar tree might not be for you.

The male employee always greets you . he helped my mom which was short at checkout (I was on other side of store) I really appreciate that . that shows ❤. Every time I come in this HUGE dollar tree , I leave happy from the conversation during check out and everything purchased . again thank you brother . you should be manager

We hv been going to Dollar Tree stores for several years now and I am still amazed at the values you can obtain. My wife likes to do crosswords. Today she purchased 3 books, valued at $15, for $3!! How can you beat that?

This is usually my go to dollar store, and usually satisfied. However, besides air not working the last I went and it being so hot in there, it was unbearable. The cashier had a little fan but I knew she was uncomfortable. Tonight I went there and there was a sign on the door Closing at 6pm. I checked the website before I left to make sure of the time they closed so I can map out my errands. Huge disappointment.

store felt good when I walked in, but after about 5 minutes of being inside I was sweating. all of the employees were sweating. my poor cashier looked like she was ready to pass out while pushing through ringing a large order in front of me. when I got out to my car, my chocolate was melted. truly unacceptable shopping and working conditions.

Very disappointed in this store. There was a long line with one cashier. I looked for another associate and asked for help because I needed a birthday balloon. He said you have to ask the cashier for the balloon. I said she has a long line and he stated well she didn’t page for help. I walked up to the line which was now had about ten people and I asked the girl to call for more help. She paged Nicky who I had previously asked for help. Two people in line thanked me for asking for more cashiers. At this time both cashiers had attitudes towards the customers. My cashier Dana was borderline nasty when I asked her for a balloon. I stated, boy the people in this store are so pleasant! A gentleman stopped me outside the store and said they were pretty rude huh?

This dollar tree is pretty good. Better than the one near me lol...and bigger. (That's what she said🙊😇) they carry more stuff than the smaller locations**still a great Dollar Tree...so many great deals to be found😍

Cashier Jimmy bad mouthed customers to us the entire transaction for “people buying 90 things, get your stuff and get out” very rude and to top it off he gave us our change 60¢ short. That may not seem like much but it was very rude. As someone who works in retail as a cashier, I’m so surprised by his attitude.

I go here every week for something....This week I went and the cashier (young guy, I think hes new ) didnt bother tonsay hi, ask questions, ask how I was paying. No thank you....not a word came from him! I work in retail, and this is not the customer service I do. I greet my clients, I am a happy person, even if indent want to be there. If anything he needs training.At least say hi. Or anything!

One of the biggest dollar trees I've ever been to. They don't seem to have problems keeping things in stock like some of the other dollar tress I've been to and there's usually ample parking.

There was a long line in check out, but only 1 register opened. Place was warm and either they were cleaning shelves, or there was a lot of empty shelves and boxes everywhere.

Only one that I have seen fully stocked!! Best dollar tree so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful making our shopping experience a pleasant one.

I love this place. They have snacks the corner store has, advertised super market items, nice stationary selection. The powdered laundry agent other locations “”don’t carry anymore.””

Nice people staffing the store and HUGE selection of nearly everything you could want. I found a pair of red sunglasses after i got my contacts back thanks to a very smart and firm young lady who will surely be an excellent replacement for Dr. Forest at Design For Vision j,ust down the strip from the Dollar Tree, when he decides to slow down and enjoy retirement...we need more shops like these and people like the staff. I love this shopping center, have since i was a boy and i think always will...just gets better with age, not old but evolved. Herrs wishing you 35 more great years ahead.. chippies and iphones and metsmonsters oh my! Believe it and it will come. I already built it so you just have to believe. The rest, as they say, is history, my love.

Went for 3 things ,But that never freaking happens😝!! Half HR later and shopping cart full of everything I really wanted NOT!😉 :) Total $48 bucks anywhere else$200 easy.

This store was a HUGE disappointment!! The shelves were unstocked, disorganized, and what they did have was a let down. The customer service was non existent. I'll stick to my Fairless hills dollar tree

Overall well. Miss ur variety mix of hard candy and mints includedThx ..ounce to price ratio great on cereal. Drinks. Water ok... Overall rest of store ie candy. Chips.
