We absolutely love our playhouse swingset! We designed it and Andy took the time to answer all my question, design ideas, and even sent me different design layouts.We’ve had our set for almost 2 months now and it’s just amazing. Everyone loves it from our dog, to our 2yr old to our teen niece and nephew to the grandmas!Quality - seems to be great quality, vinyl swingset and the swings are adjustable in height. We got the baby seat (not the bucket), belt seat, and a double rider.The playhouse has vinyl siding, roof shingles, and even functional windows.Delivery was faster than what they had said, came within a month of us placing our order.The delivery team was timely, answered all our questions, and were open to my children watching them build their play set.We are very much in love with our set and anticipate durability for many years to come.

I had our Swing Kingdom swing set for 2 years. The first year the metal swivel for the tire swing broke. I thought it was a fluke but I bought a commercial grade swivel to replace it to be safe worth $120 on Amazon that is not really made for this set. This is the second year and one of the regular swing hangers broke. I'm extremely upset since my son is autistic and loves to swing. The metal hanger hit him in the head and he's afraid to go on other swings now. I didn't see it happen, so who knows how high he was and he is non-verbal so he can't tell me.UPDATE: After reading this review, Swing Kingdom asked me to contact them which I did. They reimbursed me for the tire swivel I purchased which was actually $180 and sent me some swag. They haven't been out yet, but they promised to replace all the hangers on my swing set as well. So I updated my review to 4 stars. I think it says a lot about a company to try and make this right. I'm hoping the new hangers will be better than the originals.

This is our 2nd playset purchased; the first Swing Kingdom playset was a point of 'final sale negotiation' for the home in Indiana, where the grandkids absolutely enjoyed it for the last 6 years. We were so happy to be able to order the same playset (with only a few minor updates) for the new home in Amherst. Swing kingdom has great customer service. The tarps ripped on my set from the strong heavy winds we had over the winter. After speaking to them and realizing my warranty was up, they still replaced both tarps at no cost to me. They were delivered to my house within 2 days. I was very happy and felt like i just saved a lot of money. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a swing set.

We recently got our swing set and we absolutely love it!We really wanted something for our children to enjoy the outdoors and have hours of endless adventures using their imaginations.When researching the top quality items I came across swing kingdom, and then a week later saw their Facebook page on an autism support site. I quickly realized that swing kingdom wasn't some huge corporate company, it was a local family friendly business. That means a lot to my family, to support a company that invests in their community.We had been looking at swing sets for some time and swing kingdom helped us make this dream a reality. What my children love about this set is everything, what my husband loves is how low maintenance the set is. For me it provides so much laughter and joy for my children, and that makes me happy.The men who came to install were so amazingly kind and even let my kids watch and ask questions. This company has changed our lives and I'll forever be grateful. We got our swing set in October 2018 our grandsons (3 &5 year old) didn't get much time to enjoy it . They can't wait to the cold weather goes away so the can play on it. They did use the slide in the snow and loved it. I would recommend their swing sets. Well put together

We are soooo pleased with our swingset and this company! We purchased our swingset in 2015 and it was an instant hit with our children and the neighborhood. It was exactly what we ordered and was set up on the day/time oromised AND was done quickly! It has been played on pretty much daily since- because of the vinal covering and safety features, it is just as fun to play on in the winter months! This past summer (2016)we moved because of a change of jobs, and I refused to include the swingset in the sale if our house. We sold our house and set up a date to move the swingset to our new house. We all know that moves can get a little crazy, ours was no exception, but Swing Kingdom and especially Dave the scheduler were SO WONDERFUL to work with. They went above and beyond to make our stressful move a little less stressful. They worked with us through all of the craziness so our kids could have their swingset( their piece of home) at their new house in a timely manner. They even worked overtime after a long day of work to stay true to our promised date. In short, this swingset is worth every penny both for its high quality and the wonderful company you will be working with. They are truly wonderful people and a pleasure to work with. I highly reccomend this product and company!P.S. the swingset is a HUGE hit in our new neighborhood as well!

On 2 April 2018, my husband delivered an apple tree from our orchard in Loudoun County, Virginia to a customer in Abbottstown, PA. After delivery he decided to drive to Swing Kingdom in Leola, PA to pick up a green 9ft. turbo slide he wanted for our grandson's birthday. He had spoken to Swing Kingdom previously when he began shopping around for a slide. The merchants in our area did not have the style, quality, or length we wanted.My husband got to Swing Kingdom, pulled on the entrance door to find it locked. With a smack to the forehead, he realised he arrived on a day when they were closed. While turning around to make the 2.5 hour drive back home he heard the door unlock, open and a friendly voice inquire "May I help you?"The salesman, Larry, who answered the door, was in the office even though they were closed. Larry followed the company promise of "Whatever it takes!" Larry called the warehouse down the street, had them box up a green 9ft turbo slide and get it ready to load onto my husband's truck.My husband left Swing Kingdom feeling very satisfied. Larry and the warehouse staff provided excellent service!As for the slide, it's exactly the quality and style desired!Thank you Swing Kingdom!!!

I bought the Express tube slide from them after much debate on who to go with and settled on them for the quality I heard and read about. I drove 2 hours to grab it and got home to a slide that was not a vibrant green it was a faded green with one section not having any of the holes drilled out. I contacted Chris and was totally ignored. I had to drill out all the holes and buff the plastic to make the color pop. Really disappointed with the product and the customer service.
