Picked up an order of 9 subs tonight, initially giving an hour and a half and then needed to place the order again due to a problem with the card going through. When we walked in, the guy working immediately informed us that the order was too large and should be a catering order. I get that 9 subs are a big task, but we would’ve been totally fine with them kindly informing us they needed more time. The guy continued to badger us and said he was about to cancel the order, and that if there were other customers, we wouldn’t have been served. There were zero customers in store, and I’m not sure where he gets the idea that he can pick and choose which customers to serve.I guess we’ll order elsewhere in the future if we will be made to feel guilty for buying food from a place that sells food for profit.

Did a mobile order today and when I got there my order wasn’t bagged up. Drinks, chips and sandwich’s on the stand. Anyone could have play with my money! Probably won’t go here no more. All subway on main st seem to disappoint me! Buy! Plus my meatball sub came with nothing that I’ve ask to have.

I've ordered 6 subs, (2 subs 3 times), they have been progressively worse in quality and taste. The bread is stale, the lettuce too diced, and the final straw was getting a single tiny piece of bacon on a BLT. Won't be ordering from here again. I'd urge people to only use coupons, these subs are NOWHERE CLOSE to worth $13+. Go to Palermo's in New Holland and you'll see the difference in quality and price.

I would give this place 1-2 stars Just based on the lack of friendliness and the lack of store cleanliness. Overall a 1 because the food prep is subpar. The red onions are too dry, bread 🥖 is not fresh. One employee in particular just slaps on everything fast in a messy fashion. Come to think of it, the guy never even put new gloves on before starting my order.

Use to get good service here but the last time I was there some tall kid was there just slapping subs together. Very sloppy. The lady that was a head of me well I couldn't believe she left with the way that kid put her sub together. Got home and noticed that some of the lettuce was brown. Won't be getting takeout from here any time soon.

I have ordered (no bready) tuna bowls which comes with 4 scoops as it shows in the picture in their website but I went to pick i saw that they only added 2 scoops tuna when i shared the issue with the associate see if he add the 2 missing scoops but hewas very mean and disrespectful and was banging the spoon on the salad bar and keep telling that the salad comes in 2 scoops and i was trying to explain that i have paid more and ordered (bready bowls) then got more upset and told me to either leave or he will call the cops tirst I told him to give me money , which he said he can not then I asked him if without saying where his manager was he gave me a fake phone number to call and tried to call but the number didn't exist I asked his name but he didn't provide me eventually he give me my money back but instead of $11.12 he gave me $9:94 and when I asked him to give me the full amount he said the rest of the money goes some kind of fee , and kept yelling at me to leave or he will call the cops on me even I was trying to be calm and telling him my friend but instead he hit my food on floor and told me to leave and I have been ordering from then since 2 years and i am a regular customer but the way he treated me i have reached out to corporate and file a complaint

Poor quality. They must just slap the subs together as quickly as possible at this location. Bread is soaked, sub isn't cut; cut it myself once I got back to work and you pay extra for avocado.. Don't even bother to put it on. Definitely go to the location down the street! This one is horrible.

The sub was soggy, wasn’t cut in half, had cheese on it when no cheese was supposed to be on it. Worst sub I’ve ever had from subway. Will not be going back to this location. Everyone should go to the Subway down the street, much better quality and service. It’s almost like they were training a 5 year old to make the subs. Absolutely horrible.

This Subway is awesome!!! The owner, Tina is friendly and has the hospitality heart you want when your catering order is being delivered. The corporate office took my order and they were even super easy to work with. Subway has a lot of options, but your best one is to choose this one for your office lunches! Great quality food at a great price. I will be using them more often for office lunch catering!

I’ve stopped here two times now, a full hour before they closed. Both times, they said I had to take my food to go because they were closing and they had already shut down the toaster and started putting the food away. They were pretty rude and made me feel bad for coming in.

Quick easy access for anyone in the Leola brownstown area now that the one at Shaums corner closed it may seem like it's difficult to get into since it's right at the corner where the light is at 23 and 772 but it's not and it's not hard to get out of and the staff are always very helpful and on their game.

It's always convenient to stop here after being at the barn next door. They're always kind and don't get impatient when you stop in 5 minutes to closing. However, some employees are more enthusiastic than others. If your customer is obviously in a hurry(I was not rude, just checking out the door on my dog in a running unlocked car), why would you continue to stop and look around and stare at your coworker rather than do your job?

It's a Subway, so you know ahead of time what you're getting. This place is spot on with it's menu. Depending on which direction you are headed after you order, however, it's parking lot is a nightmare. If I'm heading west or south, no problem. If I'm heading east or north, it's a roll of the dice. I usually just pull out and find a better parking lot to make a turn around.

I don't know if many people can recall the ORIGINAL Subway before Doctors Associates. The subs were so enormous with tasty deli cuts that paid no mind to your calorie-counting and the creative cut of the bread from the top. This was the Subway I knew and loved before the sandwich artists started wearing gloves. These days... well. If you like a Submarine Sandwich Lite.. flakey.

I Was there recently and was curious on why there was a pinic table blocking what could possibly be a fire escape located at the front of building when clearly they could just put a sign on that door saying "please use main door" other than that this subway is a great place located right on rt 23
