Make sure you put Riehl’s Quilts and Crafts on your places to stop while in Amish Country. This Amish Family owned and run shop has attractively priced handmade goods. There is an attached wood crafted goods shop too. Not interested in crafts? Take a walk into a functioning barn or snap a photo their carriage.Friendly and eager to answer your questions. This is where your $ should be spent.Recommended.

Nice family farm. You can visit the quilt store that sells many handmade items besides quilts. Also, you can go through the barn area and see the horses and puppies. Other animals outside include goats.Sometimes, the children are sitting outside selling their handmade items. This is a definite stop for us each time we come here.

This is a lovely shop with so many beautiful handmade items to purchase. The young lady working in the quilt shop was so kind and patient, helping me spread out quilts on the bed to measure them. I came home with a stunning new quilt for my home! I highly recommend this

Riehl’s made the experience of buying a quilt wonderful. The shop is clean and well stocked. The woman who helped us was kind and patient while I chose which quilt I wanted to buy. There were so many quilts to choose from all beautifully made pieces of art. I liked that she shared some information about who had made the quilt which made the purchase more special. If you are looking for a quilt I would recommend this place .

This location is a little off the main path but, I would definitely recommend going here for all authentic Amish products. The prices here for their quilts and other goods is awesome. You can walk into the barn and see the cows, gunny pigs (Yes, Gunny Pigs) and the most cutest puppies in the world to play with. See the videos at "LivingFree365" on Youtube.

We stopped here yesterday as part of our bus tour and fell in love with the place! They have a great selection of handmade quilted gifts, my favorite being the quillow. It looks like a pillow but you can unfold it and have your own personal sized quilt, and then fold it back into a pillow when you're done. If you're interested in one, this is the place to purchase it. They are Close to $10 more at the Bird in Hand Farmers Market! Will definitely be stopping here on our next trip.

Animal Lovers-Beware!! Riehl’s is an animal mill. Dozens of guinea pigs all over the barn and a few dogs were being sold for 1395 a dog. Why does a successful business like this need to exploit animals? Simply for monetary gain and greed! It’s deplorable and heartbreaking. The land here is beautiful and the store seems to offer high quality products. Still, I believe until we stop supporting places that run animal mills, animals will continue to suffer in inhumane conditions. Until they stop we will shop elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

Great shop owned by a local Amish family with many locally sourced products ranging from preserves to quilts, as well as a woodworking decor shop. They also have a small menagerie of animals you can visit. Very friendly people.

Brought my son here years ago as a kid. For his 21st birthday ( yesterday), he requested to return. So, along with 4 other 21 year old guys, we returned. It was like we never left. The 21 year olds became kids again with all the animals. The Amish girls tending to the animals, and the store were very polite and displayed amazing attention to their duties. I visited the home furnishings showroom, and I LOVE the workmanship and the products! This place is on pause when it comes to time, which I appreciate. I hope to continue the tradition of visiting it every time we make it to Lancaster. Btw, the woopie pie was delicious, as usual! I would recommend this stop for those of all ages visiting Lancaster.

This is an actual working farm. The family is very hospitable and their kids seem to enjoy the attentions too!The place is very clean and they have many great hand-crafted items for purchase. From large quilts to various wood and leather items. The have a great selection. There is also several picturesque places around the farm from which to shoot photos.

I highly recommend that you stop at Riehl's for authentic Amish quilts or anything Amish. We have purchased a quilt and they repaired a locally made quilt (after much use and wear/tear). This time for my mother in law and presents for our cat sitter. Nice family. Nice children (1 older girl and 2 younger boys). Better prices and better quality than on the commercial street in Bird In Hand. Eat on the commercial street and then visit Riehl's. Perfect.

By far one of the best quilt shops in Lancaster Cointy. Susie and her daughter Prisilla (sp?) and staff are the best. I am proud to be a customer and have become a lifetime friend with the entire family.

On our 'Amish Adventure' we actually made it to Riehl's twice---needed to go back for items we saw the first time. Go early in the day and get ahead of the tour buses--you'll enjoy the peaceful sauntering while looking through all the items for sale. A special treat was the ability to wander through the various barns, see the dairy cattle, pet a puppy, feed a pony and just enjoy the clean farm air.

Riehl's is a great place to visit along the tour or anytime that you're looking for beautiful homemade products such as soap, quilts, bags etc. The atmosphere is most comfortable and welcoming by the family who runs the farm and the business. Definitely a place to stop and visit.

The Riehl's have opened space on their farm for many Anish families to display their crafts. This is a great one-stop shop for well-made and nicely-priced goods, with the benefit staying within the Amish community, rather than being marked way up to enrich the "English." This is a working farm, so please be cautious.

I was with an school group from NC and we stopped at Riehl's, and I was amazed at the beautiful crafts, quilts, etc. that they had.I bought one of the clocks on the back wall, they shipped it to me, and it arrived just a couple of days after I returned home.I love it and everyone who has come to my home and seen it, cannot believer how beautiful it is, and how it works, opening up and playing so many different songs.LOVE ME CLOCK!

This had lots quilts and other things to offer in the store. This was located in an Amish community in Lancaster. This a family owned and operated business. Right next door is their farm and barn. The day we went we saw just a few hours old calves. That experience was neat.

The quilts are beautiful, plenty of souvenir items to purchase (good Christmas gift ideas,) and run by a warm, friendly and helpful family. It was also nice to see the dairy barn, and to visit with some of the animals. Spotless. Looking forward to going back :)

Beautiful store and the young lady that was helping me was very friendly. You pay a lot for authentic quilts, but the prices here are better than other places I have visited. They have an enormous selection and various sizes. I think other stores purchase from here and then resell at mark-up.
