This store has everything pets need and at very fair prices. Their rewards program is a great money saver, especially since I have two puppies! So glad to have this store within walking distance. Grooming services are fantastic as well… the groomer was friendly and gentle, and my pups even got cute bandanas afterwards!

I recently adopted an adult dog from a rescue and am working on getting her bathed. I don't know her history and want to take it slow. I asked them if it would be possible for me to just bring her in to get her used to the tub and they encouraged it which was lovely to hear. I brought her in the next day to try with no plans of bathing her or getting her wet. An employee (woman with very short hair, I'm sorry I wish I knew your name) who has helped me there before, was disinfecting a tub and even helped me to encourage her up the steps and she went up! Then the manager, Steven I believe was his name, said hello to my dog and I explained what we were doing and he asked if he could come in to the bathing area. He went above and beyond for us and got in the tub to help me get her accustomed! I was beyond impressed and appreciative. Several workers commended me for taking things slow with her which was super reassuring to me because I didn't want to be an inconvenience for them.On top of this the baths and bathing area is super well maintained and disinfected after every dog! I love knowing the baths are clean and the workers were so helpful in the process. I can't praise them enough. I'm looking forward to actually bathing her there. We will be doing all of our baths there! They also have a great deal of 5 baths for 40 dollars! It's hard to beat the convenience! Thank you so much PSP!

Pet Supplies Plus has everything I need - I LOVE their selection of raw foods and bone broths. They also carry the only hairball gel my cat will eat. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.. Staff are always nice & knowledgeable.

Hey, guys. I love this spot so much. I also love animals so much. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen- the last time I was in the adoptable cats’ litter boxes could have been changed. Not for my comfort, but for the cats. It could have also been busy and they were getting to it later. I just love animals and like to see them in the most minimal amount of stress. But I have been taken care of and treated well as a customer totally.

I had an outstanding experience at Pet Supplies Plus, especially after a disappointing visit to Suds and Kisses in Carlisle. Upon explaining that our malamute had been sprayed by a skunk, the staff at Pet Supplies Plus warmly welcomed us to use their self-service dog wash or opt for their new full-service pet grooming. Choosing the latter, I regretfully didn't get the groomer's name, but she was truly fantastic.She took our malamute in, making him feel comfortable and at home, and tirelessly washed him three times to eliminate the skunk odor. Given my hesitancy to trust my malamute with just anyone, the groomer's professionalism and care were greatly appreciated. After a poor experience earlier that day, Pet Supplies Plus turned things around, and our malamute was returned to us not only clean but also genuinely happy.I am immensely grateful to Pet Supplies Plus for handling the challenging task of cleaning a skunked malamute with such expertise. Their service exceeded expectations, and I can't thank them enough for tackling the stench he arrived with. We'll certainly be returning and wholeheartedly recommend Pet Supplies Plus to anyone in need of grooming or pet supplies in the future.

Great staff, everyone is very friendly, helpful and has a great humor. We always have a great visit! The pet washing stations are FANTASTIC. I'm so glad they kept them while remodeling. They have everything you need to give your dog a bath, and the price is very reasonable! Cooper always picks up a new treat or toy on the way out :)

Love being able to wash my dog here! There are 3 wash stations, and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait for one of them. It’s clean as well. I like that they have a punch card for washing too

First time bringing Reagan here Amber told me Bobbi is awesome and goes above n beyond. She was right. My sweet pup looks so clean and adorable. Bobbi took the time to explain everything.Amber, Steven and Chevy were so friendly. We will be back.Putting your dog in someone else's hands for the first time can be nerve-racking..All my questions were answered and even though Reagan is a "talker" as Steven said..lol. This store is my "Go Too" place. I bring my big dog to the store and we are so welcomed. The wash station has the 3 bays! Love it. I love to bath my little 110 pounder pup there. The last 2 times I was there the bays were dirty. Which is NOT normal. So I suspected extreme business, I mentioned the dirty situation,this to the staff. They apologized and came over to try a quick clean.You guys are wonderful! I will keep giving you my business as long as you maintain the great staff.Congratulations!!!!!

Sure, you can order from Chewey. Or you could embrace a local business if only for last-minute shopping. A place where you can bring your oversized cujo and wash him yourself. A place where you can see and relate to a smiling face. You can order online for bulk savings... but save yourself to meet those who love pets.

Your employees need to be trained on courtesy, responsibility and informing customers about sale items, etc. We took two items listed as on sale from the rack and took them to check out. The items came up as full price and not on sale. Upon noticing this walking out the door, I walked back in to ask about why we did not receive the sale price. The response, “It’s for members only,” was all I received. I stood there not understanding. A follow up response came, “Members only,” as if I was supposed to know something more. Finally, no effort was made to enroll me as a member or to do a refund or resale of the items with me as a member. So if I was a member I would have received the sale price, yet the employee took no time to mention this or even point out during the sale process that only members will receive the sale price we saw on the shelf. It doesn’t take much when you are employed somewhere to welcome in customers and discuss everything with them related to the sale of items within the premises BEFORE checking them out. That is customer service which significantly lacks in this regard within Pet Supplies Plus Lemoyne.

It's because of her stellar customer service via phone and in-store that we originally kept making purchases at your store & online after encountering problems with a few of our online orders (mostly involving the delivery service or website glitches), including a same day delivery problem for our most recent order placed on 2/7/24.But she took it upon herself and quickly resolved the problem. She's never too busy to assist us, she pays attention to details the first time around when providing her with info that we don't have to repeat them several times when calling in to the store, and there have also been a few times over the last 8-12 months that she hustled to pull our online/ curbside order before closing, although we had just placed the order(s) an hour (or less) before closing. WE APPRECIATE YOU ALEXIS!We also enjoy Pet Supplies Plus Member Rewards program, which btw Alexis informed me about after noticing I used an online promo code for 1 of our orders. So people if you're not already a member then I highly recommend signing up, as it's free & easy to do so. You can save a lot of $$$ with member eligible product discounts, as well as from Rewards points that later convert to "$$$ off" future orders by simply redeeming your points. It's very easy to rack up points quickly, not only from points earned with your product purchases (online & instore) and instore pet services you may already use, but you can also earn points WITHOUT spending money by completing simple activities on pet supplies plus website (reading a short pet related article, watching a short video, following them on social media, etc).ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great service provided at this pet shop supplies store and competitive pricing as well if you become a Rewards member which only takes a few minutes online and it's free to do! This was previously Pet Valu which is why it still has the bathing stations. Unlike Pet Valu, this store has a variety of shampoo pumps you can choose from including a non scented hypo allergenic which can be used on the face and sanitary area of the dog. The water pressure was great. The dryer pressure was great. Although a nozzle would be nice on the end of thr dryer hose because it helps dry them better and quicker. I was able to walk in but I was told that appointments might be required soon.The only thing I did not like is that I felt rushed to get my dog finished because someone else was waiting to get their dog bathed. Only one family is allowed in there at a time.There is also an issue with contacting the actual store. I called about three times in the span of a week and was not able to get in touch with anyone. I was always directed to a voice mailbox that was full. I hope this issue has been resolved.

They have one of most friendly staff of any place we've shopped. Great people to deal with. Highly recommended for you pet needs

I brought my dogs in for their usual bath. However, this time, one of my dogs pee on the ground on the store. I had to apologize for my dog peeing, and I had to sit down for a period of time to clean the area, and to make sure the area was cleaned. I was forced to feel bad for the incident.

I discovered Pet Supplies Plus in Ohio for use of the dog washing station. Impressed, I was enthusiastic to find when I relocated to South Carolina there were plenty more locations with the wonderful dog washing stations.And here I am, a Harrisburg native, only just now realizing there's been one over the river for who knows how long!! I won't take my dog anywhere else to get a bath! I prefer doing it myself (he's sorta glued to my hip) and the quality of Pet Supplies Plus self-washing stations is unmatched! No more dingy, dated and sketchy car wash baths for my boy Bandit!

This is a great local gem nearby that has all your pet needs. Great assortment of merchandise and good prices. Our two kittens have a new cat perch as the result of a great sale they ran at half the regular price. Still a couple left this week. It's always fun to see the dogs in for their spa treatment, the bigger the better. I have purchased brushes and cat toys there without driving to the Carlisle Pike. Also, check out the adoption center for kittens and cats. They love to see everyone. Please stop in to check it out.

We had a great experiences at Pet Supplies Plus in Camp Hill - the people who waited on us were knowledgeable, kind and helpful in every way. The prices were great and everything was just as it should be. We will be back, likely many times, even though we live about 45 minutes away. So much more personable than the gigantic chain stores.

I was there on Wednesday May 24th. I went in to get a few things and was cashed out by a young woman. She handed me my purchase, and I said thank you and she just said “yup”. Then I returned to the store 10 minutes later having forgotten something, and bought my second purchase from a man this time. I said thank you after my purchase and he didn’t say anything. What is up with retailers not saying thank you to their customers after a purchase? Not cool

The associate working when I called is very rude. I called and I asked if she had Hill science diet she says I don't know and then got silent didn't offer to go look or anything until I said something. Then when she said she does have it I said do you happen to know how much it is.. no I don't was her response then nothing else she got quiet I said okay well most places would offer to go look for the price. Then she got an attitude and said I'll go look. At that point I just asked for her manager and apparently there's no manager on site which is ridiculous. So I asked when the manager would be there and she says I don't know. Then I said okay can I have your name? She refused to give me her name. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Then she had the gall to say I was being rude.

I absolutely love this store! My kids and our pup love it as well. Everyone is always so friendly and warm and welcoming and helpful:) They always have what we need in stock and they’re the only pet store around to carry exactly what we need. And their hours are so great, we always seem to get there in the later hours and I’m so thankful they’re still open for us. Prices are great and the rewards system is a bonus! Can’t recommend this pet store enough!

We'll, we learned we needed a crate, pad, and other things that a very pleasant young lady cheerfully found for us. Very disappointed in Pet Supplies Plus - Lemoyne, PA. I went in for some hornworms and the only container they had had 2 dead hornworms and thats it. Also extremely disappointed to see that the appropriate set up that we left for chameleons before quitting because of poor management was disregarded and now they are putting them in glass enclosures which is not correct and extremely dangerous for chameleons. I wouldnt shop there if you want a pet store that knows how to properly care for animals.

I come in here for fish and fish related items pretty often. The employee with the blond hair in a bun who works with the fish is the best. (I don't know their name unfortunately.) They have a tank of their own so they're knowledgeable and always quick to assist when I'm looking at the fish. I hope they get the credit they deserve! Thank you!!
