Great place for grocery shopping. But horrible at a certain time when you have to use the self- scanners. They should have at least one register open for people who do not like the self- scanners like us. There was also an issue also.

This is what a Walmart SHOULD be. Uncluttered, clean, well stocked and courteous employees ! Very large supercenter. Also, a top notch pharmacy. Pretty much a one stop shop !

Scan & Go is nice. I wish they would make it so that the kiosk didn’t need to be visited to scan the QR code as the final step before leaving the store. It should be enough to confirm payment on my phone.

You won’t believe I came here not for shopping but for watching sunset as recommended by my B&B innkeeper. 😂 I was asking her for a place to watch sunset at around 5:10pm, she recalled seeing beautiful sunsets at this Walmart’s parking lot. So I drove here immediately and arrived only 10 minutes before the sunset!This lot is way up on a side of the top of a valley overlooking endless views of the valley and mountains. So I got a very open and beautiful view! And I believe watching sunrise at the parking lot would be a perfect, too.Update 11/06/2021: I came to another side of the parking lot this morning to watch sunrise. Turned out that it’s not a perfect spot for it. So I moved to somewhere else but couldn’t find a right place. But when the sun shines on the valley, the views from this parking lot would be great!

The lady door greeter treats you like a thief everytime even if she sees you checking out. But she drew the line when she took a tube of toothpaste out of my 2 yr old daughter's hand like she stole it even though it was first item on the receipt but she insisted on taking it from my daughter so she could scan it. I'm tired of being treated this way and my daughter absolutely didn't deserve that, incredibly rude.

Had my tires replaced at the auto center, all 4, and it was such a great experience, from start to finish! Not much wait, very nice & respectful employees! Everything is great!

I like how Walmart has just about everything you could think of, couple issues I have though is checkout, it's extremely crowded most occasions and there are barely any cashiers. Everything is self checkout nowadays it seems, plus...in the produce aisle, the employees really need to keep an eye out on their fruit/vegetables. I always find something spoiled while I'm there.

This Walmart was huge! It was a cool location to go to. Great parking. As Walmarts go this store was very clean , well organized and well stocked. Very clean bathrooms, and good wifi connection. The staff was very friendly and helpful, helped me locate what I was looking for, and it was even on discount!

Thank you Walmart for recently added more cashiers instead of making us all goes to self checkout.But recently I went to go buy some normal purchase items and found that all the items are now locked behind glass doors and you need to call customer assistance in order to unlock so if you're browsing or trying to find out product information you feel incredibly rushed by having a store associate hovering while you're trying to make your choices. Thank you for this I will now forever buy these items with Amazon

I like this specific Walmart (Rt 443, Lehighton) b/c, I basically know where everything is. I shop there every week. I also LOVE that they have self check out. I am a lil' OCD, so I prefer to bag my own items. I get frustrated whenever I have to go to a cashier, anywhere, not just Walmart. I always tell the cashier that I'll bag & most ppl let me, but some others will push items down but will still bag some items at the same time. That makes me nuts. OK, maybe I'm very OCD... Anyway, I've never had any problems. The employees are very helpful. If I ask where something is, especially when they have a scanner, they just type in the item in & it tells them where & in which isle the item is in.Actually, I'm about to go there now,after I check to see if it's busy or not.FYI; the reason I only gave 4 stars is b/c they don't have a big selection of fruit & the fruit the do have is very rarely ripe or even close to being ripe. Other than that, I'm happy with this Walmart.

Went to pick my online order up this evening and it took me 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone! Once I did get a young lady to answer she said it would be a 30 minute wait! One hour later I finally got my small online order! I tried calling the store three times to tell a supervisor/manager they obviously need help and no one answered the phone! Definitely not surprised by this at all! Do better Walmart the few good employees you do have are gonna leave if you don’t provide the extra help when needed! Management can get dirty too! I was very disappointed that these employees were out here working as fast and hard as they can and no one else was able to help them! They shouldn’t have to take the backlash due to management’s incompetence!

I'm not a fan of Walmart, especially at home in DE. But this store was CLEAN, organized, and well stocked with friendly service AND staffed cash registers! I will not shop at DE Walmart because it's all self-checkout, but this store had several open cashiers lines...

I live 1hr and 45min away.I been calling since they been opened on Monday December 11 th 2023 been on the phone for hrs trying only dept that pics up is eye care they even tried to get the manager I waited till phone hung up. Filed complaint with corporate they transferred me to tire center they finally picked up put me on hold then it hung up.Very Bad management at this walmart to allow this to happen.

Location, great. Service, not great. They don't even look at you when checking out. Dressing rooms- clean. The girls were great last time I used them.Store is clean. They check your receipts on the way out which I think is so rude. There is one really nice guy that checks receipts otherwise they all act like they're going to find you shoplifting.Once I had an associate ask me at self check out "did you pay for ..."Clearly I did, they were on the screen. He didn't hear the "beep" and proceeded to make an accusation. I called the store manager- unacceptable.

I can't believe how the auto service center has changed. I have been waiting over an hour to get my tires rotated, something I payed for when buying tires 4 months ago. Workers were standing around with no sense of urgency and not getting anything done or slow. Hope it gets better or it will be a profit drain.

Large selections of pretty much everything. Very clean and well lit store. Good prices, fresh products in meat and dairy, even grabbed a cooked rotisserie chicken that just came out.Parking a little unique due to people just wandering and not paying attention to their surroundings.

This Walmart is Super... high up on a hillside. Once you turn off the main road I think you ascend at least 14,000 ft before getting to the actual store. I suggest taking your oxygen when you shop. Oh, and they are out of catfood and Freshpet, so tell your pets to go outside and eat small animals until they get it figured out.

While a little out of the way for me i cant really complain much about anything. A fairly whell maintained and clean environment, with no want for choice, we all expect by going to a big retail store. Never crowded, employees that are more then willing to help so long as you treat them respectfully, and ... its walmart so prices are fair for most products.

Do not waste your time here if you are looking for any kind of guidance from customer service. The 2 women working behind the counter come off as apathetic and rude. Giving the experience 1 star because I can't give them 0. Maybe treat the every day people who come in spend their hard earned money like human brings and not like walking inconvenience.
