Visited this store on Saturday 2 3 24 looking for a plastic battery box. As they didnt have the larger size in stock was measuring the smaller one when a TSC Asociate named Megan offered ASSISTANCE. I politely declined and replied I was ok.I then brought the box up to the checkout and again Megan was at the cash register and asked if the sizing was ok, I replied I thought so and would try it. This simple assistance and concern is truly rare in many retail stores. This Lady is truly an asset to this store and is deserving of recognition in excellent customer service.

The store in lehighton is probably the most useless tractor supply around. It is not geared toward actual farmers at all. Nothing is ever in stock.

Today 6/15/23 at 10:00am we had to go to tractor supply to pick up our chicken and pig food in which we do every month. It is also our dogs birthday and tractor supply seems to be the only store he behaves in. Every time we go to this store the staff goes out of there way to great us and ask if we need assistance. Heck we are in there so much for our pig that my wife looks for Anna every time because she is such a big help. This visit however I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I for one am a store manager and would never allow my staff to behave in this manner. We walked in and was greeted by Robert. We walked to the back and grabbed our pig food and chicken scratch. As we were walking to the front to grab our dog a birthday treat a woman named Tammy offered us a bag of the very same chicken scratch we were buying at a 50% discount because the bag was ripped. Happily I accepted the offer because I didn’t mind the small hole in the bag. As I was walking to the register I stuck the regular priced bag back on the pallet where I found it. As I am checking out with Robert the cashier, Tammy comes running up in front of all the other customers and yells “That’s not the bag that I marked 50% off”. At first I thought maybe she made a mistake but then I soon realized she was accusing me of putting the discount sticker on the regular priced bag. I was so extremely embarrassed and so was the cashier Robert that he apologized for her atleast five times. I understand that there a dishonest people in this world, again I work retail and am a store manager myself. However it would be virtually impossible for me to remove the discount sticker and put in on the new bag without incident, add the tape from the ripped bag, crocs off the bar codes in HER marker, and then hide the discounted bag all on the 5 minutes I was in the store. I am so embarrassed. I will never return to this location. I was going to just leave but being professional I asked to speak to a manager and they sent a many named Rich. He was very nice and understood my concern only I didn’t really feel that it was acceptable for what this employee did and he even tried to defend her by saying she’s usually nice. Which may be the case, only that this time she wasn’t and i felt totally disrespected, embarrassed, and belittled. I will never shop here again and it’s sad because the family and I really use to enjoy the visits and always dropped a lot of money there. Now because this one ignorant employee accusing me of stealing a $16 discounted bag of chicken food you lose a loyal customer.

I went to Tractor Supply in Lehighton today as I do every Saturday I buy all of my feed there and have been a very happy customer but today was awful none of the feed was stocked the workers were great as usual but had to go find the feeds that I needed. I don't know what happened with Jeremy but he made that store a great place to visit and It was always clean and stocked.Ill go one more time and if it is what it was today It will be my last visit.

Had to make a stop on a recent trip. My husband and I were both so surprised at how pleasant the ALL employees were. We were greeted by multiple employees with smiles. It was such a pleasant change from the general NEPA moodiness we're accustomed to😅Well done Tractor Supply!

The people working here are great. Especially Brittany. I had two issues with purchases and she gave me no problems at all. She helped my wife and myself out with awesomeness. Its employees like her that make stores great. Good job Brittany!

I want to give this place a 1 star rating but I have had plenty of nice experiences in the past so we'll grade on a curve.My wife just went there to purchase 3 safes for me we are giving out as Christmas presents, I felt confident sending her as I was sure somebody would help her, she's a small woman and safes are heavy and bulky. She was completely ignored and left to fend for herself after asking for help several times, not to sound overly dramatic but she did hurt her back loading all 3 onto a cart and then into the car by herself, and the store wasn't crowded, someone could have helped her. I expect, and do usually get better service than that. I'll still shop there, but was very dissatisfied with this particular experience.

Made a trip to tractor supply To browse for Christmas gifts and I had been greeted at the door by a very friendly cashier! Two of the employees recommended some very nice well priced clothing and toys. I believe their names were Ali and LeeAnn. Great customer service and I will definitely stop to shop again soon!

Asked to have total cost split between two different payment methods, the casher had just ran it all up on one card, it was 30 mins or closing and we were being rushed out, made things difficult this month.

A fairly large store, we frequently get equipment for our livestock here. The prices are reasonable. Some things are cheaper elsewhere but there are also good deals. When we purchase large bags of feed, an attendant loads our vehicle. Very helpful!

Looking for vetwrap for my mastiff and as I saw they only had pink left asked someone else. This young man named Jeremy took the time to look around a bit a came up with 4 green rolls for my boy! I love this store, they have so much cool stuff. All kinds of rugged outerwear. Large supply of animal foods and toys. They also sell pet vaccinations to administer yourself. They have hardware, plumbing supplies, plants, flowers, mulch, seed and soil. Lawn and garden supplies and ornaments and so much more.

Even though this is a smaller store they pack a lot into it. If you can't find it ask someone and they will help. Decent selection of dog & cat items, a bit slimmer pickings for fowls and sheep but they almost always have something to use in a pinch until your usual product comes in.

Had my worst shopping experience ever today. Was charged for a tank of propane in error but when I asked for a refund, after checking out, that is where the bad experience came in.Was asked to supply my name and phone number to receive it. I just went through the line and don't supply that information since I only buy bird seed and bird feeders. I keep my phone number private and will usually give the number of Information and tell them to ask for me by my name. It is unlisted.After the third time that I gave my phone number I became quite upset and had to loudly give it since the store clerk was being unprofessional. A customer heading out the door called me a jerk and then threatened me with bodily harm.Did get my refund but was asked to sign a receipt but refused since it was their fault not mine.Did inform the clerk after I was asked for the information I would complain about it and it was just shrugged off.Will do my business elsewhere where the customer is treated better. This was a $75 dollar mistake. I had done business there in the past even though I could buy it for less elsewhere as a show of support to them but no more.Don't let this happen to you!

Something has changed over the last few years, at least at this store in particular. From "management" to cashiers and everyone in between, customer service is virtually non-existent. I can't speak about other locations, but the Lehighton store is a mess. Only shop there as a last resort.

Nice store ,well stocked, friendly staff. Clothing , tools, pet supplies, pretty much all your needs. Store is pet friendly. I came here with my 4 legged companion Sheena until her recent passing. Gone but never forgotten. I recommend this store to all.

I only shop here for my chicken food. Great prices and friendly staff. The 4 chick minimum is annoying but that isn’t their fault. My son loves the animal figures and stuffed animals.

I wouldn't classify as a home improvement store. I'm not sure how to classify it. You can get farmer stuff, gardening stuff, horse feed, cattle feed, chicken feed, bird seed, regular dog and cat food, farmer clothing and some other things. I think TS is a good store, it's just that the prices could be better. If it's available at Walmart, then buy it there. However, the prices are competitive with Lowe's.

Everybody was so helpful. Back in the dogs apartment they helped me with my dog as I was trying to teach my rescue how to be amongst the public. My cashier Taylor was awesome and reminded me I need its peanuts for my squirrels

This store does not seem to care about customer service. There is normally only one line open so waits are long. And forget about finding someone to help you find something. There is never anyone around. My husband went there today to get a propane tank filled. As you walk in, there is a sign posted on the door, "Propane tanks filled here". After walking around the entire store and finding not a single person to ask about the propane, he waited in line for five minutes only to have the cashier tell him that she was sorry. They were out of propane.I went to another local building supply store to get it filled and told everyone there that Tractor Supply in Lehighton is the worst for customer service.

Most stores I frequent are sorely understaffed.Their stock is not deep and resupply seems to take a long time. I go there mainly for hardware and bird seed. Their idea of a BIG discount is ten percent.

This is me go to place for chicken feed and supplies. Good selection of organic products. Also great selection of Carhart apparel. Staff is always friendly and offering assistance.
