The pharmacist is an extremely rude old man that is snappy. He even gave me a covid vaccine without wearing gloves. Tried to see if a prescription was in and he yelled at me saying to hold on we just opened. Terrible attitude!!!

The pharmacy messed up two of my child's prescriptions by printing the wrong dosing information on the label. This was done on two completely separate days with two different medications. I still haven't received a call from a manager about this, and the pharmacy person I spoke with on Saturday said mistakes happen with dosing and seemed dismissive of my concerns. The only good thing he did was confirm the pharmacy messed up both prescriptions.

Cashier at the pharmacy said it would be a couple minutes. I waited 45 minutes. Only to get the regular meds and not the ones called in by urgent care at noon. The clerk had no idea when they would have them. As I waited, several other parties had similar issues. This is not my first time leaving here without prescriptions that are needed. It will be the last.

My boyfriend uses their pharmacy. They said his prescriptions would be ready in 30 minutes and when we came back they were ready. Overall store prices are high compared to other retailers.

I have always liked shopping at the Lehighton Rite Aid. They always put awesome items on clearance just in time for the Holidays. The associates are always very friendly and helpful. I shop here all year round. They have great sales every week.

I’ve been calling for the last 3 days to fill my prescription and nobody will answer the phone. I am currently away on business and won’t be able to be there in person till the last day of my prescription. You mean to tell me that no one is there at different hours the same 3 days in a row??

Expensive Products, Rude staff, limited selection. Miserable place to shop, I dont know how they stay in business. They charge 500% markup from online for products people need to survive off of. Almost many 1 stars and 5 stars, which do you think are real?

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!! Opens at 9 and no one will wait on you till 9:20.i guess they take a lunch break when they come in!

Pharmacy is horrible! Every time I use this place prescriptions are never ready to be picked up. You could wait 2hrs or two days before picking up and they still wouldn’t be ready. They will tell you let me check the computer. Then a miracle happens and the prescription from two days ago shows in the system and then 30 minutes later they actually fill it. And to top it off the employees look at you like it’s your fault they didn’t do their job.

I switched my medications from their largest competitor because of an allergy to some Chinese or Indian unknown ingredient.My prescription was available in a timely manner. Both the tech and the pharmacist were friendly. The pharmacist also addressed my concerns about medication allergies. She was very knowledgeable. I will continue to use this pharmacy because I trust them and their products.

Poor customer service every time I have to get my prescriptions filled. Also they make mistakes and don't give you another refill, this has happened to me twice so far. If it wasn't for Tricare insisting we change pharmacies I would have stayed with CVS.

If i could give this place a zero I would. Had a prescription ordered at 10am. Went in at 1 and it wasn't ready. I was told it would a half hour and they would call me. Fast forward to 4pm. I walk in and they tell me it will be about 15 minutes until it is ready. This is the worst pharmacy I have used by far.

Very clean and updated store! Came for my vaccine and everyone was super lovely and very efficient. Did some shopping when completed and found everything I needed. Well stocked. Would recommend this location to anyone!

I’ve used this pharmacy several times a month for almost 6 years and I never had an issue. The pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews.

If you close at 9 …do so not at 8:58 when you see someone going for the door trying to use the atm . Furthermore when they call and ask if the atm is outside Don’t hang up . 1 star is too much

Very unhappy with the pharmacy here. This is the 3rd time in 2 months and can't even count the number of times all together that it is not ready! Today I waited 3 hours just to pick it up, and I come in and they never touched it, not looked at it nothing. And I am told the wait is pretty long. Seriously?! And this allowed to keep happening? I'm done!

The hours to open an close are wrong on this site an a few others. Check the time that pharmacy closed on a Sat an it says 8pm. I have a ill mother an specially came on this site for hours. Got there at 615pm an the pharmacy was closed. Someone needs to update this bc my mother was out of some meds an had to skip a dose bc we thought you where open til 8pm. My mom had melt down scared what would happened skipping some meds like her heart meds an blood pressure. Not cool.

This place is a joke. The person who usually handles the cash register is point blank, the stupidest person I've ever met. She has forgotten to give scripts to the pharmacist, accidentally has not given insurance cards back, and then has the tenacity to blame it on everyone else. Her name is Mary, and honestly should have been out of a job years ago. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Going elsewhere for scripts now.

Overall, this is a terrible pharmacy. They almost never have prescriptions filled when you come to pick them up; resulting in you having to wait there ( for 30 minutes to an hour) while they fill them. This is in spite of you calling them well in advance and coming after the time they are supposed to be filled.
