The part I returned was defected. I can't hook up my Dyna glow heater because propane leaked out of the 50.00 part I bought and caught fire. Now the man said they put all heater and hoses that you hook up to my propane heater I purchased at Lowe's away for the winter. I believe that someone who is not doing much on a weds nite could of went in the back and got me a replacement. Now I have to call the company to have it replacedBy the time I receive a new one it will be warm and I won't need heater in my cold garage till next fall.

Update: Eric in delivery made it right and the delivery items were undamaged this time. Still behind schedule because of the delay but much appreciated he acknowledged their mistakes and compensated me appropriately.Lowes corporate needs to shut this store down. They just delivered 1 of 18 items I ordered and it was damaged.I call the store expecting an apology or an explanation but got hung up on.This is the first time dealing with Lowes delivery. Why is it people dont want to work or do the right thing anymore?What's wrong with people, seriously.

Great service I went in for advice on flooring options. The young gentleman I didn’t catch his name was very helpful. Explained A lot of options. Even tried to set me up for the lowes card. I didn’t purchase yet. But I hope the young man is there to help us again!

If I can give 0 stars to this location I would. I have spend over 10k in this location in the past 2 weeks to get treated not like a person when receiving damaged merchandise and the delivery driver not willing to wait when we're trying to check the items which I would have refused Curtis which has been called numerous times and left numerous messages for a call back told me he didn't see that I needed a call back and his assioates handled it just fine after almost 2 weeks of waiting for a call the ignorance is crazy I was also told today he wasn't working nor available yet was transfered to him. Calling other locations to ask how this would have been handled I was told this locations practices are un acceptable and it's sad. I wanted to return my whole order and order from another location to be told I would be charged a 20% stocking fee even tho they are not special ordered. I will never step foot back in this store and will continue shopping at bethlehem and whitehall .second photo is a repair done previously to being delivered.

By far the better of all the Lowe's stores in a 30 mile radio's.They are organized and when I pick up fragile items they are not a coin flip as to if they are going to be broken.The employees are always helpful and pleasant.

Service is awful. I'd sooner take advice on WebMD before I take one from any of these associates. God forbid you even try to get someone on the phone.... You have a better shot putting a square peg in a circle hole which no one working there would see a problem with doing that.

No lines to worry about entered right into the garden center to get the things I needed. We all wore masks, but people were relaxed and seemed to be shopping as usual except for smaller crowds and distancing. Lots of beautiful flowers to choose from.

Rude staff acting as if they know me and they don't. I don't go hard unless completely necessary and that means I need it now and can't wait for Amazon to deliver it. Otherwise I stay away from Lowe's.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS STORE (or any Lowes). I am trying to use my extended warranty to get a grill I purchased for a heart transplant patient less than 2 years fixed. The Charbroil is a piece of garbage and is falling apart inside and out! It cost just under $400 plus cost of extended warranty! Store manager would not help...said he purged the over 2 year old files...in his fuc---- dreams. And, my receipt would be less than 2 years ago! Lowes customer service offered no help (when I finally got someone on the phone who spoke English). I was told to create a MyLowes account. I reluctantly did and NOT 1 PURCHASE I EVER MADE AT A LOWES (using my email in the store) SHOWS UP! Shop at Home Depot or your local hardware stores! Lowes is out to take your money!(The heart transplant patient has the warranty but lost the receipt I gave him with the warranty paperwork. I guess it got lost in the numerous piles of hospital, doctor, pharmacy, and bill paperwork.)F--- You, Lowes!

I was at Lowe’s to get some particle board for a project . I needed a 4x8 sheet crosscut at 59 and 3/4 inches ( I had several sheets to cut ) . The associate told me he couldn’t cut it at 59 3/4 because the saw wasn’t that accurate . He said it might be 59 1/2 or 60 . He didn’t know . He either doesn’t know how to use a panel saw , or doesn’t know how to read a tape . What is he doing there ? A 32nd is a little off . A quarter inch off is unuseable . I had to leave without the particle board because Lowe’s has people in that department that should be retrieving carts at Giant . I’ve been using similar panel saws for over 40 years , and I’ve never hear anything as ridiculous as “ This saw isn’t accurate enough to cut at 59 3/4 . It might be like 60 , or something “ unbelievably incompetent!! I’ll have to go back over again after the shifts change . Ridiculous!

Little bit smaller Lowe's than most located in Central Downtown Lehighton. Clean parking lot snow removal was well taken care of and staff was outside salting in the winter weather. Smaller parking lot than most. Inside Lowe's is clean and well capped. Staff was very accommodating and helpful all clean cut and in proper uniform. About 10 minutes from the highway. The restrooms are located in the rear with no front restrooms available. This Lowe's is a little bit older and does not offer the new beta Lowe's smart home section.

Employees seem to know when you are lost. They jump in to assist and walk you to the correct aisle. Always appreciative of their guidance. Update september 2022: ordered a large item online, went to pick it up and the huge, heavy box was placed at my feet by the employee as I was asked if I wanted my receipt printer. Really? So I took my receipt left the store to get a shopping cart and came back in. update: January 2023- they had what I needed and even some things I really didn't. 😆 staff asked if I needed help again, but I just use the Lowe's site to tell me what aisle and bay my product is in. No lol ne at self checkout.

Again I love Lowe’s. Maybe it’s the poconos but they aren’t enforcing their own policy of using PPE. That annoys me. Why do people think their special and don’t have to use PPE? Why does Lowe’s employees not enforce it?

What a nightmare. First off, I have used Lowes for just about everything in my home. Spent thousands of dollars over the years for items. Fast forward to October 2023. I needed a new refrigerator as mine kept freezing up. I had very little to choose from since my area is very small. There were three on the floor that would fit. First one I chose I was told it's not in-stock and does not have a reship date. The second one that I chose had 1 left in stock so I ordered it and it was due at my house the day after Thanksgiving. I was not happy about this but nothing I could do about it. Two weeks later I get a call from the store stating that the fridge I chose was not in stock and had to be made. New delivery date 1/24/24. Ok what if my fridge wasn't working at all? Then what? Again, I just said ok. 1/23 I get a call to schedule delivery for 1/24 between 10am and 2pm. Ok great I am finally going to get my refrigerator (which was already billed to my card in October). Morning of 1/24 I clear the area of the house where it has to be brought in through and empty out my refrigerator and take it out of the area for prep for the new one. Well 2pm comes and goes...no fridge. So I call the number for update. I'm told it is on the truck, I am the 8th delivery of the day and they just finished delivery #7. I ask where delivery #7 is located. They couldn't tell me. Ok so I wait. 2 hours go by. It is now 4pm with no correspondence and no fridge so I call again. I am told yes it looks like I am the next delivery. I said ok I was told that 2 hrs ago and nothing. So sorry, I'll have a manager get back to you. Another hour goes by...nothing. I call a third time. I'm sorry manager didn't get back to you yet but oh, I just got a message here from the manager 1 minute ago (yeah ok). The fridge was not loaded on the truck. No one knows why...I demand a manager calls me back. Manager calls back. Can't get it delivered until Friday. Well I flipped out. I have no fridge, my house is in a shambles and I have to wait two more days? Oh boy I'm not happy. As of this message I still do not have my fridge. Is to come tomorrow. We shall see. I will NEVER use Lowes for anything again. Shop small! Customer service emeans everything!

This was a horrible delivery experience. Store manager is responsive but the delivery manager is incredibly rude, dismissive and abruptly ended the conversation. With one order, they delivered half of the items to the wrong address. Lowe’s gave me the run around for 1 week and they still have not given me the full refund for the items delivered to the wrong address. Later, they tried to deliver a dented washer/dryer unit so we refused. They automatically rescheduled the delivery and did not ask us before rescheduling. When I called to explain, the person answering was short and had a bad attitude. I would give 1 star but the general manager at least tried to help in the beginning and connect me with the right person. I’ve learned my lesson. Never ever again from this location.

It was terrible. I went to purchase a lg refrigerator. On sale for 2064.00. Lowest I ever saw price. Of course none available in store or warehouse. Asked if I could purchase display. No. Asked if I could have a rain check for that price. No. It could have been on sale for 10.00 but what good what it have been? Very frustrating. Bad business poor management!

I have always had a wonderful shopping experience at this store and I will continue to shop here. I just recently had a unsatisfying experience when I purchased 20 7/16 osb boards and paid extra for same day delivery. But I did not receive my delivery yesterday as I was supposed to. I then called and spoke to assistant manager Robert and he was very polite and courteous. He told me if I had any issues this morning to call and speak with assistant manager Curtis. So I called and have been trying to get a hold of him but have had no luck yet. Also when I did receive my delivery I had to help unload it from the truck because the driver could not do it all by himself. All I really would like is the extra delivery charge that I paid for same day delivery to be reimbursed due to me not receiving my delivery yesterday as I was supposed to.

Kids workshop isn’t offered even though there are available reservations to make. No notification that it was “canceled” even though I received a reminder email the day before. Driving 45 minutes with 3 kids expecting a DIY experience with tools as marketed, to only leave 3 minutes later with a bag of wooden pieces and nails was extremely disappointing. The staff wasn't even knowledgeable that workshops were offered or where they were in the store. // response to Lowes: I called customer service and had a thoughtful representative while nice, left the conversation with "OK, I'll pass this on and they may or may not call you to follow up" ... not helpful.

They have horrible customer service. It is impossible to get a hold of them.They are so far away from Amazon delivery services. I had horrible experience with trying to return item twice already. If you are buying something just know that it will be super hard to return it. It will take days to get a hold of their customer service and when you call them, their system just malfunctions and the call just drops….then you have to start over again. Countless routing from one department to another.

Much of the stuff from lowes has become low quality. Flimsy, breaks easily and cheap quality has become the reality of this store.. Anything of quality is extremely high priced.

Bought a washer and dryer set. They only had the dryer in stock so they ordered the washer. Checked out from appliances but he forgot to input our info to have the free delivery of the washer done. After we paid the person working in appliances put our name and info on a piece of paper and said he'd do it right after. Went back a week later to see when the item would be coming. Sure enough no order in the system for our washer. Fine, the same guy who checked us out was working so we asked him about it. He denied even selling us the appliances and denied that he forgot to place our order. We have the receipt! Basically called us liars. Terrible customer service. Oh and no one ever answers the phone here.
