I like Giant. This one is bright and I like the full wall of front windows. Monty does a good job of keeping the aisles clean. Their bathrooms are always tidy as well, which is a sign of good practices. The staff has been friendly and customer service has gone the extra mile for me in the past to show me how to get the most points with coupons.

Their bakery section is what keeps me shopping here.Chocolate cream cheese cupcakes. They are the best! Every time I've bought them, they were fresh, spongy & delicious. If they aren't out, I ask the ladies behind the bakery counter, and they have them back there.15/10 recommend

I’ve been shopping at giant for years, and doing the online pick up for quite some time now. And I’m highly disappointed that the last 2 times I’ve went to pick up my groceries, I’ve had to wait longer than I should and watch other people come after me, get their things and leave.

Giant stores have changed for the worse. I asked for Boars Head products and the deli server gave me cheaper store brand ham full of nerve meat at the boars head price - I did hear the person almost complaining about having to open a fresh ham and I'm sure they passed the cheap product at top quality price. Unless they are instructed to do this.Shamefully! Will report to attorney General

This Store is stealing and scamming locals. Bought a small piece of "Reggiano Parm" cheese for $14 and it is not real Reggiano cheese. Total scam and theft. Everything this store sells is a generic version of name brand product and at times even labeled as top brand and sold for above average prices. A total disgrace!

I purchased some Boar's Head deli meat and asked the girl to please slice it very thin. Got home and it was sliced thick. I called the store and after 12 minutes of ringing someone answers. I ask to speak to the manager. Girl says ok hold. 8 minutes later of more phone ringing I decide to go to the store and return the deli meat. Girl at the customer service tells me she did transfer me to the manager. Manager comes out and I explained that the deli manager should take the time to train each employee and that the deli person should show a customer the first slice to make sure they are happy with it. She says "oh after Covid we don't do that anymore" really? Although she did listen and gave me a refund and $10 coupon I think she has a lot to learn in terms of management skills if she wants to be an awesome highly paid manager one day. She's young so I will leave it at that. Training employees properly is essential as well as answering phones in a reasonable time. In conclusion I left without being told that someone will share my experience with the deli manager and never hearing any words to the effect that "I apologize for this issue which didn't make you happy" which hopefully someday she will refine her skills in dealing with customers. 99% of the time I drive the 25 miles to Wegmans.

Very good experience! Was able to shop quickly and get things I needed, though many things are still missing from the shelves. Store very clean organized and employees went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

This is my favorite Giant. The store is well kept and there is a decent organic/vegetarian section. I dropped the rating to four stars because the frozen organic/vegetarian section is becoming more meat oriented and some of my favorites have disappeared. (Editing my review to add that the staff is friendly and helpful, which I should have mentioned.)

Considering the town it is I would think they will be a little better with their customers food. So I went to giants at 645am and I always look around everything for dates. So I go to the cold isle and noticed that there were stickers removed and new ones placed on the container. So on the container it so call stated it was made 15 min before I came but it was in the cold isle. I sarcastically asked the girl since this was chicken just made at the moment if I can have the warm one not the cold one. She stated they were from the day before smh. God knows what was really the date but it’s upsetting that they are lying to customers

I didn't know of the alcohol rule in Pennsylvania so I was only allowed to get so much. Make sure everyone has their id's when buying they won't let you get very much. Overall a good store was stocked and lots of parking available in the parking lot. No wait at the cash register.

This Giant is EXCELLENT! Store GM "MICHELLE" should be PROUD. Always clean & well trained staff eager to help. And if they don't carry an item, they listen and have brought the item in for shoppers. Cashiers are always on staff, which is rare now in days, with everything self check out. 👏Highly recommend!

First, there was a female giant direct person taking up the ENTIRE aisle. She SAW my husband and I waiting to get by but she never moved. I eventually went right up to her and asked to get by. She slowly moved like we were inconveniencing her. Next at the check out. I ended up bagging all my groceries while the cashier just stood and watched. It took me longer to get through the line because she couldn't be bothered to bag groceries. Horrible customer service at this Lehighton Giant.I have shopped here for a few months and there is always some form of issue with an employee. It is very obvious that the store manager does not set expectations and standards with the employees.

Store is clean and bright. It was extremely busy this Good Friday, but there was plenty of staff to assist and check out the customers. I had several questions on where to find items and was quickly pointed to the appropriate aisle. Good prices and there was many good sales. Quality of items is better than other stores in the area, which is why I pass two others to shop here. Highly recommend that a shopper get the Giant Bonus Card to get the best deals. You can link it to your phone number and key it in before you check out so you don't need to have the physical card. There is both staff and self-checkout available. All in all, a great shopping experience.

You had to purchase alcohol in a different place than food. I ask why have the alcohol in that same building . Makes shopping a lot longer. Quicker to go down a few miles to Walmart or even a gas station.

Everyone is always so nice they normally keep a tight ship here too and the store is super clean which I def appreciate. The shelves are pretty much stocked and good to go so I can't complain there either. All around one of the better stores in the area.

Just passing through and decided to stop at the store for a couple of things. As soon as you go through the doors it smells funky, like old seafood. The whole store reeks. When I mentioned this to customer service, they responded "yeah, we get that a lot."Great!! Remind me to NEVER buy fresh meat or seafood there.

I enjoy going to Giant market. I can find alot of items I can not find in my local market . International ingredients are not always available in my hometown store but I can always count on Giant markets to provide a large selection. Keep your store stocked for your customers and they will stay loyal to you.

This place is the best. This lady stocking the shelves took her time out of her very busy day to show us how to load as we were having trouble. We still were having trouble she took us to the manager,and the manager took her time out of her busy schedule to make sure that all the coupons we wanted were loaded,and then after we're done she came up and asked us if everything turned out okay. This place is the best. I don't know what they pay these people but it's not enough.Well done! Well be back.
