Really wonderful human beings work there. My car broke down outside at night and these coworkers went above and beyond to ensure our safety. Travis Brandy Brianna Connie. Someone hit us whilst in the store. They jumped my car and mare sure we were safe. Also while in the store they helped me test Christmas lights and made sure we were signed up for the reward program and we saved money. Thank you all. My elderly mom.and bff was with me. We will always be patrons of this store. Great deals and huge selection too. Everyone deserves a raise. They rock.

The food here is very cheap and Craig working the counter was very polite.They have a lot of wholesale furniture for good prices as well as a large outdoor section for all your spring and summer needs.Parking is great and the lot is huge.After 7 p.m., there's practically no wait in line!

Great place to buy decorations yet the furniture is sub standard even though branded Ashley & Broyhill. The furniture in their stores must be the cheap version of these brands offered to align with price points. And don’t return anything, the assistant manager, Ashley, made a comment “we don’t even carry this” made me wonder if ALL locations aren’t under one franchise umbrella??!

Big Lots has expanded their furniture department. It is now the first department upon entering the store. Prices on many things are higher than elsewhere. Wait for a sale if you are looking for a bargain.

I really want to like this store. Prices are good on pretty much everything. Staff is nice and helpful. But I was shopping for a new living room set and this was my first stop. After trying out some of the seating the wife and I decided to keep shopping at other stores. While waiting in line to pay for what we did pick up, I noticed a big crawling on my wife. After a quick Google search I discovered it was a bed bug. I noped right out of there.

It's far removed from the usual Big Lot locations I shop at but after adding items to my online cart, this location had everything I needed in stock.So, with Mary at the checkout and Nikki keeping merchandise organized to Connie helping me locate different wants.Great staff on this weekday in early May.The store shelves were all full &even the bathrooms & stockroom clean and in order.Nice to shop amongst pleasant workers with awesome prices.

Sales floor associate Travis was so nice! Mary has been so helpful every time i call so has Niki I bought a couch there last week it was on a truck and was there within the week. The story is neat clean and organized the staff is friendly and very helpful. Will most definitely be telling my friends and family to shop there. Thank you for having such great customer service.

I love to go shopping there. But if it's something in perticular you want don't expect to find it even if you got it here before, as there stock is constantly changing. I like to go to buy products that I'd like to try without draining my pockets. I always come out happy with my savings. And the people that work there are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered same day delivery from this location. Got wrong item. Tried to return it and was told i had to drive to the store for refund of the item only. Would not credit the delivery i paid, for the wrong item they supplied. I was not asking for cash just a store credit for the price of item and delivery charge since i had to drive to the store to fix their error. Just stick to Amazon.

I use to really like big lots untill a few years ago when they changed their prices. It is no longer a discount shopping experience. I find most items cost more at big lots then they do at Walmart.

Big Lots is our favorite of all stores to shop. Usually have all the essentials and they have added a lot of additional variety over the years. If your in need of furniture, the selection is usually pretty good as well. Only knock is on consistency of inventory but still our first choice to shop.

Always find things I didn't know I needed. I went there today,I found out you can no longer get an instore discount at check out. Why have a membership if you get nothing in return? The cashier said I can get a coupon if I have an I phone,I lose out,don't have one. Grrrr!!

THIS is how you treat customers! I went to pick up two chairs I ordered online, and was acknowledged within 10 mins of entering furniture area! Nikki was the associate who patiently helped me and listened to me. Polite, courteous, helpful are the three words that best describe the sales associate Nikki. Another girl with pink hair (sorry I don’t know her name!) was also very friendly, helpful and polite. If you want old fashioned service with a smile - this Big Lots is the place to shop. Nikki also went and got bungee cords off the shelf for me, and took me in back looking for my order. I am impressed and very thankful good people still exist!

We had gotten really good deals. They had some really cool yard items, food items and storage containers. The girl Audrey that was there to check us out was so helpful. I explained to her that my email address for years would not allow me to get the rewards. She explained that emails from our local cable and internet company haven't been letting the customers get their Rewards. She had me switch to my Gmail address and was able to give me the discounts that were available to me. I appreciate it very very much, especially since I have been going to Big Lots for over 10 years. I am very very much looking forward to going back to Big Lots more often. Thank you so very, very much Audrey in Lehighton, PA Big Lot store. I also want to thank the girls that helped her with getting the discounts that we were entitled to. I don't know their names. Went to run in quick for one item. Doors were locked at 10 minutes before they close at 9 pm. Then they had the audacity to come out and say they close in 5 minutes. Guess they don’t want money.

Great experience at this location picking out a couch and kitchen cart. Ask for Nikki and she will take care of you! We also really liked the delivery service they contract with, got our stuff delivered that same day safely and are enjoying our purchases since!

The people are so nice here. They have a great variety of things. Mostly anything you need at great prices. They sell furniture inside and outdoor. All kinds of seasonal things. Curtains, towels, pillows, food products many are specialty food items and snacks. They sell just about anything you can think of. I really like this store.

My friend and I shopped at the Big Lots in Lehighton yesterday - 4-27-17 -and I was never greeted with as much cheeriness and kindness before as I was yesterday! Every time I turned a corner I was greeted with a friendly "hello" and/or "Can I help you find something?" I have never been greeted like this before in any of the Big Lots stores!! The staff there yesterday was wonderful!!! What an awesome atmosphere :-)

We bought our living room furniture here last week. NIKKI was so helpful, patient and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with her. The furniture was delivered the same day. The delivery people were very professional and pleasant. Our overall experience was excellent.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought a tv 4 months ago tv stand and desk all are subpar when it comes to quality and then cant help you when the stuff stops working after only a few months. No one actually cares there. Its all about money. They just lost a good customer over bs.

I always enjoy shopping at Big Lots in Lehighton. The store really has some unique items at great prices. The Furniture area is amazing. The Associates are very helpful & pleasant. The place is very organized and clean.
