The tech’s Scott and Mike from Andrea’s got to my house right on time. They were friendly, happy to answer any questions, and brought good insight. But most importantly got to the root of the problem! They also looked out for what would be worth our while financially for the long run and not just short term. He was very professional and explained everything and options. Staff are all very pleasant and nice, was able to come out same day to check out HW heater issue. Michael was great and thorough in checking over the unit for us. Scott did the replacement parts on our heater and was very professional, personable and did an amazing job getting us up and running. Excellent communication, easy scheduling and was earlier in getting repair parts in and me rescheduled. Quick response time, very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me thoroughly. They were able to work with my schedule and cared about the fact that we didn't have heat for days with a 3 month old baby, while waiting for parts to come in. They came out the day the parts came in and had everything installed in about an hour and we have heat again!! Can't thank the dispatchers enough for coordinating a successful outcome as well as the techs who came out to diagnose and install. Definitely would call them again if something should arise.

Had the pleasure of having Josh Agosto replace what I thought was our sump pump cover but it turned out to be an extraction pump instead. He gave me a run down of how everything worked and what to do if the alarm went off. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend Andreas plumbing for all your needs. Their dispatcher was incredibly kind as well. She gave me a discount for having to reschedule a few times and worked as best as she could around my schedule. Thanks a lot again Josh! I have used Andrea's plumbing many times and I really don't have any complaints about the work itself or the people.But most recently had plumbing work done in my laundry room. With the exception of a couple feet of dryer vent material I provided the rest. Lowering the water supply by less than a foot, an hour worth of work ..Total bill $1,000. HOW??The materials were less than $100 or possibly even less than $50 which brings us to a $900 an hour pay rate?I am a firm believer in Fair wage and profit but this was over the top!

I did what any responsible consumer would do, conduct my research and make a final decision. Simply basing a decision off reviews isn’t enough for me, it’s how their employees are treated. It’s evident that Andreas seems to do so with a family specific compassion, making my decision easier. Service was exceptionally fast and great, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain everything and a set my questions. The service manager was concerned about his people, and that is truly important for me.

I'm a first-time homeowner and new to the area and I had no clue who to reach out to when we suddenly weren't getting any water at all in the whole house. We called and explained our issue and Mary at the office was so accommodating, kind and quick to respond with the ETA of our technician. Dean came out to our property to see what the issue was. He present all of our financing options very clearly and gave us the worst case scenario estimate, just to prepare us for the worst (as we didnt know how deep our well tank was). A big thank you to Alex, the other technician who came out to assist Dean with the job. They are hardworkers and were both very committed to getting the job done in one day even though it was getting late, which we very much appreciated given our situation. Highly recommend to anybody who wants the job done right by people with the proper knowledge on how to do it! 👍🏻

Hot water heater busted in late afternoon. Ryan got to our house early next day and helped us assess our options since it was in a small space under the stairs. Very wonderful company, they have a very affordable service charge that's not wrapped up in hourly fees and was able to get us same day service. The technician that came out found the issue right away, he told us that debris was clogging the system which solved the immediate problem and restored heat to our house. He gave us quotes for a long term fix and an a new boiler install.Will call them again for all my heating needs. Thanks again!

Today 2/6/2023 Cameron and Craig installed a Generlink hookup for my generator to my house, and again, they did a super job. GenerLink is the easiest way to use a portable generator to run your house in the event of a power outage. The only thing to install is this ring.Had a Resolute RT boiler installed along with the hot water storage tank. Craig and Cameron did a great job cleaned up after themselves and were very patient with answering all my questions. It looks like a master piece in my basement. Now we will see if it is as efficient as advertised. Andreas plumbing and heating was on time bolt days of a two-day installation and did a great job 👏.Today I have my free plumbing inspection done in dean did a wonderful job.

I am smiling!! As the cold weather, here in NEPA, arrived, I quickly learned that I needed to make some adjustments to my home so my newly created, basement, commercial kitchen could regulate heat, air and humidity properly. Those three elements are crucial when creating and storing confections. After my call to urgently request someone to please come to my home and help to evaluate my situation, Skip arrived at my home. Together, we discussed various options based on my immediate needs, and future plans. Skip was so easy to talk to, and well versed in the products he recommended. We decided that a mini split system would work best. Knowing my immediate needs, the Andreas team scheduled my install within a few days.Today, Eric and Butch arrived, greeted me, discussed the install details and then got to work. I have to share that they were efficient, careful, extremely polite and...very-very clean as they worked in and around my home. After the install was completed, Eric reviewed the system operations with me, and even helped alleviate some concerns that I have regarding my future plans for my home business. Eric would not leave until I was certain that all of my questions were asked and replied to.What a positive experience! It's evident that Andrea's takes pride in making sure their customers come first. Thanks so much!
