Fantastic! Took my cat in for a bad bladder infection. Just walked in checked in, and was immediately taken care of. Vet techs very professional and gentle. Veterinarian was excellent! Problem taken care of very low cost including iv and medication. 20 stars and I definitely will go back! Many thanks!

This clinic is great for routine and basic care. I would not take my pets here if they were actually sick. I've had 2 cats examined by them. I used to be a vet tech so I am familiar with what should and should not be included in a basic physical exam. My adult cat was merely glanced at. The vet didn't bother to check out her ears or teeth. I didn't really mind because I didn't have any concerns, and was mainly there for vaccines. I was disappointed the second time when I returned with a small kitten I had rescued. I wanted to take her there to get checked out right away instead of waiting for an appointment at my normal vet. The veterinarian she saw never put a stethoscope on her, never checked a temperature, or much else. Instead she only asked questions about how the cat was doing (I had only had it for 1 day) I took her to another vet shortly after for a spay consult to find out she had a heart murmur. She saw 2 other vets that heard a heart murmur while still under 6 months of age. I would think for a $65 exam fee they would have checked her heart. I would return again for annual vaccinations but prefer my regular vet for all other instances.

Dr. Jackie and her techs are amazing! I've been bringing my kittens to her since I found them back in October. She's always had their best interest in mind.She helped get them fully vaccinated, and treated for worms/fleas. She got their eye infections cleared up. I also got fantastic and affordable recommendations for spay/neuter clinics from her. Every time they've been very transparent about pricing and treatment options for my two kittens.I recently brought in one of my cats because I noticed him acting a little strange and belly breathing. She quickly assessed him and helped direct me to the nearest emergency vet to get him the best treatment available. She also followed up with me and the emergency vet as much as she could. During such a scary and stressful time, Dr. Jackie has been such an amazing help and source of reassurance. I can't recommend her and her team of techs enough!

This place I would never take my pet to again. Long story short I got a puppy who seemed to have some breathing issues. Whoever the short hair girl was who saw my dog immediately said this is not good, his face is fractured, something wrong with his snout… and he might have cancer? I had my puppy for literally less than 24 hours.. and he seemed to have a breathing issue while I took him there for this they ended up saying all of these other things were wrong. My dog also got a laceration from my other dog.. which we asked them about there.. they wanted me to go to Pittsburgh have my dog put under and have surgery?!? I was on board thinking this was professionals telling me this so this must be what I have to do. Found out they didn’t take care credit. I left and immediately called rainbow vet in Darlington who then informed me they would love to see my puppy and work with me on the price so my care credit can cover it. Found out at rainbow vet that my puppy does not have cancer, my puppy’s snout and face is completely fine!!! My puppy never needed surgery, they told me to let it heal on its own. So that’s what we did and he is FINE. We also found out the breeders let him eat whatever and his tummy was filled with food, which is why he had breathing issue LOL. So at the end of the day he was fine.. but this clinic is obnoxious. I had the dog for one day and they looked at me as if I abused it. I did the right thing by taking him there and was treated like an idiot but also they thought I was stupid enough to spend thousands of dollars 😂 they called Pittsburgh surgery emergency center for dogs and they tried having me leave there and go straight there.. I’m so thankful I took my puppy to rainbow vet instead of listening to these people. They seem to not know what they are doing. Terrible experience.

Everyone there is professional and very nice. They truly care about the pet's welfare. Usually a very short wait or none at all. The only drawback is they cannot do surgeries or xrays. Great option for routine care and some emergency care.

As suggested by Tracey's response to my old 1 star review... I tried this vet again. I have to say I was extremely pleased! The 2 vet techs and Vet Jackie were over the top accommodating to our rude, unruly GSD. I am very happy we tried again! Big Thank You to the staff that was so amazing yesterday and to Tracey for suggesting we try again!OLDSaturday I know is a busy day but the only time we could get there. Signed in at 11:10 online, we are return patient. Our 16 month old GSD got ALL of he puppy shots there. Went in May to get heartworm test and meds but , like a mouthy shepard the dog put my husband's hand in his mouth, tech Stated he's biting! Sent them away with meds to calm him next visit. We also muzzle trained him and returned today, September 23rd. At 11:10 we were 6th in line. I went in about 11:30 to make sure they knew we were outside and let them know we were following there instructions and he was pre-meditated. Spoke to vet, not a tech at counter, she said "great, we'll call you soon" and verified my phone number. An hour later after watching several pets leave, at least 5 parked close to us I went in to check that they didn't forget about us. Several employees behind counter, I asked 1 how long she thought wait will be? She said we are 5th in line! I choked and said we were 6th at 11:10! She said we've had some very complicated patients this morning. THATS the nature of a walk in clinic! After speaking to a patient leaving, i know for a fact we were being passed over. She got on the list at "about noon" We watched her pull in and watched her leave. We left the parking lot after another 40 minutes waiting at 1:10. After being home for about an hour I got a call that they were ready for us! I wish they just would have said from the start they didn't want to see our pup. It was very inconsiderate for them to leave us in the Parking lot for 3 hours only to ignore us. It was rude to us and I question how much they truely care for animals. Our pup was medicated for no reason! We won't be back!I gave them a glowing review when they first opened and had very few patients, now they have a decent business and can be rude to your face!

Will never come here again. Took my kitten here after he had a seizure because the 5 other vets i called all reccomend i goto a walk in clinic so I drove 1 hour out of my way to take my kitten here and they told me they couldnt do anything and gave me a paper with more refferalls telling me to go somewhere else. They couldnt even take the time to examine my cat they immediately just told me to go somewhere else. I was very let down by them and will absolutely never recommend this place to others and will never come in there again.

Dr. Jackie and her staff were amazing! They were patient with us and explained everything we needed to know about our new little kitten. They were upfront with the pricing and we just felt so comfortable talking with them! It's so nice to not need an appointment and just walk in. We are so happy we found this vet clinic!

I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER GO TO ANOTHER VET AGAIN I WILL TAKE ANY AND ALL MY ANIMALS HERE!! These guys are lifesavers So nice So professional I don't even have the words to say how grateful I am for what they did for my cat Lucky!!!! He was sick for days it was a holiday weekend of course everybody else I reached out to was a nightmare One particular place with the initials AA in Ohio, but I'm digressing please please if you get the chance to take your pet here do it The prices are phenomenal the staff is great I just want to cry I'm so grateful and happy!!!!

Dr. Camus and her team are the absolute best! My one cat isn't the nicest when it comes to vet appointments but everyone was so nice and understanding and I appreciate it more than they know! He also loved all the treats he got haha! We also got in within 30 minutes of being checked in and had 5 other fur babies ahead of us! No question this is our regular vet now!

The Drs here were amazing with my kitty Misfit today and with me. So compassionate and caring. When they were unable to give him the care he needed in the end (he is a very complicated health cat who is dying) they referred me to safe haven who was amazing as well. After all their work and examining him, they were so kind as to not charge me since the couldn't help. Most places I've been charge you just for meeting your animal, then for all services on top of that. I cannot recommend them more. Thank you soo much! From Misfit and family.

Took my cat here for a skin allergy. Dr Jackie is wonderful. She took her time looking my pet over. Looked at cells under the microscope and determined it was an allergy. She prescribed prednisone liquid. Within 2 day the skin allergy was gone. I only waited in the waiting room maybe 20 minutes. I am grateful for Petwell and Dr. Jackie. I highly recommend them. Thank you for helping my little girl feel better.

A friend let me know about Pet Well Clinic & I’m glad she did! I really appreciated the fact that Dr Jackie does all of her work with me in the room. She & all of her staff were friendly & professional. We walked in & were seen right away. I also appreciated the price structure. It’s far more reasonable than the pet store animal hospital, even with the ‘discounts’ of their Wellness plan.We are trusting Dr Jackie for all of Gypsy’s vet care from now on. I love that it’s a walk in. I came in with my cat George cuz he was acting strange for the last 12 hours or so. He wasn’t eating or drinking and was hiding. This was so strange cuz he’s usually very outgoing. I came in to the clinic and was greeted by happy young professionals. They took care of George like he was one of their own. Sent us home with some medicine and food for him. It’s been about two hours and I can see a huge difference already. 10/10 recommend! Thanks for fixing up my Georgey.

We had a sick kitty and wow what a fabulous experience. Even though they were busy the vet was so thorough and took so much time checking all possible reasons for the kitties illness. Our kitty suddenly couldn't breath, would not eat and had a high fever. The vet took so much time with us. You don t see that very much now adays. Cost was cheaper than my vet too. The vet took an agressive approach and now our very sick kitty is doing so well. Just sincere love of animals was obvious.

Dr. Jackie and her coworkers were amazing! Walked in with both of my cats to get examined for eye issues, walked out with two happy kitties! Even after a day of antibiotics they’re feeling so much better! These ladies were patient, kind and so helpful. Dr. Jackie gave us so much information. She communicated at every step what was going to happen and what to expect going forward. They were able to provide us with pricing and packages that are offered for preventative care. Extremely knowledgeable. I will forever be so grateful for this team. Can’t wait for our follow up visit.

I have had great experience at this location for my Pitt named Baby. They are super friendly and accommodating since she isn't dog friendly. They either put us in a room and or come get us outside when it's our time. My dog gets UTI, skin infections, and ear infections randomly and I know I can always trust them to get her seen. I appreciate them having a waitlist so you know when it's your turn and evening hours. Thank you very much we appreciate you! My dog is comfortable their and I know she is taken good care of!

Went this past Saturday with an abandoned cat & 5 very young kittens we wanted to get checked out. Drove almost an hour to get there after receiving a text that we could walk in. Was greeted by a very rude woman who told us they were not taking anymore appts and there were 20 ppl in front of us. There were exactly 2 ppl in the waiting area. When telling her how far we came & our dilemma her only reply was that she didn’t want to be there until 8:00. She had no compassion whatsoever. Certainly not the people I would want treating my animals! Will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed with PetWell Leetsdale staff and vet. My Mom’s semi-feral cat is very resistant to being captured, and we had him crated today to take him to the humane society for his 3 year rabies vaccine. While we had him, we discovered a nasty looking open wound on his neck. I called no fewer than 6 local vet clinics for an emergency visit only to be told by all of them that they had “no available appointments today.”So, we arrived at PetWell when they opened and we were fortunately one of the first to arrive. Check in process is easy and staff is very friendly and helpful. They examined him and came up with a treatment plan for him.Definitely recommend this vet clinic!

I am a retired veterinary technician and this was one of the best vet visits I've ever had. The staff and doctor were welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough. The office was spotless. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with two cats. The prices were good. I highly recommend the office in Leetsdale. Thank you ladies for helping my furry friends.

Out-of-the-blue my dog came limping into the house, so I took her to the pet well clinic in leetsdale. There was no wait I didn't have to have an appointment. They took good care of her and it didn't cost a fortune. I was in and out in less than an hour. Maybe less than a half-hour. The staff was very kind.

We brought our cat in to get up to date on his shots. The people were super friendly and easy to talk to. They seemed to only have one doctor so we waited for quite a bit, although they got us into a room quickly. Maybe 30-45 minutes? Not a big deal. The girls seemed a little inexperienced, but I guess that's to expect from a new business. The only major issue I had was the fact that there's windows between both examination rooms and out into the lobby, so you can see into the next room and all the way out into the front. I'm not sure why they have this set up but it was pretty uncomfortable, because the woman next to us had several kids who were just staring into our room the whole time. I can imagine if you were there in a stressful and emotional situation with a sick pet that you wouldn't want the family next door watching and listening in on the whole thing. It was just really strange and made us uncomfortable. Other than that, the prices were very fair and the service was good. Just 3 stars because we probably wouldn't go back unless we have to, since we felt uncomfortable most of the time.

Very knowledgeable, very quick, very nice. The vet was wonderful. The waiting area is very open and it has a screen showing your place in line. If you register on the website you can check in before you get there. Expect to pay up to 200$ but it's worth it. I got great advice, apparently hartz brand dog and cat supplies contain poison and should never be used so if you use that brand STOP! (Shampoo, flea collars, flea treatment, ECT... It literally kills pets 😩) NOT AN EMERGENCY CLINIC, they treat basic problems.
