we stopped her to get flowers for an elderly woman, I have to say it was the WORST floral department I have ever seen. They had maybe 3 things, and those things were dead or about to die. We went to this giant eagle because they used to be great. I would be embarrassed to even call this a floral department.

I'd like their quality of meat and produce but I'm not sure if any humans work there???? Every time I go there is one person working on the registers!! so you're forced to use the self checkout. What happened to the good old days?

VERY HIGH PRICES!I was in the shopping center. I stopped at this Giant Eagle to check out the prepared food. What I found was a spaghetti and meatballs meal for $12.49. This is refrigerated and a small portion. I can get a similar freshly prepared meal at a local restaurant with a larger portion for the same price. It seems Giant Eagle has used the current inflation to increase prices more than the inflation rate on top of already having the highest prices in the area. People could use the money they overpay at Giant Eagle for other things.

Clean. Big inside. Hot food area always have a lot of decent choices. My dog loves their chicken tenders. I'm not a fan of G.E. prices. They mark them up then put on a sale like you're getting a deal but meanwhile, it's the same as you'd pay anywhere regularly. I do like their produce & fruit here always fresh. Decent store

I am sick and tired of having to walk from one end of the store to another just to get to the pharmacy. It’s not just this Giant Eagle, but this particular one makes it especially frustrating due to the congested main aisle and then painfully slow checkout experience when busy. If you think the answer to theft or unknown loss is to barricade the pharmacy entrance, maybe try staffing more than ten employees at a given time in the entire store. What’s that? No one wants to work for you? Can’t “afford” to pay higher wages? Then you have no place being in business.

simply put, this giant eagle has the most pleasant and courteous staff of the Giant eagle's I frequent in this area.it's not that the staff at other giant eagles are rude or disrespectful. it's more like they are distant and impersonal, and can't be bothered at the other giant eagles. and again that is not a put-down to the other Giant eagle's, as I became accustomed to this in California.it's just that here at this Giant eagle in leetsdale, they are nice.

Thursday Nov 2 2023 the grocery manager named John was very rude and embarrassed cashier named Devin in-front of customer and myself. I told him I was going to service desk to speak to him about the situation but when I asked for him I was told he left the store. what a coward !!!!! I will be writing a letter to corporate.

Great atmosphere, needed to grab a few flowers and gifts for a special friend staying at a rehabilitation center nearby and they had everything I was wanting and looking for. Lady at the register was very polite and helpful when asking her a question about the flowers. Thank yinz’rs for all the wonderful help!Roscoe ~ Pics4yinz

Good Giant Eagle, definitely above average. Not my favorite supermarket ever, but reliable for every day. Almost always has good quality fresh of what I'm looking for.

I bought this on 5/11/23 only to see the next day it expired 2 months ago! Why does this happen? I’ve seen expired yogurt here as well. I advise shopping elsewhere they don’t take food safety seriously.

This is probably the crummiest Giant Eagle you'll step into. Also, be careful of the sushi. I bought what turned out to be bad fish from them twice now. They actually used to have decent sushi until about a year or so ago. Don't know what changed but the quality took a nosedive.

Used to always go here on my way home for groceries. I've now opted to go to Shop' N Save due to the fact every time I have went into the store for the last six months I have been greeted by some Duquesne Light nimrod asking to give me a gift card if I listen to some pitch on how I'm being bent over the rails on my electric bill. I'm here to pick up a Rotisserie Chicken not be scam called in person.

I typically like this Giant Eagle and the employees are friendly but none of them know anything about store policy’s, my perks, fuel perks or sales if you ask even at customer service. One time I was there it took 3 employees to come help a girl get a fax to go through for me at the service desk. I know how to use a fax machine and she charged me and thought they went through I had to show multiple employees that they did in fact not go through before they got it figured out. Beware however of the Get-Go it is the worst I’ve ever been to. Closes whatever time they feel like and the employees ooooof they are rude.

I very rarely shop here, because their prices are set for wealthy people. The only time you'll find me here is when I received a gift card from someone. Otherwise, I completely avoid this place, and buy groceries where a working man can afford to eat.

Nice selection of local Breweries, and pretty consistent food quality.Had some very tasty cranberry goat cheese salmon for dinner we got from the seafood dept. Was a hit!

Went there really early for a couple of breakfast thing. Very clean, well lit. Found everything I needed. Many employees doing their thing, I didn't need help, so did not talk to anyone except for Cashier, who was cheerful and friendly.. the best part was there was not a "Karen" in sight. If felt like the whole store was Karen free. :)

I love the variety of goods at Giant Eagle. It's always a good experience. The prices are a little high for my liking but with the advantage card they drop a little and you get to earn fuel perks. I don't usually go to this Giant Eagle, however I did find my first impression to be a good one. It was clean and the employees were very nice and welcoming. The store was well stocked and organized. I will go back if I'm in the area.

Very nice staff and especially the service provided at their customer service desk.Check out clerks are quick and polite. Store stockers keep the aisle uncluttered and the shelves well maintained and stocked.Meat department was clean and bakery had lots of sweet treats to choose from.Will definitely be shopping here frequently.

I shop hear often. It's a clean, well stocked store with friendly and helpful employees. This is one of the Giant Eagles with a wine and spirits section and a fresh sushi section in case anyone was wondering.

The people here are usually always friendly. The place is clean and the made-to-go selection is good. The shelves are pretty bare most of the time and you can't find stuff you're looking for. It's gotten really pricey to shop here now as well.

Service has gone downhill. Pharmacy drive-thru is never open. You have to walk through the entire store to pick up a prescription. There is a door right near the pharmacy, but they keep it locked because they are worried shoplifters will use it (I guess it would eat into the profits to put a cashier or a security guard there). Went in to pick up a prescription for my 91 year old mother. She had called them 3 days ago for it, and was told they would need to get a refill from the doctor. I was told they hadn't had time in 3 days to send the electronic message because they now only have two people working per shift and are too busy to contact doctors offices for patients. Either hire enough people, or remove yourself from the pharmacy business.

Normally, I rate Giant Eagle very high. Strong service, great product and quality. Today I had a clerk that was leaning over a counter talking to another clerk yell at me "why don't you take that cart and put it outside" I didn't want to return with the rudeness she gave me, but I sure wanted to come back with, "you are the one paid to work here, if you want customers to do your job, why do they need YOU?

Nice store. BJ and Sara in the bakery are AWESOME. Krista, Jasmine, Sandy and Floyd in customer service are always friendly and helpful. This store is always clean, and usually well stocked.
