Not too happy the second time I took my husky there. The first tine they were very nice the second time they couldn’t finish all the grooming due to he was not staying still. Complaining my dog was not having it so they couldn’t trimmed his coat. I see why he couldn’t stay still they most of put some of kind strong spray or shampoo it was bothering his nose and he was shaking his head.He end of getting anxiety he couldn’t stay still. Which was not him acting this way after coming home from a grooming salon. Oh and on top of that they still charge the whole amount. Very unhappy with this place. Thumbs down!

I stumbled upon Whoodles from an online recommendation and I’m so glad I did! They are so wonderful with my dog and while he’s always been hesitant with his paws being touched, he always comes back happy, smelling good, and looking oh-so-handsome! Thank you to you and your staff for being so kind & loving towards dogs and being professional in his grooming needs. I especially love the report card after each visit letting me know of his experience!

Been taking my dog to Whoodles for six years for grooming and had training services when my dog was a puppy. I can't say enough wonderful things about Whoodles, Laura and Terry Meyers. They take such good care of your pet while under their care. ❤🐶

This review is for the dog training. When I initially had called and scheduled an appointment, I was told the cost is going to be $120 for six sessions that is the only reason why I signed up. I thought it was kind of cheap, but I did see a sign on thier building that read economical"retail solutions" so I thought maybe that had something to do with the low cost ,that and the area, leesport is not a very upscale area. To my surprise after the first session my total bill was $445 and some change for the series of 6 one hr sessions. I was shocked and did not expect that much. I told them that I could only pay $100 and then I would pay the rest later. I ended up canceling the rest of my sessions, but they still charged me $100. If you break up 450 into 6 it would only be $75, still they did not refund me any money. They actually laughed when I said that I thought it was only 120. When you are charging people $75 an hour for something you can look up on YouTube, you need to make sure your client is well aware of the cost before you proceed. In fact why don't you get the customer to pay before the service starts that way there is no confusion. The trainer was very knowledgeable and very nice but it is way too much for something you can learn off of YouTube.

I have a deaf Jack Russell and he is very apprehensive about new things and new surroundings . They were great with him. My female Jack Russell was also there and she has separation anxiety. They were great and tailor to every dog's need. I will definitely be going back there.

On the phone I was told $120 for the 6 weeks and I got there and did my first class and was like, okay, this is good. I get to the register and he tells me $445. I ended up paying for that class which was $75 and canceling my appointment. I am not happy in the slightest bit. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR TRAINING AT ALL. I even asked on the phone if there were any surprise fees and they said no. $120 was the set price. Do not go there if you are thinking of doing it.

Laura is just absolutely amazing. I started going to her for training about 3 years ago. I now go to her for everything. She has an amazing selection of great food for dogs. She does an amazing job grooming my Cocker Spaniel, which took a lot of work initially as my dog didn't allow for a good groom as she is twitchy when it comes to her feet, and hated when her face was groomed. We worked together, and today my dog allows for a full groom without any issues. We also did three training sessions(basic, whoodles, whoodles2). To be honest, the basic training went amazing and there was no need for us to do the others. However, it never felt like training and we had so much fun we had to do the others. I completely stand behind whoodles. You won't find anywhere or anyone better.
