Well lit and clean but limited services later in the evening. Self service checkout only which does not accept rewards or coupons. Many made to order food items it of stock but staff tried hard to substitute it refund missing items to customers.

Ordered an Italian 11/3 @2:20 pm approximately. There were 2 employees running the food stations. I cannot remember their names. But I wanted to extend my praise to both of those employees as they were the only 2 making food for at least 10 people at the same time. Calm, cool, collected, communicative, and the sub I ordered was crafted with pride and care. Not slopped together. Big shout out to them!

So I normally wouldn’t take the time to rate a gas station, but this is not just a regular Wawa. Let me tell you the customer service here Is simply immaculate. The manager was amazing. He was smiling from the moment I walked into the moment that I left, helping every single customer not once. Did he give anyone a hard time great conversation and honestly just made my entire day. By far the best Wawa I have ever gone to and if you ever get a chance to stop by here, I promise you won’t be disappointed

Only leaving a review bc I couldn't get ahold of anyone otherwise! (Called 3x no answer)My order #496 on 02/08/24 was messed up, I had to get back to work so I still ate it but I ordered two of the snack wrap things with the spicey honey and pickles and parmesean - however there was no Sauce and no pickles on my wrapsStill ate it, still was okay, but my pregnant self was very sad the two things I was craving were the two things left off!(If the employees have time to goof around and joke with one another the least they can do is make my order right please)They are more than welcome to reach out if they want, but I just want them aware to CHECK THE INGREDIENTS ORDEREDThanks!

Very nice facility. ETHANOL FREE FUEL is available. This location has TWO air pumps for tires and trash cans EVERYWHERE. No E85 at this location, otherwise it would be where I fill all the time.

Stopped here today with family at 5:30. Sat 7/15. Ended up, leaving with nothing. Wanted 2 coffees and a slushy. There were 3 workers in the store and no manager to speak to. Slushy machine was broke, and there was absolutely no coffee available. Lady making drinks told me we could have it for free if we waited, but she never brewed it. She was too busy and distracted. I was very disappointed we had to leave with nothing. (Bernville location).

I come to Wawa a lot. I arrived today, Friday, July 21, at approximately 10:00 pm. My order took time and today, my birthday, and they gave me the worst service. The ham and chicken sandwiches were not toasted badly. the employee with a bad attitude and looked at my wife with attitude

Busy location, Tesla chargers is a huge benefit for the area. I was going to rate 4 stars for three long wait times, but the employees here really do their best. During rush hours prepare to wait for food and checkout, plan accordingly.

I am an elderly woman who uses a walker. Employees at this locale are always helpful and friendly. Today, however, on a very hot day, the manager went way beyond that to rectify an oversight. She was superb!

This Wawa is so much more than a gas station! The nicest employees any time of the day or night…and they have some of the best food around. I find this amusing considering their a gas station. Always leave with a smile from this place.

Ordered my food at the kiosk in store. Order was wrong multiple times. Usually don't realize until I get home from work and open the sandwiches. I still use this Wawa as it's close to my work. I just no longer order food from this location.

Two chainsaws ruined ($1600) and I had to buy a new saw today. I went here specifically for 5 gallons of the ethanol free gas for my chain saws a couple weeks ago. Mixed my Husqvarna oil as I always do at the cabin yesterday except, w/ the WaWa gas, I ended up with one destroyed engine in my Jonsered, and the Husqvarna needing a piston fix. Saw shop mechanic tested the fuel and it had some unknown contamination in it (see pic). The 2 stroke oil I use is 6.4 oz for each 2.5 gal jug for 50:1 ratio. You folks should check your “ethanol free” fuel before someone else uses it in a 2 stroke application and they destroy their engines, too!

This wawa messed my WHOLE order up I ordered a nacho burger and all I got was a slice of cheese on it and the food was still cold and it only took me 6 minutes to get back to my hotel the whole order cost me $40 the only thing they got right was a cup of meatballs
