Not many pet boarding places accept cats. I found this place a few years ago and have been bringing Kitty here ever since. The rates are reasonable. The care is excellent. They tailor your cats' needs to your specifications. Kitty does well while in their care. Thank you❤️

I've been bringing our dog here while we are away on vacation for many years. He is always relaxed and happy when I pick him up at the end of his stay. I highly recommend them if you are in need of dog care.

My dog has been going to Leesport pet resorrt for 13 years. She loves it!! Cindylou is excited to go and is exhausted and hoarse when she gets home. They always take great care of her . I never worry about her durring her stays. We call it puppy sleep away camp

Our beagle eagerly will leave her family to be taken back with the staff when we need to kennel her. We've used this kennel for several years and many stays and our dog is still eager to go with the staff after many stays.

I bring my pup here to doggie daycare. It gives him a chance to get out of the house to run around and play with other dogs. He can't wait to get there and gets so excited when he knows we are going. The ladies that work there are friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

My 2 dogs have stayed here for extended kenneling in the past, with good results.Being much in need of a day’s “alternative placement” for my 2 pets while briefly out of town, I tried the Doggie-Day-Csre alternative offered at this facility. It was reasonably priced for a worry free day! Best of all, the owner (always involved and caring) said my pets clearly enjoyed themselves (though one of them can be hard to manage).The proof was in the pudding - my dogs lie here, happily exhausted, after a day of canine cavorting (I can only guess!).After a busy day of my own, I’d dreaded the need for a substantial evening walk - they don’t seem to be up to it!This is a service well worth the price!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is unreliable and do not care for the animals properly. I left my dog there for 6 days with about 26 cups of food to eat for that time. When I picked her up, I got about 20 cups of the food I sent with my pup back. When I asked about it, I was told “Oh she didn’t eat some days” AND I was told “We normally leave the food in there overnight so that they can eat when we’re not here. If you want, we can throw out her food every morning and put in fresh food” 😳 WHAT?! I send my dog away to be taken care of and not to get her back with her ribs showing. No one ever called to notify me that she wasn’t eating. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE! I took her to a new place and was on vacation for 10 days, yet somehow she ate everyday at the new place and it clearly shows in her weight.

Cody loves it there. Like any other kennel there is always a chance of catching kennel cough with so many other dogs in one place but from what i have seen they are very strict on making sure your dog has all shots and vaccines and they keep the place super clean. Cody goes here all the time and we will continue to, i would highly recommend it. Play time can be a little rough, chewed ears, scratched noses etc....but he absolutely loves playing with the other dogs. Never any serious injury, they do very well watching over them at playtime.

My family has taken our dog here twice in the past six months. Both times she has developed kennel cough. We talked to the people here about it and they couldn't care less about it, they said "well that happens". So feel free to bring your dog here but be prepared to pay $30 a day and then an $80 vet fee.

LPR is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They reviewed my dogs vaccination file in advance of the visit and called me about it with plenty of time to bring it up to date.I like that the hospital is in the same building. I feel very confident that expert care is nearby should the need arise.The dog never complained, although he does seem overanxious to go home. He just doesn't appreciate the finer things in life. After all, he chews on sticks for fun. :-)

My dog absolutely love lpr. The staff is fantastic and they love my dog just as much as I love him! When I even ask him if he wants to go, he's already in the mudroom waiting with his leash and when I drop him off, he goes right back no problem at all! At the end of the day, if I ask, the girls will give me a report on how he did or who he played with. He has stayed for long periods of time too like when I was on vacation and there were no problems ever! I could even call in to check in and they would let me know! He always comes home tired and a happy boy. I love this place and would strongly recommend them!

Fantastic staff and facility. Our four cats were pampered and received excellent care during their stay. We wish we had known about them sooner! We're sorry to have moved out of state so we can't use them again in the future.

Our shin tzu developed an eye infection while staying at LPR. Jill contacted us immediately and took him to a pet ophthalmologist in Allentown and waited with him for 3 hours in their parking lot. He is doing well now thanks to them noticing the eye problem and taking action immediately.

My dog can be unpredictable, so I was very nervous to board her for the first time. My dog came back super happy and the staff is amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough, seriously wonderful. Thanks to Leesport Pet Resort I can go away on vacations and not have to worry about my dog.

A last minute road trip for me and I had to find a place for my fur baby. Ridgewood was booked. We tried for 2 days at LPR. She was absolutely terrified ! It didn't make any sense to me ! She's graduated from puppy class , level 1 and level 2 at Awesome Dawgs. And has taken a class at Godfreys. Plus she goes to doggie daycare at Ridgewood Canine Camp. Everyone loves her and she adores them !! So something bad happened to her at leesport pet resort ! Beware !!!!

We've been taking our pupper here since moving to the area. The staff all know our dane on sight, and she knows them and is excited to see them, always a good sign. Would recommend.

I can not say enough on how much my dogs looked forward to their visits at the Leesport Pet Resort. They just love going there. Very similar to their reactions to "time to eat" or "want to go for a walk?".

Seems good although I haven't been inside the whole facility only the drop off, although every time I receive my dog she always either ends up with a minor injury such as a small cut or some of the skin on her nose is cut off or peeled a bit
