The service department at Classic helped me pull off something amazing. I surprised my partner with a pre-owned Harley I bought locally. Classic did a full tune-up, then agreed to help me surprise him. From the first call I made, Skylar was calm and helpful and positive about the whole thing. I know VERY little about motorcycles. It didn’t matter. They explained everything in plain language and were very reassuring. It was an amazing experience surprising him, and an amazing first experience with the Harley Davidson community. I can’t thank Skylar and the service team enough!

Love this local dealer. i go in for random engine parts to maintenance my older 2000 roadking and they have dam near EVERYTHING in stock such as gaskets,bolts,plugwires…etc. warm and inviting staff too

Really amazing Harley Davidson dealership. Take a short break on my road trip. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even as a non-buying bike customer, you get a very warm welcome in this store.Great selection and assortment of Harley Davidson accessories and products.Was lucky, could get some nice Sales offers.Definitely worth to visit. First started going to Classic Harley for all my service needs a couple years ago. My experience so far has been phenomenal. Brandon and the service team at classic has continuously knocked it out of the park. I recently upgraded the front and rear suspension on my 2019 street glide and cannot be happier. I never thought it would be possible to make an 800 pound harley ride like a Porsche but this place made it happen. I would recommend Classic Harley to anyone!

.This is now the 3rd time Classic has done this to me. Bike was scheduled for an appointment 3 weeks ago and again Wednesday. My bike continues to sit without being serviced and was told they didnt have the time. I bought a 38k bike from them as well. If you want your bike serviced in a time manner. I advise taking it elsewhere. No phone calls and when the customer gets upset classic becomes the victim. The service team told me that they cringe any time my bike comes in for service. Horrible service, lies, and false promises. STAY AWAY FROM CLASSIC. They care about their customers only money. The owner is hot headed and will use his size and attitude to threaten and cut you down to size. When I bought my road glide I had a complaint about my existing bike. Kevin flies into the parking lot, slams on his brakes, jumps out his white truck and gets under my face immediately. way to do business.. you can't service any one of my bikes on time. when you call them out on how they do business they threaten and cut you down to size.

I'm writing this review because of the professionalism of a particular salesman. I was greeted soon after I arrived. I was asked if I needed any help, (the usual salesman's pitch) however, he wasn't an ordinary salesman. He answered all my questions, provided more information than I asked for or didn't think to ask. He helped me decide on the motorcycle that I truly wanted. He wasn't pushy or standoffish, in fact he was polite, informative and most of all, friendly. Jeff Miklos, thank you for everything you've done, for going above and beyond what I expected!

Broke down on the way to New York to the Harley Rendezvous.Rescued and brought back home.Thought it was repaired correctly, but it was a temporary fix.Broke down again. This time, on the way BACK from the Harley Rendezvous. Rescued again. Had the same dealer pick the bike up again, and was told "this time, we definitely fixed the problem".Fast forward a couple weeks later to the morning we began our 3-day bike and camping trip.Half an hour into the trip and broke down again. Same symptoms.Nursed and babied the bike over to Classic Harley Davidson.After explaining to the service department what had happened, that were up front and said they might not be able to get to it that same morning. I figured I'd have to leave the bike there and cancel the trip. However, after some discussion, they said they could take a look at it and give a prognosis.We walked across the street to get a coffee. 5 minutes later they called and said they found the problem. I was skeptical, given the misdiagnosis and failed repairs from a different dealership.Walked back over, and the Master Technician showed me the problem. A loose connector.A LOOSE CONNECTOR to the rear fuel injector. (which would come loose upon hitting holes or bumps in the road).In less than an hour, my horse was repaired, and we were able to complete our road trip.The entire service staff and frankly everyone at Classic truly understands the lifestyle, and therefore, made the effort to get us back on the road and continue our adventure.Classic Harley Davidson provided us with Excellent Customer Service, Expert Technical Service, and Unbound Professionalism. Going forward, all services and repairs on my bike will be done at Classic Harley Davidson.Thanks to your entire team.Glad you enjoyed the chili!

Purchased a brand new $32k motorcycle this past weekend from 4hrs away out of state. When getting ready to load the bike the battery was too dead to start the bike. With a 4hr trek home I had no choice but to leave with the already purchased bike. I was given a trickle charger, it was what it was and I made the decision to leave. I got home and charged the batt overnight only to start it and have a check engine light and the below codes. I got it sorted locally and reached back to classic. I asked if they would work with me on an accessory I wanted for my troubles. To which the reply was no. I’ll be curious to see the response to this review vs how corporate will respond tomorrow.Love the bike, very disappointed with the service.

Not my normal dealership, but have many friends who patronize here. Was visiting Classic with a friend who recently purchased a motorcycle here. I spot a beautiful low mileage Street Glide Special in Mysterious Purple Flake, and my wife's color is Purple. I made the mistake of sending a picture to my wife, and next thing I know we are trading her Red Street Glide Special. Never once did I feel pressured, we were treated fairly on our trade, and there was never a take it or leave it offer. Matt, Alan, and Jessa are great people to deal with, and earned a 5 star rating from our family.

Great location with great employees that care about you and your bike. Shout out to Eddie, Barry , Allen, and Amanda for all their hard work and helping me to find the bike of my dreams! They make you feel like family! Eddie helped me find the best bike for me and as always made me laugh along the way! I’ve used Classic HD for various services over the years without issue. My most recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.I contacted Classic concerning an ins. claim that I needed an estimate for. As well as an appraisal, due to the age of the bike. The initial person I talked to understood what I was looking for and very helpful. But once transferred to the service department I could tell I wasn’t being heard. Was rushed into dropping the bike off that day, but felt it was going to be in good hands, so I made the trip.Once at the dealer, I had an in-depth conversation with the person I left the bike with. Went over the accident details, the areas on the bike affected, and what my intentions were as a customer. I was turned off, as most of what I was saying was going in one ear and out the other. I have worked my entire adult life in the automotive collision repair field. As well as, I work on/service all my vehicles and bikes. Yet I felt like I was being talked to as if I’ve never touched a wrench.A week passed with no follow up. When I reached out I was told the estimate/appraisal was done, and was told the estimate amount. Which was extremely low, at least 1/3 what it should have been, based on my own initial inspection. I picked the bike up, and paid the estimate fee. (Which I had no problem with paying for their services.) When looking over the estimate I see they only accounted for one side of the bike and still missed things from that area. (the bike was hit while parked, resulting in front end damage as well as both sides of the bike)There was also no documentation for any type of appraisal on the bike. I’ll note that I was not charged for one either, but that was one of the reasons for taking the bike to the dealership.It’s unfortunate that I can not feel comfortable with their service department in the future. This was a waste of time, money, and resources for both parties involved.

I have bought 4 bikes from there and I will go back for more. Service is great. I should have relied on them more. I tried a dealership closer to home and my bike spent more time with them than with me. I told Classic, they will get my service work now on. People spoke highly of the other dealership. But, I guess they are so busy that you must wait weeks to get the job done. Classic gets the job done promptly but good quality work. I never had to return it for the second time for the same job. It's a hour drive for me, but worth it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Sent my bike in for a simple service that they said would only take 3 days. Now it’s been 4 weeks and I’ve missed prime riding weather. All they have to say is sorry we’re working on it. Do yourself a favor and send your bike somewhere else for service.

Looked at a 12 k bike 2006 .they wanted 303 a month ,they wouldn't do any better why have salesman if your not gona reduce the price to get a sale out of it instead they left me walk out the door . They did call back and try to make a better deal . The guy was very professional. And definitely wanted the sale . We changed our mind and decided to wait to maybe next year . We had other problems come up we needed to deal with ATM .BUT TY FOR THE CALL BACK...

First time rider/owner here. Really happy with my experience at Classic. Very nice, clean dealership with a staff of amazing people. My sales rep, Matt, is an outstanding individual. Above and beyond is an understatement. Genuinely good dude who just wants you to have a great experience. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Definitely suggest stopping by Classic if you’re looking for a bike. Fantastic place to go.
