Took my senior Great Dane here who suffers from severe anxiety. She seemed to like it here a lot! Definitely will be using them over the boarding facility I used for over 6 years. Highly recommend!

Elise notified me my dog hurt his leg. I drove to pick him up the next day. The gentleman at the front desk said let me go get him. He came back out and said “I think he passed”. I tried to save my dogs life but it was too late. I asked what happened and they told me “he had labored breathing earlier in the day”. I asked why they didn’t call me they had no response, no answer. My dog was 8 years old and healthy as a rock when I dropped him off. I can not put this tragedy into words. No one has an answer. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I’m a dog person and I just lost my best friend @ AR pets for no god damn reason or explanation. You’ll know when you meet them, they don’t care about your dog. They care about your money. If I what I wrote here saves even one other dogs life then it’s worth it.

This was the first time we ever put our dogs in boarding for a weekend. It was really scary for us but AR Pet Inn made it very easy. When we didn’t realize they were cash only, they even worked with us to let us cover the balance when we returned which was really nice! The staff took great care of our babies while we were away and they were very affordable. Will use them in the future for sure!

Once again, the staff were oustanding during Binney's mini-vacation stay. He loves his friends at AR Pet Inn........and so do I!! He's looking forward to his next vacation. ❤❤
