My Girlfriend And I Like To Eat At Family Owned Local Restaurants Rather Than The Typical Chain Restaurants As Their Quality Went Down Hill. Happy Day Cafe Is A Small Hidden Place On The Corner, On Street Parking. We Both Had Omelets, I Had Whole Wheat, And She Has Rye Toast, Staff Is VERY Friendly, Prices Are Super Reasonable! We Shall Be Back!

The servers are great. They are kind and go out of their way to satisfy their customers. My wife and I go there at least twice a week. The only bad thing I can say is that they are not open for dinner an close at 2:00 pm. Now, you pay with cash only! Better stop at the bank machine before going (if you are like me and don’t carry cash, that is). We have cut our trips to Happy Day because we don’t carry cash. Food is still good. Go now about 1 / month at best.

My coworker and I decided to share a tuna melt with a side of fries. One review said the best tuna melts but we both disagree. It was unimpressive and a rather small sandwich. The tuna salad mix seemed to lack substance. Also, we each ate one french fry and threw them away because they had zero flavor, no salt and were very basic fries.

They keep the coffee flowing, always a positive in my book. They even offered a cup to go. 😃Everyone said their meals were delicious from eggs, corn beef hash, waffles & French toast. This is why we keep coming back. Good experience!

Marissa, our server, was amazing. The food was hot and fresh. The coffee was perfect. It was a bit crowded but then again, it was Sunday morning breakfast. All around great experience!

This has become one of my favorite places to eat. The service is always very quick, and the people are very friendly. The food is really good and quite inexpensive. They serve homemade mashed potatoes, which is nearly impossible to find at any restaurant, and also make their own pies which are very good.

A little out dated but otherwise a cozy little cafe. Service was fast and pleasant. Food was cooked super fast and hot the whole way around. Coffee was kept topped off. The food was good and the price was even better. The bill won't break the bank.

Excellent service, tasty & properly cooked food, staff is super friendly & tentative with the whole dining room! Also the cleanest place around! My favorite time of year at the Happy Day is Halloween, they have all kinds of animated decorations!

Love this little place,we go there atleast once a week anything I've ever ordered has been delish! The pancakes are very hearty and thick one amounts to two. Everyone who works there are extremely helpful and so so nice id definitely recommend this family owned restaurant to anyone!

If you want a true diner experience, look no further! They make a great breakfast, everything was cooked perfectly. If you're in the area and in need of breakfast or brunch, I'd highly recommend! Prices can't be beat
