I can't say enough good things about Tracy and her staff. Kaos had never been groomed before and he was a hot mess. He is a terrified, soon to be a two year old Border Collie. Tracy was able to bathe and clip him . He is soooo handsome now! Thank you again Tracy. You don't know how appreciative that I am for your great work!

We have been going to French Quarters for the past 11 years. Traci is an excellent groomer! She is sweet, kind and very knowledgeable. They have always taken superb care of our dog! We would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We have been taking our dog here for 3 years. They have been extremely accommodating when our pup had hip surgery and needed extra attention. Always a great cut and very friendly. Definitely recommend.

We recently moved to the area and were glad to find a groomer so close to home, as both of my dogs get car sick easily. I called for an appointment and they were able to do my mini schnauzer and my setter at the same time, this was also a bonus. I explained exactly how I wanted them done and they both looked excellent! I was so pleased. They were able to cut my little one's nails, and she has had a hard time with it for years. So glad we found this place, won't be going anywhere else!

I have always had a good experience with this groomer. They used to groom my Cooper (RIP) and now the take care of my Max. He is a very small dog and doesn't like being away from home, but they are always wonderful with him. They get me in quickly as they know I travel for work and my schedule can at times be limited. Nothing but great things to say.

I took my 3 dogs here. 2 Boston Terriers and a Beagle. They don’t like me doing their nails or ears but the staff there had no problems. Fast , friendly and affordable

We have a large elderly dog that needed a bath and cut. The employees made her as comfortable as they could but she was totally wiped when finished. The groomer even helped us get her to the car and suggested several things we could use to help transport her.

I want to say first that I am pretty satisfied with the way my dog looked after being groomed. She basically did what I asked for with his cut. The cut was even. However he didn't have that "just groomed" smell like I'm used to...The reason for my low review is because of the customer service. My fiancé dropped off my dog in the afternoon. He told me that the owner was not very personable and seemed annoyed with the way I wanted him groomed. (We recently moved to the area and previously had a groomer that I LOVED.) I simply told her what the previous groomer did with him. He also told me that she took him and practically shoved him in his cage while still wearing his leash and collar (CHOKING HAZARD!!). She didn't listen as he tried to tell her that all she had to say was the word "cage" and he would willingly walk in as he has been trained to do so. Later, when I picked him up I asked how he did. She sounded very annoyed as she asked me his age. When I told her he is almost 2, she sort of rolled her eyes and said that explained why he couldn't quit wiggling. The only remotely positive thing she had to say was "at least he wasn't aggressive." As I was saying something, she walked away, mid-sentence, to go get him from the back where I heard him barking his little head off.Maybe I'm a little spoiled with how my old groomer and my vet act around my dogs. I always hear positive things about their disposition and their manners. I was just very disappointed with her attitude. If that's how she acted about my dog when we were present, it makes me wonder how she treated him when we were not there... I do believe we will be searching for another groomer in the area.
