Good place for an easy bite, though there is sometimes a long wait. The workers are nice, and the place is clean.It's hilarious that somebody really included a thumbs down picture with their overdramatic review. You're embarrassing yourself bro. This is fast food. It's a typical fast food experience.

Waited for 40 minutes. Unacceptable. All we ordered was 3 burgers and fries, but for some reason it was too difficult for the illiterate staff to comprehend. I could even hear them arguing in the kitchen as they were visibly microwaving out burgers. And the fries came out cold. They even took my order wrong. The only thing that was even remotely good was the burger. Unacceptable.

Location was VERY busy when we got there. Just the turn of the season, and everyone wants ice cream lol that being said, the employees were very friendly, and were working as fast as they could to get everyone their food and ice cream as fast as possible. Only had ice cream myself at this DQ, so can't speak on the food quality, but from what I saw of others while there, it seems like other DQ restaurants just like the ice cream. Would recommend stopping by here if in the area, or passing by and wanting a cone

Nah. Tried them one last time. Messed up a standard banana split, and good luck getting anything but scarce crumbs in a blizzard. Their fried foods are good, but skip the ice cream. Sometimes it takes them more than one try to get it right. It’s been this way for a couple years now.

Spent 45 mins in the drive thru today for 3 kids meals. About 1 car got thru every 15 mins. When we finally got to the window the lady tried to hand me 3 ice cream cones with no covers or anything, despite me only having two hands. I'll drive a little further to go to North Apollo where they don't take forever to give you bad service.

My wife placed a mobile order. The store was out of ice cream and the machines were broken. No call or contact, so I drove to the location anyway. Poor management and communication are the last straw. This store has always been very clean and organized, but the food and service always had minor issues. I will just wait until our local store opens for the season.

We just wanted a quick lunch and it took 30+ minutes. They were catering to the drive through! My fries were room temperature! One person who came in got their food in 5 minutes, what is that!!!! They messed up my friends order and didn’t even give him his sundae! What a rip off!! And the worst of all, above the men’s restroom it said GATHER. HUH! I ain’t tryna gather with men in the bathroom!! Just so weird! I’m the only thing that was good was my burger. Please take this information seriously and be cautious while in this DQ. Thank you.

Well I ordered our cones with sprinkles and when I pulled up to pay the gentleman, taking my money had 4 inch nails. Yes fingernails (pink). He fumbled with my money. Unacceptable working with food. I know if I get him again I will drive off. And DQ can keep the food.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It’s such a bad look for the franchise. The dude with the fake eyelashes and nails, was the rudest person I’ve ever met not only to customers but to other staff. He complained about every little thing and basically walked around saying he didn’t know where things went. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for 3 things. Never offered an apology or anything. Save your money. Go to sweeties or literally anywhere but here.

I stopped to get dinner on my way home from work this evening and ordered the rotisserie chicken for myself...it was too well done and tough, fries were cold! Ordered the flamethrower triple combo for my son...his food was cold. Never again will I stop here in the evening. Also, blizzards and milkshakes are never thick enough. The best time to visit this location is in the afternoon when there are mature adults working who care about customer service!

We had the double burgers, fries, onion rings, and ice cream. Surprisingly they were very good.Was a bit sceptical due to our last food adventure (not the ice cream part, their blizzards rock!) with DQ was horrible.The person who took our order was very polite and helpful. Did not mention the onion rings would cost extra, but did list as an option with the meal.It was busy, but we didn't wait long. The tables were clean, the floor wasn't sticky, it was good.

I ordered my 2 items, there were about 6 or 7 cars in front of me. Whe i got to the window my peanut buster parfeit was all melted, no twist on top, and my blizzard was not turned upside down cuz it was all melted. I took a pic of my ice cream. I looked like it sat for 30 min. Before i even got it. Very disappointed. I will not be back to this location

They aways messes things up and they are aways out of different flavors. Tonight after few months I thought they might have changed but not. I ordered 2 blizzards. One was chocolate dipped strawberry and the other one was Chocolate chip cookie dough and when I got home with them I found out both was chocolate dipped strawberry.. they need better Managers there and check there workers and there work that they are Performing. Disappointed.

Didn't have half the things for the seasonal blizzards, which was extremely disappointing but also nothing new. The kids working the drive thru should probably be trained to not talk to their coworkers the entire time of waiting on customers (taking payment, handing back change/card, giving food) without even acknowledging the customer once. That in itself is the most annoying part. I'll stick with the smaller mom and pop ice cream places in the local area.

Always seem to have am awkward ordering experience in drive-thru and then I wait awhile for my order to be ready. Food is sometimes hot but mostly just warm. Last time I got gravy for chicken tender meal and it was so watery it spilled all out. If I ever want ice cream I skip here and go to the shop in North Apollo, Lacey's (open seasonally), SO much better tasting.

Ridiculous long wait time!!! The line inside to first order food and then receive food was so long that it ended at the door to enter/exit. The drive thru lane was extremely long as well. We decided to go Through drive thru...OMG it took over half hour to order and receive our daughter's small ice cream cone!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! We will not be returning here!!!

Whoever was working your drive through tonight. Whatever it was idk if it was a dude or a girl but their attitude was sickening. They threatened me and when I told them to come outside they hid behind the counter. Whoever it was needs to understand in this world that attitude will get you put in the hospital. Check your employee or I will do it for you.

This Dairy Queen is the literally the worst Dairy Queen ever! Last night we stood at the register for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were there and then they all just looked at us and still did not wait on us. Second, there have been numerous times going through the drive thru the lights on the board are off and they say “ there is nothing the can do about it” Third, plenty of times we have stopped after baseball games in plenty of time before they closed and the doors will be locked! Shame on you for running your business like this…Better find some new workers…or you are going to find yourself out of business

This DQ is by far the worst. The wait for your purchased items takes forever! I waited 15 minutes after we ordered and our blizzards and ice cream cone were all melted because they were made and sat at the window while the car in front of me ordered hot food. I thought they were supposed to hand the blizzards upside down. Not to mention the size of the ice cream in the cones are all the same size no matter the size cone you order.

Completely unorganized and dysfunctional. I usually don't put negative post because everyone has a off day but... the last 10 times have been a joke at best. They messed up my order asked me to pull forward. Then sat for 30 min. They shutoff the lights I then pulled back round knocked on the window. They told me they are closed. Told them I've been waiting . They messed up my order they stared laughing. Then gave me my order 15 min later. So entire event was 55 min

I try to be nice everyone has bad days but the last few times my orders have been wrong and tonight was no different even after repeating myself 3 times. It's quite sad. I really liked going there and taking my family but why can the orders never be done right and all we get is ice cream.
