I tried to return something at Ace in Giant Eagle store in Leechburg and they would not return it even though I had a receipt. They accused me of buying it some where else and trying to return it at their store.. with the receipt?? The guy didn't make any sense. I have the receipt showing I purchased the item at their store and their location. He was rude and got a big attitude. I will never go back there again now knowing you can't return items with receipt. It's worth a drive to go to another Ace that's better.

Fair selection of items. Very inconvenient since they do not allow you to use rhe door directly into hardware area. Having to go enter and exit through the grocery store entrance is a hassle.Because of this, I rarely go here.

Went in for the first time today to buy pipes to fix my friends bathroom leak and ceiling ourselves since she couldn’t find anyone to do it. Going strictly off a basic list we made from watching YouTube videos. We started looking at stuff and realized we had no idea what size screws or anything we needed to buy. We asked the man working named Jordan for advice and he showed us everything we needed and answered all of our questions with no issue. Then we thought we bought the wrong part and went back to return it. He then explained what we were doing wrong/missing and walked us through the directions and entire process showing us everything needed step by step. Amazing customer service. He went above and beyond and saved us hours of trial and error trying to figure it out outselves. We had everything done in under an hour after talking with him. Thank you jordan!

Not happy about visit to Ace. Took a paint sample to get a new can mixed. And he asked me if I remembered the name. I said no, he mixed it. He said he needed the names. I took my sample and left. He acted like he didn't want bothered.

Honestly a pretty solid selection for being a "mini" Ace Hardware. Very handy for grabbing quick little stuff instead of running to Stanford.

Nothing great but i suppose it can come in handy for some. Having a hardware store inside a grocery store still seems really stupid to me. Everything could be bought cheaper elsewhere as well, totally a convenience location.

Mixed my paint colors wrong then had me on hold for 10 min for some lady to come on and tell me theres nothing they can do when it was their fault! Spent over $100 on messed up paint
