I bought my propane gas heater at TS and filled my 5 gal. Tank. On 2/28/24 at 12:46 P.m., your young worker filled my propane tank and watched me carry it to my truck as he watched me put it in the front seat floor of my pickup. I forgot to lock the door, I went inside to pay the 16.76 and while I was inside your worker went in my truck and stole a can of medical marijuana which I had just purchased at a dispensary in Lebanon. after TS I drove straight home and to my surprise, I was missing a can of Insa 44.00, out of my Curaleaf bag. I went back to the dispensary and accused them of shortchanging me, they checked the inventory and security cameras and said they dispensed it, now the only way that can of pot disappeared was at the Lebanon Tractor Supply, Do I saying the employee entered the customer vehicle and takes whatever he likes, you don't believe me. Give him a drug test, Thank You.

We have been longtime customers at the tractor supply Co. store in Lebanon Pennsylvania and we just wanted to acknowledge that the customer service that we have received over numerous visits has been excellent and has exceeded our expectations. The staff that we have mainly interacted with is the manager Beth and store associates Steffan and Logan. We don’t know the names of the other store associates but anybody that we’ve interacted with has been polite, professional and always of great help because of their excellent customer service. We will continue to do business at that store for many years to come.

My wife and I were quite disappointed with the Lebanon's TSC customer service today. We went in to purchase another item and saw a child's wheelbarrow outside the front door. The sign said it was originally $19.99 and was selling for $9.99. We thought it would be cute for our grandson. Upon taking it to the counter, the clerk, Logan, charged us $19.99. We challenged the clerk and he said that is what it is. We asked him to contact the manager. The manager did not immediately come out. The manager also told the clerk the price is $19.99. We brought the outside sign into the desk. It spelled out exactly that it was a kid's wheelbarrow for $9.99. We finally gave up and left without the wheelbarrow. We called the manager from our car. He was very unprofessional in his response. Fortunately, we did not receive this type of service last week when we purchased a $3000 trailer there. We would have left it on the lot, too. My wife has had many years experience of working in customer service. She advises that the manager and clerks need to receive some updated training in this area. We will not shop at this location again.

Ordered item 23 Feb 22, three weeks no delivery date but shipment was ready for pickup at vendor. Decided to cancel so I emailed TSC. Today I got a notice it was ready for pickup at my local TSC. Drove there to find out it was cancelled and the store got notified but I did not. Walked out to my truck and got a "thank you" email for picking up my order. Store people said they were notified it was cancelled. I'm still waiting for that notice. I wasted several gallons of $4.59 gasoline to find this out. I'm done with TSC online orders. This is second time this year I waited weeks for a delivery. HD from now on.

Store hours sizes lowest propane refills. Arrived at 3 p.m. on a weekday For a refill. One employee in the whole store tells me he cannot fill it, apparently he wasn't certified told me to come back in 2 weeks and when he is. This is not my first negative experience at this particular store. I bought a lot of good products have received customer service that has been okay, but on several occasions it's been much less than okay

As usual trying to get propane filled becky tells different lie then other 2 i talked to .excuse after excuse talked to 3 people 3 different excuses .go to pinegrove store much better they do there job even if its cold out.wont be back to lebanon location

Tractor Supply is a good place to go if you know what you need and know what they have. I suggest going in and thoroughly looking around so you know what is there. Staff genuinely tries to help but can fail you at times. I do shop here regularly and I do recommend it.

I love going here. TSC does not always have everything I need, but its atmosphere is different from the lowes or home depot of the area. Sometimes I just wander in and look around, other times I'm there for the dog food selection. Some prices are high, and some are fair. It just depends on what your looking for.

Love going to Tractor Supply. I can buy some of the more difficult to find tools here such as large wrenches and sockets to work on our trucks. I've purchased outdoor power equipment, hardware, tools, dog food, truck accessories, home furnishings, and clothing here. Not necessarily the best pricing although they do have decent sales, but they usually have what other stores don't, or the specific product/brand I am looking for. Always friendly and helpful staff at this location.

I give 3 stars only on this trip because of customer service. I come here once a month to every 2 weeks for hard wood pellet stove pellets and I have bad knees so everyone's always super helpful in pushing out the cart and helping me load 10 bags into my car. Only this time the one girl was extremely rude from the time I walked up to the counter. I told her my name and she continued the task she was doing, after a moment eventually typed my name in, another lady walked in during the process and they were making small talk. The 2nd lady got my order and pushed the cart to the aisle and proceeded to small talk with the other lady for a while, I was waiting...and waiting...until eventually the 1st lady who took my name, said "I'll meet you outside" whereas I answered, "they usually push this out for me."..she was not amused. Being a retail manager of 3 years I've come to realize when a employee seems "over it" and she was not happy. Dont know if I'll be back if she continues to run the customer service counter.

Went to get some propane filled up and was told somebody would be with me right away outside to fill my tanks. I sat and waited for over half an hour and no one came. I went and asked again and they said it might be an hour until that person is done doing what they are doing so they could help me... apparently there's only two people in the entire building on a Wednesday afternoon. Will not be back.

I ordered equipment. One week later they told me it was in. I come in, they assembled it without my knowledge and lied about it. It was actually product another customer brought back but didn't tell me that on the phone. I asked when's my equipment coming in? They answer, we don't know, we never know when the trucks coming. ???? Incredible incompetence!!

Tractor Supply Company has always been my go to place for many many things. They sell a very wide variety of work wear such as Carhartt, Schmidt and many others. They have good boot selection, a nice range of tools for the home, farm or Automotive garage. I specifically like the way they sell they're hardware (nuts bolts etc.) They sell then by the pound, not by the piece. Amazing variety of truck a d trailer accessories too.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a lawn sweeper at the Lebanon, PA store and the clerk that waited on us was excellent. Very helpful in describing the product and even loaded it in the truck for us. Will definitely return.

Tractor supply is a favorite stop for animal related foods, medicines, and supplies. They also carry chicks and coops in the spring, and farm equipment for small to medium size farms. There's a limited selection of farm equipment parts, lubricants, and fence supplies. You can also find some plants, seeds, trees, child's vehicles, snow removal equipment, trailers, tools, welders, chainsaws, compressors, metal, aluminum, paint for implements, and a decent price on bulk fasteners. Great store for the property owner, handyman, or small farm. Good price on propane refills as well.

Great place for feed and stuff pertaining to your needs but a little expensive on other stuff. And they limit you to an amount if you buy baby ducks and chicks you can not just but 1 you must buy 6 or none at all and that is not good for those of us that are only wanting 2 or even 1, so for that I will keep it at 3.5

I love the products and the little plastic figurines as soon as you walk in. Their beef jerky is mouth watering. I love to see the baby chicks in the springtime, and the people are nice and friendly.

Friendly staff. They always remember my pup with a treat. TSC allows organizations to set up outside for fund raisers. It's the only place I buy my husband jeans.
