Tried to drop off twoQueen Anne chairs that I believe were in good condition, new shoes and clothing, the guy wouldn’t accept any of it and very rude. No problem, the next donation center was very happy to receive our donation.

Let's start with the good points- the store is VERY clean, well set-up, and the cashiers have been friendly to us during our visits.Now the bad-the prices are ridiculously high for household goods, and some clothing. For instance, they have new socks in packages that are more expensive than the local retailer that sells the same brand.While searching for tablecloths, I found a few priced at or above $16.99?! The same brand name can be found at less than half the price at the same local retailer that sells the socks.On our last visit a week ago SA had a few tables at the front of the store set up for Christmas. Yay! I found some really cool things on that table. Sadly, there wasn't one deal on the table. I picked up and, after seeing the price sticker put down every item. I had to laugh at the price of the ornaments. Wow! A local home improvement store has them cheaper! What a shame.I love the idea of this store. and how organized and clean it is.I also understand that it's a charity-based store and not a department store and that the money spent at SA is going to a good cause. Still, it is a business with a principle to generate revenue.What I think the people pricing the items don't understand is that, people come to thrift stores to save money and not to pay full price for donated items. In reality they could buy the same item-brand new for less money right down the street. Prices should reflect a fair price for a donated, or used item.I hope their pricing practices change so their doors can stay open. We need thrift stores as much as they need us to patronize their business.

Went to donate several large boxes of kitchen appliances, toys, and housewares, the man who accepted the donations was rude, careless, and sloppy. He claimed he had to "sort" the items under the explanation the store "don't accept just anything". He tore through the boxes and broke the carafes for the coffeemakers, dropped and broke multiple glass cups and mugs, and then proceeded to give me attitude when he returned several appliances to me and had to take back items he dropped along the way, which suddenly didn't need to be reviewed.The store seemed nice, I didn't buy anything. I'll never donate to this store again.

Posted hours are incorrect. Drop off may be allowed til 7pm but the store is not open that late. I love nothing more than driving all the way out to location, and store hours don't match Google posted hours

Cashier Patty was extremely RUDE to me. Why? Because my daughter was in line with OUR cart full with 5 people IN FRONT of her and only 1 cashier. What did I do... I would get her some more clothes bring it to the cart and checked on her. She had the money she is a paying customer as well. She took the hangers off the clothes. She was polite and waited in line. The cashier could of done her job and started ringing her up instead of talking about me to her yelling about hangers and being so upset that I added some clothes and made my purchase better. I didn't hold anything up I was up there before she got to her she was inn kine they only had one cashier I used my time wisely. She was in a bad mood and very rude a liar kept yelling at me didn't want to do her job and check me out. In retail you will never get out the minute you close. If salvation army isn't paying you until you are somplegwly closed and done checking out then they are breaking the law

Prices are extremely high!! Found a used 1000 piece puzzle for $5.99. All the same price by piece? That same puzzle I bought new at dollar general for $5.00. Mind blown.Pink tags, that day, were half price. At the counter I was told that the brand of boot I was trying to buy with the pink tag on it didn’t apply to that particular brand.The furniture with white tags over a certain price were 75% off. The shelf we wanted didn’t have a tag except the store tag. They had it marked at $33. At the counter they told us it didn’t apply because it didn’t have a colored tag. Found that exact shelf on Amazon brand new for $24.97. Again mind blown.Will not shop there ever again!!Sad to see ridiculous prices when they obtain their merchandise through donations.Honestly having no choice but to choose one star to give a rating is being kind.

Prices have definitely gone up here in the last year or so. I used to do a lot of shopping here, but definitely don't find the kinds of deals I used to. The organization is clean, and the cashiers are typically friendly, but I just don't enjoy shopping here as much as I used to

they close whenever they want. 🙄 Lock the doors at 6 30 when hours until 7. If you happen to be in the store, theyre griping over the loud speaker that everyone has to be in line by whatever time they pick for that day in order for them to "honor your purchases". Cashiers are rude.

Had fun. N enjoyed meeting new people. Evening come a friend with the girl while waiting in line. She reminded me of of young me.But the people their were very friendly place. They were very kind there to everyone that they come intact with.thanks for the fun time there. I'm hoping to meet them again. Thanks again for the kind day me n my friend had there.

Over the years we have shopped here many times. Purchased many good values.We were here recently. Some things have changed.The store is cleaner.The aisles are wider.But, there is far less merchandise to select from, in all departments.Also, the prices are higher.So prices are higher everywhere, but the merchandise is obtained for free.So the only price increases should be electricity, heat and higher wages(are they higher at Salvation Army?).The last thing is that it was senior day and far less customers than usual.They likely knew what we already experienced.Anyway, it is a good place to drop off clothing and items that you no longer need but is still in good condition.

Was there for the first time yesterday.Prices were great, it was half off day and really nice items. Had a great time shopping and looking for vintage items. But when I got to the register to check out I was the only one in line at this time and I felt rushed, cashiers very unfriendly and hurried through the process. I live 30 miles away and besides the checkout time it was great.Then I got all the way home and looked through my stuff, everything was wrapped up good and made it home intact. But realized I was missing two chenille pillow shams that I paid 8$ for. Maybe if they didn’t rush through the checkout process I wouldn’t be out of my items and my 8$Won’t be returning anytime soon

The clothes are not sorted by size, but just color, and the tags are stapled on the clothes instead of using a tag gun. And the staff was unpleasant, bordering rude. The furniture prices were steep for a secondhand shop, but at least the clothes were half off when I was there.

Nice big store with large, spaced-out selection. Clean restrooms. Everything is very well organized. The only thing I don’t like is the clothing is organized by style/color rather than size, so you have to dig through EVERYTHING. Prices are someone high but reasonable on sale days.

Cleanest and organized salvation army store I've ever been to. And my son loves thrift stores so I've been to a lot of them. Even the toys were organized and lined up nicely. Most places things are just tossed on a shelf.

Nice clean store and I enjoy shopping.Just know you only can really shop until 6:45 not 7 since they start closing the store at that time. I hope they will change their signs to correct this.

The store itself is wonderful, it's a fun time for my family and myself to find treasures there! With that being said something has to be done about the management, Rose is a very unpleasant manager my middle age mother purchased a sofa there and she went out of her way to treat us like scum, it was embarrassing, we asked for a junk piece of cardboard to lay down in our truck bed and an employee was going to let us use it, no d you this would have been thrown away. Not only did Rose embarrass us but she also verbally repremands her employees in front of customers. Very disappointed in their staffing choices, it's supposed to be a store to help people and this woman running it has no compassion for her fellow human beings. I have mentioned this incident to friends of mine that also shop this store and without giving her name they knew right away who caused the problem because they themselves have felt belittled by her on many occasions.

Used to like this place till they got the batch of employees they currently have. Not a one of them has anything pleasant to say and they look like they eat sour apples. After being chewed out for wearing my mask over my mouth only because of medical reasons I'm not going back. Funny part is after rehearsing the story to my local friends group more of them had similar stories and are never shopping or donating again. They could be thankful I did it the best I could without going against their illegal"rules" they would rather you die before you let yourself be able to breathe. Plus it's very over priced in alot if things. I'll support local thrift stores who actually care about their customers!

Good selection of men's clothing. Gettysburg the knick knacks and all the low end kitchen utility utensils are a dime a dozen.every once in awhile you can get a nice piece of small antique furniture they come in but don't expect the break they know their pricing.

The store was nice, clean & organized. The floor staff could've been more helpful & welcoming but it is what it is. Just make sure you agree w/ your purchase since all sales are final.

I always find at least one bath in. My find was some plated silverwaree to craft something out of them. Wind chimes perhaps. Prices on a lot of items have almost doubled since I was there, but its been a few years. No more senior days, but in a way im glad. You could never get on the parking lot. I will return get soon.

50% off Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday and I was able to pick up work clothes for a pretty good price which meant more clothes for my buck

If you see something without a price, dont bother asking for them to price the item. I had a worker price the item, but the cashier called someone else. They raised the price. Just be carefully when making a purchase.

Nice place with a big selection, but well overpriced especially for a second hand store. Some of the items were priced almost the same amount as what you would pay brand new. Jubilee and Goodwill have much better deals in the surrounding area.
