Friendly staff and reasonable rates. Very inconvenient pick up times and drop off times. No availability on the weekend to drop off any rentals. I can't understand why there would not be Saturday and Sunday drop off times.

The employees are the best at what they are trained for and help you through each process. Especially when it comes to rental equipment as I've been using them for years now and I usually rent excavators anywhere from two weeks to a month at a time and I always get great discounts when it comes to monthly rentals. And as always if I have any problems they'll send someone out immediately to diagnose or fix a minor issue or even explain how new functions work. Delivery and pickup is included in the rental. Even after hours I have contacts with their mechanics to walk me through minor problems and resolve them in no time at all.

I would never rent from or recommend this company. I rented a track loader for two days for nearly $1000. The second day using it their track came off the loader. (Roughly at hour 7 of use). I was told that they could try to help me put it back on over the phone or have one of their mechanics come out when they pick it up to put it back on. They came out to put it on the next day...so I lost a day of use (that I had to pay for)...and they charged me $70 to put it back on. Yes, I had insurance. Ridiculous. I’m a contractor and am a director of an apprenticeship program so I’m very familiar with construction work. The track never should have come off. Don’t use them, go somewhere else...anywhere else.

The staff here are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I buy all my stihl equipment here and they always take good care of me and my stuff. Also a little known secret... theyre one of the cheapest places around to get a propane tank refilled.

Eagle Rental is the place to go in Lebanon county for all your rental needs. From party rentals to rentals of power equipment, trailers, heavy equipment etc Eagle Rental has it in stock and ready for you to pick up. The staff there has high knowledge of all they stock and can recommend what to use for your task at hand. The staff is also very friendly and eager to help you. The prices are fair as well in my opinion. If you can't find it at Eagle, you probably don't need it. They also have a propane refilling station to keep you supplied with the fuel you need for your power equipment or your grill! They also sell new outdoor power equipment at very fair prices. Eagle is truly a one stop shop for all your rental needs. I recommend you check them out whenever you require the services they provide.

Had rented a trash pump and had nothing but problems with it , brought it back twice and rented one closer to my house cheaper . I told the manager the tool was not any good and was not nice to me. I was told he was going to call me back and never did. Nice guys in the shop. Watch out for extra charges damage waiver on bad tools they rent.

We have rented from Eagle plenty times and they have been nothing but fantastic! From tables and tents for a party we had to a tamper for the deck we built, they had it all at a very reasonable price. The associates were also very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

Friendly place. The representatives were very helpful and anwsered all my questions. They have quite the wide variety of tools and equipment for rent. If this location doesn't have it their Ephrata location will. They also have a hardware retail shop in the store front. The whole place is clean and well kept. The location is very easily accessible right off the route 72 and 322 split.

Was pleasant and easy to rent from them. We chose to purchase the damage waiver to cover the item which was a good choice because we ended up losing a small piece during the work detail and the insurance covered the damages will we will rent again from them.

First timer at this facility to rent equipment for a project and Rob processed the paperwork in a snap, so by the time I drove my little truck into the drive thru/ breezeway the guys in the back already had my equipment out there and loaded it for me. Now that's service!! I'll be back!!

Called to attempt to reserve a few table and chairs for a fourth of July party we are holding. I requested basic information and asked for both quotes and recommendations for a party of 32. I spoke with Meg in the parties department and she was incredibly rude and it seemed as though I was inconveniencing her by asking about the products they rent out. Meg told me the different chair options and I thought she was finished speaking so I asked her about the color variations of the padded chairs and she snapped at me and said "well I was getting to that now". I held my tongue thinking maybe she was just having an off day, customer service is hard work and I get that. I then asked her if they offered delivery service to which her response was "well yea". I proceeded by asking if there was a delivery fee and she said snarkly "of course" and then chuckled. She said fourth of July was filling up for them and I needed to place and order relatively soon to guarantee my rentals. So, I then asked what the fee's were and she said it depended on map quest. Understandable, but just to quote it out, I asked her if she could give me an estimate and she huffed out loud and said "let me bring up mapquest" in a very demeaning way. To say I was frustrated at this point is an understatement, I told her to forget it and she said okay and hung up. Our entire conversation she spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and didn't seem to really want to help me. Even attempting to organize what chairs and tables I needed was an impossible mission. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend you avoid this place. I've never written a review for a business or location before but the experience I held today is unacceptable and should be publicized.

I appreciate that, especially because the reason I needed the car dolly in the first place is costing me more than I had anticipated.Staff even stuck around a few minutes late on NEW YEARS EVE to allow me to return. They have everything you'd ever need. I rented a trencher on a ice cold day so the Hydraulics were frozen and had to return it which put my schedule way off, but they made it right by letting me keep it an extra couple days without charge.

I rented tent ,tables ,chairs for my wedding they came out and set up the tent when they said they would. I changed my order multiple times and everything was exactly they way I ordered it and they always made the changes with a smile. If I ever have the need to rent anything it will be from here.

Rented chairs for a wedding here. Prices are great and the service was quick and easy! And the lovely lady and young girl that worked the desk were delightful!
