We are traveling and our 2 English bulldogs were in desperate need of nail trims and baths on short notice. Denise was professional and great to work with, she understood the special care this breed needs and was able to work them in on short notice. They were pampered and they enjoyed the time she spent with them. She also advised she noticed yeast odor from right ear on one of the pups so I could get him looked at. I highly recommend this groomer and her services.

Will never do back. Our appt was too be 2 hours. When we went to pick up our dog we were told another hour, management is very poor blamed another dog for being difficult. Then when we got our dog she changed it to it was it dog. He was there before and no problem!! Process to high

This is the best place in Lebanon. County for grooming and they do awesome grooming hair an if your dog has dry skin they put on a strong conditioner which keeps then from flacking and you can see how good they feel when they come home they do wonderful nail clippings as well !!!!

Shop does not enforce mask wearing. Owner went to work ill and did not shut down shop after she knew she was covid positive. Very unprofessional, exposed all staff to covid-19. Never sanitized shop once more employees tested positive. No consideration for infecting others around her. Very poor management. Will never get my business.

This week I took my poodle to her first cut, I was not pleased with the results,because I specified how I wanted the cut for my poodle and I showed her a photo as I wanted and I was totally disappointed with the final result.I was a bad experience in her first grooming. They did not meet my expectations.Very sad and disenchanted.
