Very poor customer service. The girl at the print center has a very bad attitude. She can’t keep track of her line of customers and then yells at the customers who point out who is next.

The store is nice, and the staff are friendly. What I don't like is the extreme price gouging on some of the necessities like charging cables and such. Do yourself a favor if you need cables of any kind, and are able to wait a few days for them but them online. The chairs here are decently priced along with some items you wouldn't think of. Just price check some of the items before purchasing.

Called in for a toner I needed to pick up for work. Sara(h) answered the phone and was very helpful. Bright and bubbley, and quick to check if the product I needed was in stock. Excellent experience just because of this employee.

I have been coming to this store on a regular basis for the past five years. The staff is outstanding and the service is SUPERB. There are many names I could mention over the past years of providing quality service. Most recently, Mark provided top notch service for my professional needs with my business. Continually disappointed when I visit this Staples. Today was no different. I was looking for a chair mat, there were none on the rack so I checked their website and it said there was 31 in stock. I went to fetch an associate for some help. This associate, Sarah, proceeded to tell me that there was 31 in stock but that she would have to order me one. I requested that she check in the back seeing as both the store system and website say they some. She refused and stated that she doesn’t need to go look because they would be on the rack. The rack isn’t even big enough to hold 31 mats. I again requested that she just check, she again refused and I started to ask another question when she abruptly walked away to talk to a friend that walked into the store. The leadership of this store needs to do a better job of training it’s staff.

Tried to buy a laptop for my mother. They had one on sale that was a good computer, but didn't have it in stock. They told us to order it online and it would ship to the store. Okay, no problem, except it was $50 more online. My mom stopped at the Reading store and the laptop was $10 cheaper there, but they didn't have it either. Of course they tried to sell her the more expensive one that they conviently had in stock.I don't know why prices are so different, but it feels like false advertising since we could not get that laptop at the advertised price no matter what. Instead, we bought directly from Dell and got a better computer for the price. Never again will I recommend checking Staples for a computer. I don't know why they even display them anymore--they never have the good ones in stock.

Every time I go there, staff are visible, but that's about it. Alive but not really helpful. My last visit, I went to use a copier. There was a young man behind the print desk who did not greet me as I walked by, even though he was standing there alone with no customers. I walked over to a copy machine and started to use it. I got to the payment point, swiped my card multiple times, and nothing happened. So I turned around and asked the staff member for help. I told him I must have been doing something wrong because it wasn't taking my card. Then he said, "Oh that machine isn't working." Dude, I was there struggling for 5 minutes. Really? So I moved to another machine, and while I was making copies at the new machine, he put an out-of-order sign on the other machine. True story.

I am thrilled with the print shop section, the gentleman who is usually there (I am terrible with names!!) is super accommodating, friendly, genuinely wants to help his customers!! 5 star service all the way!!!!

Came here hoping to purchase a new laptop and everything I wanted they needed to go back and check to see if they even had, which of course they didn't. Truth is stores like this are rip offs, especially technology wise. You can save yourself money and headaches by simply shopping online w amazon or newegg. Their tech support is a joke, my 11 year old son has a better understanding of computers and computer related technology than the "experts" they have manning that area. Hey I guess at least the stores clean and nice?!

No one greeted me or asked if they could help. I stood at computers 10 minutes. Then came back with my daughter. We looked at and discussed computers 10 mins and still no one greeted us. Took information down and will purchase from Amazon. If all Staples are like this they'll be the next chain out of business. Customer service none existent. This is not the 1st time this happened to me at this store, used to be a lot better.

We literally come in here all the time for different things and I bring my 1 pound yorkie everywhere we go. Came in here today with her wrapped in a blanket in my arms and Lori attacked us saying she isn't allowed in, it was too cold to leave her in the car. It isn't that she said we couldn't bring her I, it's the way she rudely approached us. Will never be back here again. She's bipolar, you can just tell by the way she spoke to us vs. other customers. Zero stars for staples

I went there to get my I phone screen fixed. Next day I noticed my phone screen was falling off my phone. Also I didn't even drop my phone and it cracked. The sensor in the screen for the mute button is messed up.

Would give zero stars if I could.Service technician is never there come back tomorrow although as they are talk to him on there fancy little radio. I can hear him answering in the corner office.I’ve tried several times, all ways the same answer. Never going back to this store for anything.
