My mother was admitted to Hershey Med Center, and begged them to allow my therapy dog to visit her. They said yes, but only that day. She had to be freshly groomed. I called last minute, explained the situation, they took my Gabby right away! They worked fast so that Gabby could visit her Grandma that very day. My mother was so happy, and proud to see her Gabby! She noticed right away how soft her coat felt, and she smelled so good! Gabby made a ton of friends that day just walking through the hallways. Thank you for making Gabby beautiful for her therapy visit!

Have a poodle mix mutt with lots of curly hair. Meghan grooms him perfectly. She is the only groomer who can do his nails. All the dogs coming and going seem very happy to be there. I had to wait for them to accept new clients and I advise anyone to keep checking back if they arent accepting clients when you call. Definitely worth the effort.

Best groomer!! They offer so many things and even though my dogs are difficult for me, they always tell me they have no problems with them which is such a relief! They are extremely nice and very professional! If you’re looking for a great groomer go here!

I'm new to the area and my Marcy had to get her nails clipped pronto. They were very nice and took her right away! The place was professional and all ther personnel I talked to were very kind. I definitely will be coming here for all my grooming needs!

Great service! I took my puppy there for this first haircut and am happy with the result. However it took a week before they were able to book me for the appointment. But I would recommend their services and will be a "regular" customer.

Meg is absolutely amazing. We recently signed on with Shaggy Chic with our 8 year old Rottweiler, Aries. Meg has been nothing but great with him so much that he now falls asleep in the kennel after his spa treatment. LOL I highly recommend Shaggy Chic.

Wonderful staff who even remembered my 3 lil dog's on their 2nd visit after about 2 months. One of my lil furbabies is terrified of getting his nails cut and they are AWESOME with him. Now my permanent groomer! Give them a chance you won't be disappointed. Beautiful business that always smells wonderful too

They go above and beyond .there was a time I couldn't get the dog out of the car because of an accident I had and walking was very hard for me.I went to two other groomers and asked if they could take the dog out of the car for me groom and put him back in the car. I was told no they couldn't do it well pass by shabby chic, and went in and asked them if they could do it they said sure no problem. So this is definitely our go-to place and always will be. I would have given a hundred Stars if there was a hundred stars there to give. 💜💜💜💜💜

I love taking our dog here. Janelle does an amazing job with our elderly rescued dog who has biting problems. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I trust them completely with handling our dog with care.
