We were assisted by two wonderful gentleman that asked questions about what we were doing, and offered suggestions about how we can complete our project. Just what we needed! Hardware is just the base for the store with food, snacks, Carhartt clothing, grills, and sundries. Easy to park in the back and convenient hours. The staff is wonderful.

I had a wiring issue with an old lamp, and called to see about repairs an hour before closing time. The manager Jared is also the electrical guy, and he had me come over and repaired the lamp while I waited. The lamp was wired successfully for a very reasonable price and Jared was a well learned conversationalist as well. Many thanks to Jared for working me in at the end of the day. He, like the other staff I spoke with, contributed to the friendly and pleasant atmosphere at this hardware store, one I'll be coming back to for all my needs from now on.

Rollier's is absolutely the best hardware store anywhere! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They carry only good quality merchandise and are always willing to accept returns - especially if something isn't working properly! Love this store!!!

Rollier's Hardware is the best hardware store in Pittsburgh. They have a great selection, friendly and helpful staff and parking right behind the store in the heart of Mt. Lebanon. They have an extensive holiday selection of lights, trees and wreaths as well as interior holiday decor and candy. Definitely worth a visit.

A recent experience trying to buy a Miele vacuum in Pittsburgh confirmed why I should only shop at Rolliers for just about everything. Their staff (Linda) and owner (Derek) were extremely knowledgeable about all the Miele vacuums, the store had a better selection of in-store models than another major distributer, and Linda worked diligently with me when I needed additional accessories. I can't count the number of times that Derek or Linda said "we want you to be happy with what you bought." Why go to any other hardware, home goods, or appliance store?? Rolliers also has an amazing selection of greeting cards!

We had a Miele vacuum that had an issue and was under warranty. We called at least four other shops that Miele said would work with the warranty. Linda at Rollier’s was the only one who responded immediately and gave all the info to make it a seamless process. The parts came back so quickly.We had actually never been to this store before and were beyond delighted by all it offered. From cat and dog food, lovely lamps and homegoods to the Black Cherry soda that is our favorite! From Linda to the check-out people, everyone was so friendly and helpful.Really a gem that we plan on visiting in the future!

This is a really nice hardware store with a lot of items. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and unlike Home Depot or Lowe’s, you could actually find somebody to wait on you. I don’t live in the area, but every time I'm near Rollier Hardware, I stop in.

Very nice place with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I prefer to give my business to local, privately owned business rather that the big box chains. Roller's fits the bill but is still big enough to have a good selection of quality items available. The only drawback is the pricing. Everything there is significantly more expensive than what you find at Home Depot or Lowe's. In many cases it is way, way more expensive.

Great selection in nearly every department, from hardware, to housewares, even clothing. Their prices are fairly competitive with other hardware stores that I have been to and they have an excellent inventory of nearly everything you need.Make sure you have everything ready before you check out, as the counter people like to get you through the process as fast as possible. There is a great selection at the register of “point of sale” items such as pen knives, keychains, bottle openers, screwdrivers, box cutters, etc. but they are already reading your total and asking for you to insert your card into the machine before you even consider getting something. And if it isn’t the rude Rollier cashier rushing you, it’s the local self-important Mt. Lebanon boomer-yuppie type pushing you away from the counter with their buggy.If it wasn’t for the people this would have been a full on 5 star review!Rollier’s, keep up the great inventory, but please train your cashiers to have a little patience!

Absolutely wonderful store! I grew up in a coal mining patch, and Rolliers is as close to the "company store" as you'll get: one-stop shopping for almost anything you need. We are fortunate to have Rolliers in our neighborhood.👍😊

By far the absolute best hardware store in Pittsburgh! Been going there for years. They always have what you are looking for and if they don’t a staff member will help you find it. Always a great selection of inventory. I called in to see if they sold the grill that my mother purchased there 5 years ago and they told me that the grill was replaced with another style and it was in stock. They had it fully assembled in a couple hours and I purchased it. We no longer live in Mt. Lebanon, but we always stop by 4 times a year. I highly recommend stopping by and just walking around the store. It’s well lit, and organized. The staff are always willing to help you if you need help . Highly recommend this store.

The customer service is excellent. I appreciated receiving my ordered item quickly! And the tags themselves are very high quality, durable, and visible. I prefer the white, plastic dog tags, and have been happy with them for years. My dogs are very active and rough on their collars. Unlike the traditional metal tags I used to buy from the pet store, these do not need replacing any time soon. The written info stays visible and doesn’t wear out. The only time I need new ones is for a new pet or if personal info changes. I highly recommend these!

Have some nice stuff there, can be a little pricey compared to the big box stores, but that's ok. Some of the employees are awesome, some are old men that are quite annoyed you're asking for help in the specialty area of the store that they work in.

Made the terrible mistake when I needed a GE 30 watt reflector bulb by going to Home Depot first. 100s of bulbs, but none of these. Remembered how helpful and easy to navigate Rolliers is and went there. So happy I did. Someone immediately could point to that exact bulb. Very well priced too. I ended up going back with 3 other types of bulbs to replace and they had them as well. They are well stocked with even pet supplies and Papyrus cards. Great store and nice staff.

I would like to just say, I love your store and your employees are so very knowledgable. Unlike the large box stores, I can’t get anyone person to help me after walking 5 aisles and when I do find someone, they have no clue what I need. I am thankful you are still around, no wonder you are so popular. I love to shop old hardware stores, because they carry absolutely everything, it makes it so convenient for me. Thank you so much for all the well staffed employees always eager to help and such a well stocked and clean store. A 5⭐️ For Sure.

This is such a cool store. Even if you're not trying to fix something in your house this place is cool stopping in and just checking out. They have a lot of unique home goods as well excellent customer service. Sure they're pricier but for the help you get here it's worth the price. I've spent over an hour trying to find someone working at the big box stores to help me and you'll never have that issue here. I definitely recommend this place for your home projects.

I have been going to Rollier Hardware since I moved out from my home & got my first apartment @ the age of 18, back then they were down on Banksville Rd. in the big red barn building, I have always found the people working there to be polite & very helpful, I have never run across any employee being rude. I would say that 9 1/2 times out of 10 I have been able to find what I am looking for. I also love Rollier Hardware during the holidays from Halloween to Christmas you will find unique items that you do not see anywhere else. A family owned business that has been a staple in the South Hills for years, I highly recommend them.

This is a great local hardware store. It doesn't appear to be very big from the outside but it's surprisingly big on the inside. They have a very good variety and selection. Every time I go in there they have exactly what I'm looking for. Doug was extremely knowledgeable about Weber grills and helped me pick out just the right one. I also got a FANTASTIC deal on a previous year model.

It's a really nice hardware and home goods store with some things you don't see most places. It's very clean and appealing inside and the staff seem very knowledgeable. I even found old fashioned rubber cement. I thought they quite making it but they had it there. Some things are pricy bit most are reasonable. Their potting and gardening stuff is great and they have an excellent variety of hardware. Worth checking out if you have a home improvement project. Thumbs up!

I typically love shopping here. Everyone’s always super helpful. But during my most recent trip(today), I showed up 8 minutes before close and the doors were locked and the employees just stared at me while I attempted to enter. I understand not allowing customers in at 6, but what’s the point of having a closing time if you are going close your doors earlier than the time posted? I knew exactly what I wanted and it would have taken less than 5 minutes to conduct my shopping.

Customer service is extraordinary. Everyone is so knowledgeable about products in the store and everyone goes out of their way to make sure you get what you need and they are so nice wow! My first stop there after some of the restrictions were lifted. I thought to myself. I'm back. I feel alive again. Sli have missed this store!! So much to look at. So many items that are unique. Bought 36 inch yard moveable object of two birds balancing on a seasaw wearing hats and eye glasses. So cool. Went back the next day and the day after that. Five stars are not enough for this truly superb business and the wonderful people who work there

This place is amazing! I worked with an associate named Derek and he was not only extremely knowledgeable but uncommonly patient and helpful. Rollier Hardware is now my go-to spot for any home improvement or specialty item purchases. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a long time.
