Took over 5 hours for a 15 lb tiny dog, staff said they were short staffed but kept pushing my appt off later and later. Dropped at 145 wasn’t done until 7pm. This is always the case when we come and they give no discount for the incredible inconvenience etc even when it costs you other plans you had made. Then they expect you to pick up within 15 minutes and drop everything you’re doing. Need to learn to prioritize appointments, other groomers have done in 2 hours or less.

Walked in and immediately was greeted by the cashier who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in minutes. Great customer service will definitely shop there again.

The kids love to come and see all the animals. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing is a bit high considering tjmaxx is around the corner and sometimes offers some of the items sold here at a much lower price. Overall, great variety of products offered at this location

When I lived in Lebanon and came here more frequently I always have got my dog groomed here and for the most part they did a good job. The prices are a little expensive you have a much larger selection than most places. I like the fact that you can bring your pets in with you. I have also found the associates to be very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that they have adoptable animals displayed in the store to help try and find them a home. One issue I do have is that the bathrooms are frequently out of toilet paper and messy.

Craig in the aquatic section was super helpful, and we had a nice conversation about fish keeping. His experience in the hobby is high-level and I would definitely take a recommendation from him again. Also got some good looking guppies for the planted 55G at the family business.

I like this location and the employees that work there. My only complaint is that they don't carry some basic pet supplies that you'd think they'd have. They do have a nice selection of stuff otherwise though. The store is clean and set up so you can easily find things.

I usually stop for aquarium products but, have gotten cat and dog items here. Usually they have everything I need and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Petsmart is usually my go to for items I need for whatever pet. Usually aren't to expensive either but, that does vary on what you buy.

Went in to get fish food, and came out with a hamster. The associate was very knowledgeable, and took the time to hold each one to find the best fit for our family. She recommended different things to me concerning food and a home for her, and we ended up with a perfect addition to our family! The cashier was also very nice, quick, and easy to talk to. It was a very good experience! And yes, I did get the fish food:)

This is my new PetSmart.It took a few minutes for the girl to come over and fill my request for crickets.I was a little weirded out at the young man at the register who couldn't decide what color to make his hair and he also had like purple fingernails which ,,well don't get me wrong I'm not judging but at the register ?I don't know.. overall the customer service was outstanding.I have been there 3 times since we've moved to Lebanon county and I will be back.

I had to put my cat to sleep and needed to start looking for a new one. The employee with the cats was very helpful, sympathetic, informative and kind. After petting the cats for quite awhile I decided while I was waiting to apply for adoption I needed a pet to take home. Proceeded to buy 2 parakeets with another very helpful employee. Very good experience all around.

They had many animals, but we're also out of stock for a lot of animals as well! They did not have bearded dragons or pacman frogs, which were what we were looking for. They were very organized with where everything was and that let us find other items we were looking for. Overall, great store!

Enjoyed our visit. It was clean, and they had everything that I needed for my bulldog in stock. Sarge is sporting a new red Kong harness, and he also got a new short blue leash for more puppy training. Blue Buffalo beef dog food, 2 toys, dental chew sticks, a grooming brush and a toothbrush kit. My daughter is trying Blue Buffalo kitten food and got her kitten a toy also. Great things on sale too. At check out the cashier was very friendly, and enjoyed when Sarge tried to scan himself out. Great staff here too.

Decent pet store. They have a large variety of items for cats and dogs. A little pricey. You can also adopt cats here. We have gone through the process and it turned out well. They also sell birds, reptiles, and ginnea pigs.

8/31/23 I visited Pet Smart to get our kitty some. food! While I was there I thought I would check out the cats! I was horrified!! Here were all these cats some doubled up and their feces were in the pen not the litter box because the litter boxes had no more room! This was horrible! Hey Pet Smart if you cannot take care of the pets then don’t have them there they don’t deserve to be mistreated!! I will be reporting this!!
