We went right to the store after buying our newfoundland puppy from a local cow farm. Michelle was extremely helpful, guided us to everything we needed for the pup, and even helped us wash the barn smell out of him(when it was technically a do-it-yourself/self serve dog wash). THANKS SO MUCH!

Love going to Lebanon location to buy toys clothes food and bathing love their bathing stations very nice people. And very very good staff that can answer questions the store manager is amazing. John is great guy with tons of information under is belt. You all amazing my 2 fur babies live them all to death Mr muggsley Mr Cuddles

Absolutely LOVE the self-service dog wash which is always extremely clean. They offer everything from a waterproof apron, choices of shampoos, towels and blow dryer. Best 10.00 ever spent! No time limits and they are especially patient and kind since my furbaby is talking/barking the entire time and wants to eat the blow dryer!!Their onsite groomer is beyond fabulous as well. I have 4 furbabies to have nails cut and one of them hates it..She is absolutely an angel and helps him relax 💯🐶

Pet Valu is your go to place for your pet supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented. Everything you could need for you pet can be found here. Prices are fair and there are no long lines like at those "big box pet stores". I trust my pets needs to Pet Valu!

Service here at pet valu isFantastic...you can even wash and dry your dog. Clean as it can be. Dog food , collars, bowls, dog beds, large and small, crates, dog clothes, so many nice items for you and your dog, Come on out and ask for Pat, tell her Jackie sent you.... Please remember when buying dog food MEAT.Must come first in ingredients of Dog, Food.

This store has recently moved to the new locations, across the street. It is much bigger, nicer and more modern. The place is kept very clean and the best part is the dog washing stalls that they have!

I absolutely love their new self serve bathing area! And you can't beat the price for what is offered! Although some of the merchandise is a bit pricy and selection is not as great as the larger chain stores. The customer service has been wonderful every time I have been there.

Great pet store for all your pet needs. We go there to buy treat and give our four German shepherds a bath for $10.00 a dog.
