They had some really cute Halloween stuff and there is a decent variety of craft items there, but I was really disappointed to hear that they basically removed their leatherwork section and that they got rid of their cosplay supply section entirely. It took forever to find an employee to ask a question to, but they were nice when we finally did. The smells in this place are jarring. I was in there for fifteen minutes and left with a headache.

Wonderful store with great deals/sales. As usual I went in to get 1 item and walked out with several!! The staff was very helpful when I couldn't find an item and checkout was a breeze!

It would be nice for the clerks to know something about crafts. I had to return a pair of knitting needles I need a different size because so I asked the clerk to see if they had any in stock. She then contacted someone else in the store to see if they had sewing needles. Now knitting needles and sewing needles are two completely different things. Fortunately someone did understand what I was asking for, nothing out of the ordinary by the way, and I got what I needed. Please train your clerks on the rudiments of general crafting and the difference between knitting needles and sewing needles. I didn't think that that would ever be an issue.

It always seems hard to find someone to ask where a certain product is, and when I do see an employee working the floor they seem to avoid eye contact, giving an improvement that they don't want to help customers. Other than that, the store is always well stocked, organized. There are times when I have left empty handed simply because there wasn't enough variety of options to choose from.

The manager Valerie really knows her stuff! Not only did she help us with every possible art term, what exactly we needed from the canvas, to the type of paint to the type of brushes but she also goes above and beyond in customer service. She's super knowledgeable and very kind and patient. We will definitely be back again and again! Haven't experienced such great customer service like this in a while!

The day before Halloween I called the store looking for ghost cookie cutters. The sales associate said she wasn't sure if there were any left. She then placed me on hold to search the store. She was able to find two on clearance and told me she would put one behind the register for me to pick up. I really appreciated the time and effort she put into helping me. Happy customer!

Mostly because they have alot of stuff for Crafts. I paint Rocks, so I can find my stuff there! They are good about keeping their stock up- one thing though, it would be nice if the Cashiers spent some time out on the floor, helping people with questions, finding stuff, etc. Mostly when going in, I hardly ever see any associates " out and about" that are able to help.' Hope they change this if they want business.

Ordered same day curbside pick-up, didn't get an e-mail the same day, called the next day and was told my order was the first pick. Got an e-mail saying it's ready, came an hour later and was told they don't have an order, one employee waved me over to ask about my order because they couldn't find it, a guy came over behind her and told me to get away??? I was told to call back to find out what my order was and then told it's not ready. The employee was nice but the other gentlemen was terrible.

I don't go here very often but when I do I really enjoy the experience. Is never crowded or loud and there and people always there to help. It's really quiet so if you want to shop without talking to anyone this is a nice place to go to. Sometimes it can be hard to find something, but it's easy to ask someone for help. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone who live arts, crafts, And or anything DIY. (as long as you are willing to pay more than cheap places like Walmart.)

Love their many decorative item's along with great craft ideas. Their sales many times bring great savings and then having a customer card pays off because I got a 50% off any regular price item for use the next week. So sign up online or its very quick to do at the register which I did since I have not been to Michaels in a few years I had to resign up and it was only a few minutes to put in name, address, phone number, email was the only information I think they needed. .

I ask for some help from the staff a couple of times in the last six months and was typically shown courtesy. They were always friendly and polite. The store is newly built and is very clean and neat. And for all of you crafty people, the coupons from the web site are a must...

I called ahead to see if they had quart Mason jars by the case. The associate was a very nice young man who checked with his manager to see if they had the jars she told him yes they did. So I drive 20 minutes to find out they don't. Seems to me the manager was listening closely to her employee. Then they want $2.99 a jar. Can you say price gouging. Boo Michael's.

I hate giving bad reviews but the staff here are often lacking. Their selection is fairly decent so I’ll account that in. Today myself and another customer waited back at the framing section and pushed the button over six times and even after 10 min nobody came to help us. We could even hear somebody behind the framing wall moving around. I finally got up to the front of the store to ask them if they could look something up because online it said in stock and after asking an employee twice the lady still refused to even look it up for me because she said “if you can’t find we don’t have it.” It’s no big deal if it’s out of stock but when I talk to a customer service employee I was hoping for some customer service.

The store & the associates are awesome. Don't sign up for emails though. They never end! I tried lowering the amount, but that didn't work. I finally opted out altogether.

This is not the place it used to be. I used to go to Michael's for any and all my crafting needs. Paints for models in colors that were hard to find, bolts of cloth, right down to paint by number books and sheets. The longer time seems to go the less that Michael's carries. The site itself is fine, it's clean, and the people are approachable, but as I finish looking around every visit I find myself not buying anything more often.

Went today for custom framing a picture for the first time. The two ladies at the framing desk were extremely patient and helpful. They made several great suggestions that really brought out the best in my picture.
