Great experience at Keller Bros Dodge RAM with Kerry and the rest of the staff. This dealership has a nice, low-key “family vibe.” Having decided in advance which vehicle I was interested in, my sales associate, Kerry, sent a “walk around” video in advance of my appointment. For my appointment, the vehicle was staged at the entrance with a personalized welcome sign hanging on the rear view mirror. Nice personal touch… borderline over-eager, but I thought it was cool. Kerry was knowledgeable with all the vehicle’s features and was happy to answer any questions. The test drive was a typical drive around secondary roads (no highway nearby). As far as making a deal, it was relatively painless. Even though the first “offer” was the typical first offer (advertised price), everybody was willing to do what they could to to meet my budget requirements including finding the best financing and further reducing the price of the vehicle. The pressure to make a deal on the spot was minimal, and I ultimately went home to sleep on the decision before locking it in the following day. However I could have went home with the vehicle that day if I wanted to. Processing the paperwork was also relatively painless, starting with an online credit app, and completing everything during my appointment to take delivery. Just a few physical papers to sign (title, reg, etc.), and the rest was digital. Even though add-ones were presented, I didn’t feel pressured to buy them. I did opt for the ceramic coating and interior protectant. In all, I think it was about 90 minutes (slight delay with a computer glitch). A great experience all around… and I drove away with a really nice new truck that fit my budget! Thanks Kerry and the KB team. Well done! Will definitely be back!!

I went in with a very specific type of vehicle and options package. Within minutes they found a truck that checked off all of the marks. Pricing was good and there was no smoke and mirrors about payments not being where we had discussed. They were able to make it happen. Very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience.

Our Salesmen Dane & Jake were great and made the process go seamless. Keller Brothers were very accommodating. We had our children with us and it was getting late so we pushed the deal back a day and our salesmen were not pushy to get the deal done they were very understanding and welcomed us back the next night. Dane Wiley worked with us over the course of several weeks to first identify what we wanted, and then to find a CPO F-150 XLT which checked all the boxes. The purchase, financing and delivery of the vehicle was relaxed and respectful. The F-150 XLT is an absolute gem, looks and drives like new. My husband and I drove 2 hours away to Purchase a vehicle from Nathan. He was super helpful & communication was fantastic! The sale started with me messaging him at 9pm on a Friday evening regarding a vehicle. Buying a truck doesn't have to be a painful experience. The people at Keller Bros make sure that it isn't. I drove from Louisiana to Pennsylvania for a truck and would do it again. They went above and beyond in every way to not only make sure I got the right truck for the right price, but also to make sure my wife and I had a great time while we were in the area. We had a blast, I'll definitely get back to this part of PA when I have more time. Jay was my salesman, and was awesome. I was in an accident and I was very pressed for time to get a new vehicle in the time allotted to have a rental car. Cal and his team made finding my awesome new car a breeze!!! Everything was so quick, so easy and just a great experience over all! Excellent vehicle buying experience from start to finish. Nate worked outside of normal hours and even drove an hour from the dealership to ensure that I could test drive the vehicle and have an opportunity to make an offer before it was sold off the lot. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and worked to move the process along smoothly. Paperwork was completed and I was able to drive off the lot in just under 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend Keller Bros Ford Lebanon. Will look here again if the need for a different vehicle presents down the road.

So I was trying to find a special car for my wife for Christmas as a surprise. These guys had an immaculate 2021 mustang GT Shelby 500. I contacted them and they were super friendly on the phone. They did not try to switch anything on me from what the price showed online. Flew about 700 miles to pick up this car and drove it home. Dane was super friendly and done amazing job. Also, all the other people that work with him were super friendly and amazing! Dane was nice enough to help me hook up my phone and show me all the gadgets on the vehicle to get me set up before I left. Even though they are a long ways away, I will definitely look them up when I’m ready for another vehicle
