Last time I go to or donate to lebanon jubalee...not only are they over priced...but would not let me return pair of pants...even tho I had the receipt. Said I also needed the tag on the pants. I wore them once...the kept creeping down so I washed them and returned with the receipt. APPARENTLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH!....SO BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR TAGS!!!

First time here, I felt I was at a boutique store, rather than a thift store. As I traveled throughout the store - it was clean, prices were reasonable, a great variety of items/ something for everyone. Will be back again

This Jubilee location almost always has a great furniture selection. I took advantage of their 50% off preowned furniture sale this week & purchased this manger piece (2nd photo). I’m doing a DIY and converting it into an outdoor dog shed for my pup for the summer months. Staff is easily accessible despite the large crowds that this place draws!

The moment I saw the construction paper, colored pencils, and some stencils stored in a cheap plastic case for $50... I knew it was over. I'll never go to this location again.

Julie was a great BIG help Benjamin is such a friendly mgr and so helpful and Cindy is so personable and helpful. I love these three made my trip on wed so enjoyable I can’t wait to shop again.

People that works there act like they own the places that are not polite.Bought a item there didnt work saying that on ticket that the item work took it home did not work at all .The next day I took it back with the receipt and they told me that they can not give me the money back because i took price tag off the item thinking that the device was going to work but it did not and I lost my money. never go back to 12 st. in Lebanon. Never had problem with personnel in Annville Jubilee! Why give receipt if you cannot use it as evidence that you paid for it.

I have been to this location before and was excited to see that they expanded the downstairs area. However, their prices have gotten completely out of wack. I was looking at children's clothes. Walmart brand items marked at the prices you can buy them for new. $8 for shorts and $12 for a hoodie. Items were stained and ripped. Very disappointed. I'm all for raising money for their programs but it was absolutely ridiculous.

Very nice store with a selection of furniture, media and music, small selection of electronics, and etc. Despite that this store has some sales going on each week or every 2 weeks at each Jubilee thrift store? The minor problem or small downfall I don't like in my opinion with the Lebanon county Jubilee store is that a few items in the Jubilee store increased a little bit in the past 2 or 3 years and this store will no longer have any holds on many items. I do enjoy this store but this store is soon going to be like Goodwill if they won't stop increasing their prices on half of the items in the store. I talked to one employee inside the store and asked if any electronics would be on sale next week or if anything in the store would be on sale next week but she pretended to not know what I was talking about?

We went hoping to find some walkers for our aging parents. They didn't have any but we did find a stand-up chair that my mother needed very bad. Price was fairly low and the workers were very helpful!!! My mom was thrilled with it!! We will be going back soon to see what else we can find.

I thought they were here to help people. They get the stuff for free and want to charge over $100.00 for a coat. Thats ridiculous

Love this place. More than just thrift store. They make you feel that a lot of there stuff is not second hand things. Some of it looks and feels like you are buying it brand new. There not pricing at all. Everything is pretty reasonably priced and they have different deals every week. Staff are super nice and friendly. Check them out will not be disappointed.

Excellent selection. I like the fact that it is also sorted by size instead of just by color I also like the furniture on the second floor and the fact that they delivered in Lebanon for a slight up charge

I love this place, every time I go shopping here I never walk out empty handed. Actually I walk out with a couple huge bags and only spend about 20 or 30 dollars. This place is excellent for everyone including kids.

This is our favorite thrift shop to go to. They have clothing, furniture, tools, and any sort of accessories you may need in your living room or kitchen. There are lots of good deals though some things are not priced as low as others. Besides used items some, things are new. For instance, they carry some new furniture from Ashley Furniture. Jubilee is also just a neat ministry that we're glad to support!

I am new to the area and I was running errands. I love to add a thrift shop before I return home. my Grandma got me hooked. I am Always looking. I had planned to check out Goodwill. I made a wrong turn and found jubilee! went back the next day with hubby. we found artwork and so many cute things for our 2 month old granddaughter. She’s a peanut, I wanted to give her more newborn items. Amazing prices and it was a perfect thrift weekend! Everyone was lovely and helpful. My new favorite place!!!!

I absolutely Love shopping and donating to Jubilee Ministry 's Thrift stores! I Always find something wonderful no matter what location I visit! And I Always end up buying more than I have planned. The prices are very affordable and the selections are very impressive! And it goes for a great cause!! I suggest Googling for the closest location to you and ENJOY the experience! I bet you can't leave empty handed!!!

A wonderful place to shop & browse. More importantly, the money raised is for a good cause. The staff is very helpful & friendly. We have purchased some very nice furniture & other household items at this location. Also, it's a good feeling when we donate. One of our favorite charities. God bless all.

Good used clothing at great prices. You will also find new items with the tags still on them. They have all the accessories you need to go with your outfit. The lady's working there will help you any way they can. I will definitely be going back again.

Purchased a reclining chair on Monday. A family member picked it up yesterday. Arm rest covers weren't on the chair when it was picked up. Besides that, there was all kinds of garbage, dirty spoons, forks, old cereal, pens and pencils inside the chair. Went to the store to inquire about the arm rest covers and was told they couldn't find them. When I mentioned all the garbage I was told that thats unusual. I was offered no remedy to the situation. Last time I'll be going there. Check your stuff especially the furniture. Could have dirty needles, bugs, or who knows what else in it.

This place misleads the inmates whom have decided to try to take a godly path. They provide no guidance or help with employment outside of making furniture.No using the internet or possession of a phone, then expect the inmates to find housing.Shame on you guys 😡

Absolutely the friendlies and most helpful staff of any business in the area. So many things at great prices, they check if things work or not so you will know when you purchase the item, and they do a lot of amazing things for our community. Definitely recommend over goodwill or salvation army for all of the reasons above. Fair warning: you'll probably buy more than you intended but it'll be worth it.

I've purchased many things here over the years but do not care for the new display direction. The majority of decorative items and display cabinets, artificial plants, lamps, etc. are Not For Sale. I'm over it. It's now just someone's personal storage space.

I think Jubilee is forgetting that they are a "THRIFT" (the quality of using money and other resources carefully and not wastefully) store. I went in looking for a table and chairs and the cheapest table (which was labeled "off balance and top not attached" and was super small) was $64!! I know they have a ministry to support but be mindful of families and individuals who come into this store to "carefully and not wastefully" shop for items. Their prices have definitely risen within the past year and are incredibly pricier than Goodwill and surrounding thrift stores. If you are thinking of donating items to help those with a budget consider another store!!!

Staff is always so pleasant, I truly feel the Love of Christ in their hearts. They are all very respectful and friendly. There is always a great deal at this store.

Jubilee is a fantastic place to browse and find treasures. I never know what I'm going to come out with but I nearly always find something wonderful. When I need a gift for a friend I often start at Jubilee because I know I'll find something for them.And their clothing and shoe selection is great. Most of my shoes have come from Jubilee. It is definitely worth stopping in to see their selection.

The holiday ambiance is amazing.. The display of how to take your second hand item and turn it into something beautiful. Great job on whom ever is in charge of design. The store is filled with great items at reasonable prices and i have a lovely time everytime i shop here

Everything is donated. My granddaughter picked up 2 books. Stated hardback books are $1 each.Apparently, it turned out they charged $16.95. I have noticed many items can be purchased lower elsewhere. Be careful of the prices. Getting to be much higher for a thrift store.
