I just had HIO completed its 3rd project in my house, and I will never use anyone else. These folks are NOT the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I have used them for flooring, drop ceiling, and kitchen remodel. I'm having them back for a complete bathroom remodel next. This team exceeds all standards: craftsmanship, courtesy, and cleanliness. I couldn't be happier with the results. I own a service business and don't throw praise lightly. HIO earned it!

Married for 66 years and never worked with a contractor as good as these guys. Started with Arnie spending a lot of time help picking out everything that fit into our budget. He is very professional and suggested several cost saving ideas. Always stayed on top of everything, design, order, scheduling etc. would always return calls promptly. You feel you are working with someone that cares as much as you do. Then the big surprise, Josh the installer, someone who is particular about doing things right, wow, and a great personality too. Cleans up when done as if he lives here. My wife and love this perfect kitchen and such a pleasure when you make a good decision to go with Home Improvement in Lebanon.

A+++ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You get such personable and professional service from the first time you enter the store to the very end when they wrap up your project. They provide constant follow up throughout the entire process. I was blown away by their installers Keith and his son Tristan. They were always on time and worked diligently to install our floors in a timely manner. They cleaned up at the end of each day and their workmanship was top notch! This company and their workers put the PRO in professional!!!

My husband and I decided to visit the store because of the great reviews. However, when we got there NOT even a soul came to us to greet us. Finally, we were able to speak with someone. He gave us his business card and provide some information. I reached by email a couple of days later. He replied two days after that. A design was given and I asked when could a visit the store to get an estimate. A few weeks has passed with no response. We ended up buying the cabinets from another company. Customer service is key for any successful business, and any good sales representative will know sales are impulsive. We were eager to buy with cash on hand. This business is not recommended.

I am very pleased with the customer service here at Home Improvement Outlet. They gave us outstanding service on our first experience with their company. We showed up months ahead of the laminate flooring install and were sent home with samples. The room measurements were completed as scheduled. This company is very organized asking for matching paint two weeks in advance of the install for the molding. They came as scheduled for the install. Andrew was our installer and is very skilled! He was all about customer service. I highly recommend using this company for your next project!

We ordered new storm doors the end of March. We only received them this past Monday. The doors are very overpriced for what they are. The customer service and communications throughout this process was terrible. If i called them, they would just make excuses. Not once did they call us to give us an update. They were given a large amount of cash for a down payment, that they had for months. Then our credit card was billed prior to receiving a final invoice for the completed job that we are not pleased with. In the past this was our go to for home improvements and repairs. Not anymore, we will need to look for a better business to deal with. Such a shame the quality of this company has deteriorated. Their main excuse for all the issues was COVID. My advice would be shop around, don’t rely on calling the company you have dealt with for years. We learned the hard way and now paid a lot of money for two doors we’re just ok with. Definitely not worth the price we paid. 😔

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We needed to replace backsplash and grout after removing a microwave. Even though they didn't do the original work, they were more than willing to help us order the tile and grout so we could pick it up same day. Great service nice people. We will be going there again.

We went to Home Improvement to have over 900 sq ft of vinyl planking installed throughout almost our entire ranch home. Had to change our install date and they were very helpful in rescheduling. Our installers were a father/ son team , Keith and Tristen, and cannot say enough about them. Professional, helpful, friendly, and excellent at their work. There is usually something one can find that isn’t done quite right. I can honestly say we could not find even one “oops”. Their work is fantastic ! I am so impressed with this company. I had my living room and bedroom carpeted. I also had ceramic tile installed in kitchen and dining room. I had specific needs due to moving furniture around and they worked with me and did exactly as I needed. Jeremy was the main installer and he was absolutely fantastic. There was a hiccup (which with a job that big was not surprising). But I judge based on how things are handled once an issue arises. I was very happy with how they handled the situation and my rooms are gorgeous. Jeremy was very detail oriented, took his shoes off whenever he had to go on the new carpet (he just did it I didn’t ask), and answered all my questions along the way. You won’t find a better company that does beautiful work at a great price with exceptional customer service.

We have used Home Improvement quite a few times to replace flooring in our home. I really enjoy the helpful employees that are friendly and more than willing to take the time I need to figure out what we want out of the thousands of choices. They also have bathroom vanities, showers, kitchens, ceiling tile and of course flooring. They install them too. This is my go to place for these items and I would recommend you try them too.

The Manager Paul is a poor leader training employees at this store, with customer service and time management. I delt with Employee Shawn, who my husband and I had to wait over 30 mins while in store to assist us. Shawn seemed to be the ideal employee when he finally arrived, until when he said he would follow-up with us with a simple phone call. Shawn never followed-up to inform me of a question I had when he stated he would check on with the company I ordered my item from.Also, the one company Old Dominion who this store deals with for delivery does not keep their word of delivering on the day they stated. I lost a day in pay, and now I have to rearrange another day to take off from work. When I called this store and spoke with Paul to express my disappointment with what has happened, he didn’t care. When Shawn finally called back (45 minutes later) all I got as an answer was, “Oh, I forgot to call you.” This is unacceptable from a company that states great customer services since 1984. I’ll never travel one hour again to do business with this uncaring company, and I recommend you think about doing business with them too! -R Bremer
