Fairly small and not as good a selection as some of the other giant locations. For example the toilet paper selection was really lacking. It did seem like it had basic necessities so if I were in a hurry and in the area and just wanted to grab something quick I would go there as long as it was something fairly common. Parking lot was a little Annoying to get into as I had to cross traffic and there is no light at this entrance

Shout out to the young lady with black hair bagging groceries the day before a snow storm, while lines were full with senior citizens, mockingly saying out loud as she got there for her shift, “Oh god, everyone get your milk and bread. Hurry up.” Top notch customer service. 👌

Pretty good for most purposes! Sometimes wish there were more old-world style breads, meats, and cheeses, but you can't have everything.

Update: 10/28/2021Not a single manned register register open when I walked in tonight. See picture.-------High prices, and the service areas are slow and do not keep up with the food. Tried to get fried chicken. Had to wait 30 min for an 8 piece. These items are supposed to be hot and ready. Management was less than helpful.

My family and I just left the Giant on Quentin Rd. The store is nice and clean. However, the people working the registers were awful. When we walked up to register 8, the cashier was talking to the cashier at register 9. They were swearing and using other language that I will not repeat on here. And they were saying these things loud enough for us to hear, including our 16 month old granddaughter. The young man at our register never once looked at us or said anything to us during the transaction. Neither did the young lady bagging. The whole time they carried on a conversation about their upcoming school and sports schedules with the cashier next to them, who also had a customer he was ignoring. When the young man handed my husband the receipt, my husband said “thank you”. All the cashier said, still without looking at us, was “yup”. Then he turned around and walked away while we loaded our groceries into the cart. Let me just say that I don’t mind if the cashiers have conversations while they are waiting on me. But, they need to watch their language and at least acknowledge their customer! I have never left a negative review for a business. However, This was one of the worst customer service experiences my family and I have ever had.

Stopped to pickup a few items in the fruit and veggie section. All good there but the self checkout was not user friendly. Kept telling us to remove item from bagging area. Luckily there was a helpful staff member to assist.

Terrible staffing in meat dept. No one to help and very little stocked. No one seemed to care. Registers were long lines and staff seems stressed. Comments were made by two staff that's the way it is now. Management doesn't care about us ( and one cashier near tears.). A few customers around us felt bad for them.

I love when I get a big grocery order and have to bag it all myself. Couldn't tell you the last time there was an available employee to help bag. Where most other stores have turned to turnstile bagging, allowing the cashier to bag as they go, here they'll just throw it on the converyer belt and expect you to rush and take care of it all. Never been an issue as weis, do better!

The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Never had a bad experience with anything. The seafood is great!!!!! Everyone is so genuine and kind. So helpful and gracious. The store manager, I call her Coal Cracker. She's from my home area of the coal region. Always a smile and so willing to make your shopping experience perfect.

I was recently in this store and I was extremely impressed! There was an attendant at the beginning of the line asking if you wanted self check out or a register and was directing you where to go. As soon as someone left a self check out she had a wipe in her hand and was cleaning everything off for every single customer. The manager there is truly a hard worker. I see her often stocking shelves And working with other stuff on the front line. Great store! Great prices! Great customer service!

I was really impressed. Good meats and produce, things looked fresh. Store isn’t so overwhelmingly big like some of the mega marts they are building these days.Deli counter was strange though. Didn’t have prices and labels listed on each of the meats and cheeses. Instead they had a list of all the choices on a piece of paper posted. Didn’t know what I was ordering looked like. Bad system there.

Selection is minimal, prices are above average and service on most recent Quentin Road visit (today) was rude. Really only shop here to avoid long lines at larger retailers and accumulate gas points but it seems harder to return after each visit.Edit: Stopped in today and had a better experience

This giant location is a nice clean store, the shelves are always nicely stocked and the produce is usually nice! I like thier bakery items as well. Also, they always have thier carts gathered to the store so you never have to bring one from the parking lot! The employees have always been friendly as well!

Pick-up has become absolutely terrible lately. For over a year, I've had zero issues; the last several weeks of pick ups have had a litany of issues. This time they completely forgot a WHOLE turkey. Pick up isn't included and you pay extra, it should be right most of the time. They'll say they are out of stock with something, but walk in right after pick up and good chance you'll find it.

I ordered a cake for my family members birthday and a young teenage girl named Lauren helped me and she was very friendly and polite. I don't shop at this location too often but when I do the store is well stocked and clean.

I’m glad that Giant took over. Prices are better, store is nicer and the produce section is much improved. I don’t like having to use self checkout after 8 because it takes longer and it sucks. Also, I wish they had frozen artichokes. Other than that, it’s a great store.

Awesome store! It’s very convenient to have a Giant location nearby. This location has great selection, service and savings! Definitely my go-to Giant store in the area. I feel like the other Giant store in Lebanon is always out of stock on products and the employees are very rude.In comparison, this Giant location is breath of fresh air. The employees are attentive and the selection is great. In addition to that, it’s very clean! It’s always such a pleasure shopping here. I also love the Giant app with coupons that you can upload to your bonus card. Thanks for making my experience great!

Stocked up grocery store. Waited a bit to get in. Waited longer to check out. Good practice on social distance for customers. Worth the wait.Update: Still same great store Plenty of stocked shelves. No longer have to wait to get in. Checkouts are back to normal.

I shopped here yesterday and was very pleased with the precautions the store has taken to encourage social distancing. I'm also grateful for the efforts of the employees to keep the store clean and well-stocked. I was however puzzled why I didn't see any employees wearing a face mask. Is this company policy and if so, why?

Stopped in for coffee tonight. Usually get Starbucks Pike Place roast Kcups. According to the flyer Starbucks is 6.49 this week. The flavored and decaf were 6.49. The Pikes, French Roast and Veranda were 8.49. I asked an associate. He said "that's what we were told to do ". Bought the Pikes on Monday at Bowman St. for 6.49. Seems like the popular flavors are kept at the regular price while the others are on sale. Sounds sketchy.

Self checkout never works as well as the other Giant and most of the checkout staff are not the greatest. I'm often there on my lunch break, so I am limited on time. One time I had an efficient and friendly cashier, and I've been there several times. I hope this changes as they get more familiar with their new jobs. I didn't shop at Musser's much because the employees were rude, so it will be the same for Giant. I hope to eventually get service at this one just like the other Giant: friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Saturday Night and only one register is open with a line 5 deep I have to stay in line because the bacon on sale with $25 purchase and coupon was sold out which I was told by clerk I asked to check for me and he tells me the person in charge of dept. told him to tell me they are getting more on monday. I respond that I am not coming back Monday and purchasing $25 worth of product I don't need just to get a $1 saving on bacon and that they should substitute a comparable product and I tell the poor store clerk to go get the person so I can talk to him personally minutes later the young kid comes out and tells me he said I could pick out another brand that was the same price. I look at the price points on all the other bacon and everyone was over the $4.99 so I point that out and ask him now what? Poor kid looked scared to death that I was going to make him go back again so I told him I'm going to tell the cashier that I was told I can have the Smithfield bacon for same price. When I got to the checkout and saw the size of the line and full carts I contemplated just letting the whole cart sit and walk out instead so I could use the self checkout I ditched the bacon and used the self checkout. This Giant does not live up to other larger Giant stores the size and volume results in shortfalls to Shoppers who normally shop at other larger giant stores. I will avoid shopping at this location as this is one of many visits that ended with disappointment

I enjoy shopping there. However, it would be nice if they would carry more local produce such as PA peaches, corn, tomatoes etc instead of produce from CA. Also, the store needs more vegetarian choices.The cleanliness and organization are really appreciated.
