Every experience I've had at the Family Dollar has been very good. The employees are very helpful and kind. There are some issues with the amount of space in the isles and at checkout but the employees have no control over that. Thanks for being awesome everyone at the Family Dollar!

Parking lot is always full of trash, the trash can is always full and smells like something died and rotting. The inside of the store is so messy also dirty floors and Windows, stock is in the way of products. You go through employees every other week, the good hard working one's you let go or lost and now you only have a few good one's left. The latest guy I think might be a manager however that's pretty much a joke! Not friendly not helpful at all. This is the worst Family Dollar Store, and it doesn't have to be.

I purchased 2 plastic drink containers on 8/27. Brought them home and washed them before filling them to put in the refrigerator and noticed the 1 was cracked. I returned to store on 8/28 with the receipt and the employee was extremely loud stating it was used and not exchanging it for me. She made me feel humiliated and if it was used, i purchased it off of the store shelf used! I would not have tried to exchange a used it worth $3.00 and will never step foot in that skum store again. Just so they understand....adios!

On 3-29-17 I was in the Cumberland Family dollar. On the rack there were " just be " flower hair clips which were priced $2.00 each package. A counter there were this young lady I thought was very rude. As she was ringing up my items she stated I can sell these & threw them on top of the register. I said why she said some item prices expires. Which didn't make sense to me. I didn't say anything but I am upset about the 2 dollars hair clips. I think rude store associates needs to be retrain. If items expiration price expire needs to be removed. Which I don't believe it.

I would suggest never coming to this place. Everybody there has no eye contact and is antisocial and looks like they live in a small house in the city. Their batteries are all empty and have no juice whatsoever. The place looks like a mess it looks like they're closing down every minute and they're very unorganized the front of their store is locked see you have to go through the Jenkee back way and go through the back way. I don't have any parking lines they don't have places for bicycles and we spend all our energy to get there but I was a waste. At least they give refunds for their batteries

The store was clean and very well organized, the new cashiers are very friendly, everything I came in for was found quick and without any clutters, will definitely keep coming to this family dollar.

That place needs to be reported to health and safety, or whoever it is! I almost fell twice, lost my balance because the aisles are full of clothing, just laying on the floors, boxes with things that need to be put on the shelves, etc... I wanted some Tylenol, and their was like a skid full of boxes that was right in the way! Nobody was around so I hadda move it myself and actually retched my back! My daughter slipped on a price tag when she was walking around and lost her balance, but she caught herself thank goodness! If anyone knows who I can get ahold to report this store, please comment below. Thank You...

Recently the Cumberland family dollar had a health inspection. They didnt pass it due to the entire basement being full of rats. Instead of getting an exterminator they had their employees cleaning it. No extra pay or anything. And they would open the doors to let customers in and then lock it because they weren't supposed to be opened due to the rats. Also the manager who recently got fired would steal a ton of merchandise.

The ugliest Family Dollar I've ever seen in my life filthy and overfilled with stuff looks like a big fire hazard. The selection is like most dollar stores, just a mess. Usual with isles blocked with unstocked merchandise.

This family Dollar seems very disorganized. Even the check out is crazy! You can't check out and walk out the door. You have to either back out from the register or go around the register doing a complete 360 to get to the doors. Layout of this store needs help

Always a mess. Often out of basics like bleach and such. Staff rotates a lot. The staff that has been there for awhile are smart and capable they just don't have any help.

A little cluttered with stuff not on the shelfs and carts full of stuff that should be on the shelves always some one new working there so they can't keep any body but if your not afraid to look around you will find good buys

The worst store and employees ever they yell at there customers and the customers of course yell back the store is always dirty,never clean stuff always in the isles nothing ever put away.The employees are so lazy shut that place down.

Family Dollars are usually filthy and clutter and disorganization. And this one was definitely like that also. The best one I've ever been in is in Wernersville, PA

Run down place. It's trash. Some of the ceiling have water stains. To small to move around and in the front window there is old toys and stuff that they leave stay there for years.

OSHA should shut this place down. Tripping hazards on every isle. Boxes all over the floors, but barley any product on the shelves.

Knowing that the store is small, and dirty due to customers making many messes through the store, the store manager Andrew, and the former store manager, They are pretty cool people to talk to when you are there. :)

This store just recently failed a food safety inspection with numerous violations - most disgusting of which were rodent droppings everywhere - including on shelves containing human food and pet food products.
