Every time they have guns on sale there aren’t any in the store! And you can’t order the gun because it’s store pick up for that price. I checked for the same gun last week and they had no 410. I see this week they have the 410 on sale and I called the store and they try to tell me the 2 they got last week sold already and I told him I was there last week and there were non! Crickets!!!!! Somebody is lying!

Very disappointed with Dunhams. We bought a box of ammo that was advertised for $31.99. We were charged $35.99. We didn't catch it until we paid and then we were told...sorry, we can't returnammo so we can't fix the price. We hadn't even left the register yet. We didn't want to return the ammo. We just wanted it at the sale price. They don't have the prices right in their system and if you don't notice it, too bad, you're not getting your money back. I won't be going back to Dunhams.

This store has everything. From any sport you can think of too even more. The staff was extremely helpful and even the customers in there were great. It has a very good vibe all around. If you need something check here 1st. Smaller than cabela's and bass pro but offers so much more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here....

Don't buy a bow or crossbow here. They will not do anything except refer you to the manufacturer if there's an issue. I got one from them a week ago and they refused to exchange or return it. Literally no help at all. Not to mention that the guy who sold it to me couldn't have possibly known less about what he was selling. Just all around disappointing to deal with.

Dunham's is the place to get pretty much anything sport related. Their prices are very competitive for hunting gear and for boating and fishing gear. If you want running shoes they have them, if you want a gun safe they have it, if you just want to go there to get a bat or ball gloves for everyday use their pricing is awesome. I will be going there again, they are an excellent place to shop and they are also very family-friendly.

Service is decent. Shoe sizes seem "lacking" prices are competitive. People seem nice. Not a bad grab and go place. They do offer to "order in" a lot of stuff, but why wouldn't I just do that on my own, at home, in my underwear?

I saw an ad for a shot gun for $249.99. i drove an hour to get to the store... i should have called ahead, that was my mistake... however the customer service that followed was appalling. I went back to the gun counter, this was to be my first gun purchase . a gift for my son. I was told they had only had one and it sold before I got there. I was obviously disappointed and shocked to hear they had only had one to sell. I asked if they had anything similar, the guy told me. they had a different style shotgun for $50 more. he then explained that they hadn't been able to do background checks all day so he couldn't sell me one even if I would chose a different one. I asked if they could do a raincheck or something. he was helpful and polite, a younger man with dark hair. he directed me to the front and said he didn't think so but I could ask at the front of the store just in case.I went to the front and asked a very nice cashier, a younger woman. she called what I'm assuming was the manager? taller middle aged man with dark hair. he cut me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted and who it was for. he was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid for even asking him my questions.he told me to go online and they would ship the gun to the store in 2 days. which as I read on their website , was a lie. it would take closer to 5 days to get it shipped. I'm so upset by this point and the way he's talking to me and the fact that he seemed bothered that I was trying to find a way to get this gift for my son that I just wanted to leave. he asked me who the gun was for. I said my son. I wanted to give it to him for Christmas. he said "you can but what you'd be doing is illegal". now we're well into the conversation at this point. he's aware this was to be my first purchase. and can't even put into words the smug looks and condescending tone.the poor cashier tried interpreting his snippy comments into more customer friendly terms.I will never set foot in that store ever again.

Gun counter guy couldn't have been any less helpful. I've been able to have a more informative conversation with my pet rock. I had to use my phone to get any kind of information on the gun we were interested in, and the associate seemed to be clueless about the existence of a 3 day sale on day 3 of the sale. Way better locally owned options if you are looking to buy a firearm.

The employees are pretty knowledgeable about what they're selling. Its clean and well maintained. I've never had to wait in ridiculous lines. They have items from your local high school spirit gear to guns and bows. If you are someone you know plays or watches sports this is your one stop shop for those specific items.

I finally made the trip to Dunham's. I never knew how good this store was. They have something for everyone that has outdoor ventures. Sports to hunting to guns and to apparel. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was very polite and helpful. I recommend stopping in to check out the good deals.

Customer service is lacking for sure! Was looking for an item and needed help. A group of clerks were chatting it up at the register and seem disinterested in my dilemma! One clerk pointed to the back of the store and told me to "check back there." Not finding it "back there," I asked another clerk and he said "I think they sold out of that!" I think he wanted to get back to the interesting conversation his fellow employees were having. Not giving up, I decided to make one last attempt at finding my item. Finally, a clerk who actually seemed to be working, sent me to another department where I found exactly what I was looking for. My suggestion to Dunham's is to train their employees on the importance of customer service. It is SEVERELY lacking! I worked in that field most of my adult life and can't imagine keeping my job if I performed in that matter. I probably will not return to this store unless this problem is taken care of!

I went in this place for the first time since it opened a few weeks ago. As I walked in I was pretty excited, as the store set up was pretty nice and clean. I was drawn to the book bags, as that's what I went for, and found myself diverting the whole trip to them. Anticipation built...then I got there. I was super disappointed about! The selection was ok, but not great and there was little diversity. Enter at your own risk.

Lady at the register hardly pays attention to customers. First waited for her to finish hanging up shirts, which she took her sweet old time, then she doesn’t say a word and rings me up while she keeps talking to her boss who keeps telling her, “you have a customer”. I then realize why this location is a complete ghost town. Not sure how they even make enough to keep the lights on, but I won’t be back. Didn’t realize the mental capacity needed to give good customer service is out of this lady’s reach, not to mention you’d be hard pressed to find any redeeming quality about her.

I like the fact that they carry a good selection of swim accessories. However, I was disappointed in the limited selection of women's hiking/walking shoes.The store is not very attractive esp the floor. They also need more sales people to answer questions.

They are out of stock of a lot of items, and i waited 20 minutes for someone to help me get some ammo out of the locked box. However, regardless of that, they had what I needed and the few people I talked to were very nice.

I stop in once in a while and there is never anyone back in the gun department to help. Ammo is locked up and you need hiking boots to find anyone to help. Might be back, might not, depends on if I'm in the area.
